Tranquillizing background music and large screens with videos of far away places Chairs that have several different massage options. Complimentary water. Hundreds of colour option/combinations. I was in need of a polish change/manicure & my nail guy didn't have any openings. I was in this shopping plaza because I go & get waxed @ European Wax which is a couple doors down. Once I got into my car I decided to pull open Yelp to check for nail salons nearby & just happened to look over to the right & I saw this place. It was their new ownership sign that caught my eye so I decided to go over & check the place out. The parking lot in front of the store & around it had lots of empty spots so I hoped that this meant it wasn't too busy. I was greeted right away when I walked in by a very nice female. I told her I need a manicure & if they could do a pedicure too. I was brought to a pedicure massage chair & greeted by a friendly guy named Roy. I was given a thing of nails colors to choose from & told Roy the color #. I was then given a menu & decided to get fancy & go all out with a deluxe pedicure. Roy was very gentle, made sure I was comfortable & when it was time to scrub my dry skin off my feet I called his tool the "cheese grater!" lol He showed me it actually wasn't one of those which was awesome cause they always creep me out. His tool was like a sand paper texture & it didn't hurt. The other side was to smooth my feet afterwards. Boy did lots of skin come off. :-) He was going to do my pedicure with me sitting in the massage chair but I asked him if we could go to the table. Which he was glad to have me head over to his spot. There was a little pink thing for you to put your arms on top of that lifts your hands up for him but man I kept wanting to puts my hands/arms under it....lol I declined polish on my fingernails so that didn't take long. I enjoyed my visit here & definitely will come back when I can't get into my nail guy. I did notice a fridge with drinks in it & inquired about it & was able to grab a Stevia soda to go. I've always wanted to try one to see what it tastes like even though I don't drink soda anymore...lol The bummer was 2 days later I had found a flyer with coupons on it @ my house that I could have used....how weird I came across it after the fact...lol read more

Now under new management, used to be a decent spot but the only thing they have going for them is the spa pedicures. I did get there 20 mins earlier than I had booked and they saw me right away so that is a big kudos to them! I had an elderly lady do my nails mani/pedi today She did no actual cuticles or cutting, a quick file, a 10 second message(I kid you not) and polish on my toes. I recently took my acrylics off so I am trying to get my fingernails healthy. I had to explain this to her three times. She kept saying "yes let's do acrylic, they will look better". Up until we got to the dip powder, she still asked "do you want me to put a tip on them?" I have had an intensely long week, and the other nail techs had already left so I just tried to be really nice and continued staying "no I'm trying to get my natural nails healthy again". My nails are short, but her shaping was fantastically awful. None of my nails have the same shaping. Again a 10 sec massage on each hand, and I asked her to please fix the run off powder because it was so bad when she was supposedly "done" Anyways I posted some pics-this was after she fixed them. Very unhappy overall. It's not a cheap salon-spa pedi was $30 and nails were $35. I just expect a higher quality end product and a way better overall experience. read more

For me, when it comes to nails and my feet, I am extremely picky. Best part this nail shop, so many colors to choose from. When you also check in, it will randomly save points and can snatch up discounts while they last. Going here, they all pretty much know you just like if you were family. I have gone to a few nail techs here, but my go to is Diane. Ever since I have gone to her, I truly am grateful that I found her. I used to get dip with her, however we decided to do the gel overlay recently on my nails. What I love about her is she is down to earth and easy to talk. So since my regular nail place (LV Nails, across the street) was booked this morning, I called 702 and they had immediate openings. I've always wanted to try this place since it had an overall high rating, plus it's close to home. When I walked in around 9:45a, I thought it was closed 'cuz there was only 1 other patron here, and two workers. My initial thought when I walked in was how messy and cluttered the nail stations looked. Also, they could do a good dusting and brooming around the stations - just saying. I was seated within 5 mins of checking in, which was cool since this place is known for long wait times due to bad time management. Although I was seated right away, there was a slight wait until they got started. A lady walked in who said she had an appt but they couldn't find her on the books- so the workers started scrambling to accommodate. So was this the bad time management everyone talked 'bout? Hummm, I wonder. The pedicure chairs are not that comfortable. As a matter of fact, my chair sounded like it was a '72 Chevy Nova- and instead of massaging me it just shook me like an earthquake. At least they use the plastic wraps for each sink, so the cleanliness is there. My nail tech was Steven. He was efficient, but my pedicure took 'bout an hour and a half. Also, please note that he cracked my left pointer toe nail and when I asked what happened he tried to say nothing, when I clearly saw him put nail glue on my nail. Like c'mon don't lie and say nothing, when I see you doing something wrong. SMH. Thank god, he didn't cut me so that's good. Huge plus is that they do have a lot of gel colors to choose from so be prepared, picking a color may take a minute. The real question here is, is will I return to 702 nail or go back to LV Nails? I'm debating...but I'm leaning towards LV Nails. read more

Blood Drawn Twice in one session! My daughter went in with my wife to get gel manicures. John was sanding my daughters nails and drew blood and did not mention it to her, he proceeded to do the other hand and drew blood again. He didn't apologize or seem to care. It seemed like a very normal occurrence with them. They forgot to sand my wife's nails entirely. The atmosphere was very off putting. Nail techs on the phone, yelling at what seemed to be her child. No care or concern for clients there. With so many options to do nails, quality and service should stand out. This place does not show any of it. read more

Do not get your lashes done here. I use to get my lashes here before they DOUBLED their prices. When I first got my lashes done here I paid $100. I went yesterday and they doubled their price to $200 a full set but she gave me a $50 discount since I was a returning customer. The price went up and the quality of work declined EXTREMELY. I am in so much pain right now, my natural lashes are falling out in huge chunks because she literally glued huge chunks of lashes on to multiple natural lashes instead of properly isolating and gluing on to INDIVIDUAL lashes like she is supposed to. I now have to pay someone else to remove these after only ONE DAY because my natural eyelashes are falling out in chunks and it's extremely painful. This is completely unacceptable I am so disappointed. read more

Until my daughter came to visit from Chicago and picked this place to get our nails done. it was Saturday 250pm, We we're walk-ins - the wait time was maybe 3 mins and then we were at the foot spa. Fantastic! Well it's definitely a no brainer for next nail salon trip! Katie & Oliver were so funny, friendly and easy to talk too.
