Just finished the 90 minute Swedish massage and it was one of the better ones I have had. I usually get the sports but I prefer the Swedish for relaxation, the sports is great if you have a lot of tight muscles. Place is clean and staff friendly and prices are exceptional. read more

Call to book directly and ask them not to switch your massage therapist. Normally, you should receive a courtesy call if a change is made, but that hasn't been my experience here. According to Zen Massage, new clients are given the lowest priority, which is disappointing. I've been to many massage places in town and haven't run into this issue elsewhere. Unfortunately, when I booked online again, I expected to see the therapist listed in my confirmation but was assigned someone else. I mentioned this problem in my previous review, and the reply I received said it shouldn't be happening. Yet it did again--this time I scheduled with Alma and was switched to Perla. read more

If only I could give 0 stars! I had an appointment for a scalp facial followed by a neuromuscular massage. I drove many hours to get back in town in time for the appointment and was then contacted 15 minutes before my appointment to say the aesthetician was running late. Instead of bumping my appointment to 15 minutes later (I still have a buffer between the 2 appointments) and pushing back the aestheticians later appointments they cancelled my scalp facial so the next appointment wouldn't be delayed by 15 minutes. Terrible customer service. And the receptionist wasn't friendly at all. She acted like she didn't want to be there and wasn't apologetic. I would not recommend this place especially if like me you work hard and need to relax. read more

Updated review I went in for a Swedish massage and haven't been to this location is awhile. However every time the massage was phenomenal and I walked out feeling amazing. This time I do feel the massage was just ok. I feel like the areas that I advised were my areas of issue were given much attention too. I will ensure to request a different therapist next time. read more

I had my first ever massage a couple of weeks ago with Emily. It was a Swedish massage. It was amazing. Emily was the massage therapist and she was amazing. She explained everything and did a great job. So good that I came back today for a deep tissue massage with Emily. She has the magic touch. She used just the right pressure and did an amazing job. I will be back routinely. Thank you to Emily for being so amazing. The front office staff has been great too. I have spoke to two different girls up front and both were very professional. The environment is very relaxing and very clean. This is a great place for a massage! read more

I've had many different massages. The massage was sub par. The masseuse didn't really care much of my areas identified - just the technique on massage wasn't great. The website says 60 min massage including dressing time. But really they didn't walk me back until a few mins after and gave me too much time to change. So basically you are paying for a 40-45 min massage that was sub-par. The location has no amenities, but does have a room and seems clean. But for the amount you pay it's like an expensive foot massage place. read more

Love this place. Great price and Emily was an excellent masseuse. I get the Swedish plus and Always leave here feeling relaxed and knots worked out read more

This is my new favorite massage spot. Before the pandemic, I had a membership at one of the national chains and I never wanted to go back. After trying 5 or 6 different massage spots in my area, Zen has the right balance of quality massages without breaking the bank. I have been back about 6 times now and I'm definitely finding the right therapists for me. I also like that the menu online is straight forward and there are no membership fees. TBH, I haven't had a bad massage there yet. Some give more at home recommendations than others, but to me, that's extra service. If I want cupping, I can add it online. I am a deep tissue type guy and I love that I can customize what my needs are. I've been dealing with a pinched nerve and ever since going here, my pain and numbness has subsided. I always hesitate to write such glowing reviews for my favorite spots because I don't want them to get crowded, but these folks are amazing and deserve to be complimented. This is my go-to for all massage needs. read more

Millie did another exceptional massage. I had asked several questions to determine which style was best for me and her answers were very clear and detailed. Swedish. Next time I'm booking for 90 minutes. We had a great conversation. read more

Horrible experience so last year I went and the masseuse by the name PERLA was attempting to solicit the entire time. I did not enjoy the massage at all. The next time I went I went with the other lady very professional and she let me relax. I Tipped both times however today. We booked appointments and the photo attached is what we received after booking an appointment. I recommend massage envy or somewhere else. The manager called and said he was the Owner named Jerry all he did was say sorry that's not fixing the problem at all. If we cancel an appointment it's our fault so they wasted my time look at what they sent. 2/5 for service. 0/5 for quality. MASSAGE ENVY IS 100 % better. Perla is only working there because she makes 50% of what we pay so remember that before you tip! If you go there also if she talks to you while your trying to relax tell her please don't talk to me while I'm relaxing. read more

Zen Massage - Henderson - The manager text of his trash employee this is how he resolved his problem. Wow. They wasted my time! - Massage Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

I told Perla that I've had lived nearby that I would come see her twice a month! She is a master of her craft.

Yesenia was amazing!!! She got to know me but also gave me such a peaceful and relaxing experience!

My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage on October 17. The front desk receptionist was very nice and welcoming. My massage therapist was also kind and asked if we wanted deep tissue massages, explaining that the Swedish massage would be more for relaxation. We chose the deep tissue, but it didn't really feel like one -- the pressure was quite light, and we didn't feel much relief afterward. My boyfriend's massage therapist had a runny nose and was coughing throughout the session, which made us uncomfortable. He also mentioned that his massage only focused on his upper body and didn't include other areas. Overall, while the staff were friendly, we didn't feel the massages were effective, and the experience wasn't as relaxing or professional as we had hoped. read more

Zen Massage is wonderful-I've been going for years and all the therapists are great. Jacqueline G is amazing-holistic approach that is really restorative. Cecilia is also awesome-great for targeting those tight spots and reducing stress. Always have a good experience, lots of appointments available, and affordable prices. Jerry is super nice and makes you feel welcome every time. read more

Amazing experience! The masseuse was exceptional and eased the pain in my hip perfectly. Truly a lifesaver!

Easy online booking, clean & professional spa atmosphere, great deals, & best massage therapists. I highly recommend.

The service was good and the staff are friendly and professional I would get a massage there again

Alma gave the absolute perfect massage. I've been getting a massage-a-month for over a decade so I don't say that casually.

Emily is the best massage therapist. Denise gives a great facial. The atmosphere is very relaxing and clean. I highly recommend giving Zen Massage a try. It's also quite reasonable read more

Booking online was easy, I got in the same day. And my therapist (Millie) was amazing, I will definitely come back.

Millie has done it again, an amazing job. She guides you through tough, tense areas to alleviate the pain and to relax. The warm massage bed also helps with muscle relaxation, helpful for intense deep tissue massages. She guessed correctly my profession just from my muscles and advised I truly take care of my body in between sessions (stretching, body posture/movements). I highly recommend Millie and the facility. Service completed: 90 minute deep tissue massage, with hot stone and cupping. read more

A solid massage for the price! My brother gave me a gift certificate to Zen for my birthday and I'm so glad that he introduced me to this great spot. Most importantly, my massage by Adianez was great. It was better than a lot of massages I've had at high end spas. It was relaxing and she used a good amount of pressure. Hot towels were used to gently remove lotion from the back and feet. Here's what else I loved about Zen: - easy online booking available - open until 9pm most days (yay for late hours) - 60 minute massages start at $59.95 My only suggestion would be that they get a warmer for the lotion so it isn't cold when applied for the massage. Overall, Zen is the spot to easily schedule an affordable massage. I'll definitely be back! read more

I found this massage place near me on Yelp so wanted to also share my review to hopefully help others in Henderson. I've been having some chronic lower back tightness and shoulder pain so wanted to find a place that would have an excellent massage therapist for a Deep Tissue Massage. Many places I've been to in the past didn't quite have enough pressure for a deep tissue or use the right techniques, so was curious to give this place a try. I read through reviews, booked my appointment, and was definitely not disappointed! Cecilia was really good at her massage techniques and definitely worked through some of the knots I had accumulated over the last couple of months. I did the one hour massage (realistically about 50 minutes) but it was everything I needed for a reasonable price. I look forward to treating myself again soon for another hour of relaxation! read more

I'm a regular and although there are some great masseuses (Tracy/Theresa), there is one that is not. Ive had her three times now and she is just terrible... I had to write this review because Ive now spent over $400 on her services. I hate saying that because she is nice, but there is absolutely no way she has had any sort of training. I think this is indicative of the fact that she is always available on the website when you book. So I scheduled a craniosacral massage, which is a very specific massage targeting the face, mouth, head, neck, and upper shoulders. I know there is very specific training to this type of massage. I expected it to be good also because it's a more expensive massage. Unfortunately, a couple hours before I was set to arrive, they texted me that they needed to switch masseuses on me and I got stuck with this same masseuse. I knew deep down inside it was gonna be bad and I knew there was absolutely no way she had training on this type of massage, especially for 60 minutes straight. I was right. The majority of the massage was spent on my legs feet entire back and arms, which is not what I paid for. I thought it was going to be solely on my skull, face, etc. but I already knew there was no way she had enough training to know techniques for an hour on my skull and neck. When she was doing weird pushing on my skull she was like... let me know if that's the spot. The spot for what? If you're doing this type of massage with people's necks and heads, you should know exactly what you're doing. It was if someone asked me to massage their head and I just was trying to figure it out. She also rubbed the front of my throat. Wtf? The other weird position was having me face down in the face rest, but turning my head to the left and right to where my nose was smashed in the headrest while she pushed down on my head. It was so bizarre. And lastly, please don't put a certain product on your customers skin without asking. I have allergies to everything and was unaware of a certain product being put on my skin. I question the training in this area altogether at this business. unfortunately I think at this point I'm going to have to find another place since Ive had too many bad experiences. And in response to Jerry... just because she does this massage multiple times a week... doesnt mean she knows what she's doing. She is terrrrrrible. read more

From the easy-to-navigate website to the positive Yelp reviews, to the friendly greeting upon arrival, and the massage therapist's knowledge of painful areas for an individual who works from home, I recommend Zen Massage - Henderson to those looking to have their problematic knots massaged away. This was my first time getting a Neuromuscular Massage and I have to say, it's quite an experience and really not designed for individuals who are not used to receiving deep tissue massages. This treatment is deep tissue x 20! I did not expect one visit to unlock nearly 4 years of tension, but Rosio did a great job of pinpointing the knots and going to town. Thank you, Rosio, for being knowledgeable and providing much-needed guidance on care after the massage! read more

Denise was amazing! Products used for my facial smelled wonderful. Face feels fresh and hydrated. Thank you Denise!

Honestly, I am ECSTATIC about my experience today and think I found my new massage therapist!!! I'm a completely stiff KNOTTED person. My neck is sometimes limited in movement depending on the day and I have boulders for knots throughout my back. Deep tissue usually doesn't do it for me. I usually need extra pressure and elbows, but my massage therapist worked wonders! Pressure was perfect and every single knot was worked on! I booked a neuromuscular/trigger point massage with Taryn. I used to go to a sports massage place so I'm familiar with this type of massage, but unfortunately the massage therapist I always saw had moved. My consultation with Taryn was short and sweet and gave me exactly what I was looking for. She got straight to the point and targeted my neck to my glutes. Pressure is very deep, just what I wanted! Taryn is strong!!! Next time, which will be in a couple weeks, I will book a 90 minute massage with her. It was pure relaxation and after I felt more range of motion instantly. read more

This is just a review for the front office staff- we stopped in to get a gift card for someone for their birthday. I wasn't sure which massage they would prefer and the young lady working the counter was happy to look up what she had on her previous visits. She was so pleasant! We felt welcome and we were in and out with a gift we know will be loved. I can't wait to go here for a massage myself! read more
