So disappointed with the new ownership. I love the therapists both Lorena and Tisro. Been going here for 3+ years. Usually 2x a week sometime less but minimum once a month. The service is amazing. But the rates have increased so high I can just go to any local casino spa and get a full spa day experience with pool access etc. $185 for 90 mins is obscene for a small local shop, and to add to it the therapists aren't seeing ANY of that!? They had return specials as well, so that kept me coming refer out out of town friends, relatives etc you name it. I haven't been in nearly a month, and I need to go for my well being but in looking for a new place to go - I'll follow Lorena or Tisro if they leave - this new owner seems to have his priorities wrong, can't see this lasting long without a loyal local consumer base. read more

I've been a couple times now. Each masseuse has been great. Quiet and clean. My last one was an hour and a half and I left feeling great! I'll be back read more

Really good experience, my wife and I both got massages at the same time. Our massage therapists were both attentive, they listened and they did a great job. The front desk staff are pleasant and the place is clean. No complaints at all and we have returned already. Definitely make an appointment and give them a try read more

One of the most amazing massages I've had. I highly recommend this place. It's very clean and beautiful.

If you're looking for a convenient and affordable massage in Henderson, Massage 1 is it. Brenda is by far the best therapist my husband and I have had. We have occasionally used other therapist and they are great. You can book and pay online as well. read more

Had you asked me before the new change of ownership to give a referral or a rating it would be a five. But it has completely changed over off the Rainbow location for the worsr. I was with a loyal customer for 5 years weekly or bi-weekly massages to at the minimum one massage a month. But now you can't pay me to go back. I'm looking for a new location and a new therapist. If anybody in the comments has any suggestion, please let me know read more

Massage1 came highly recommended from one of my friends. Oriana is one her go to masseuses and she was fantastic... Online reservations & Checking In: I booked my appointment online and I appreciated the email and text reminders I received. For my first session, I had to fil out some basic paperwork. With the check in tablet, you can dictate the type of massage intensity as well as areas you want to focus in on for the session. I LOVE this simple and effective use of technology. The massage room was very clean and the temperature was perfect. I requested deep pressure for my massage with a focus on the upper and lower back. Oriana knocked it out and really got in there. I could feel my knots and tensions releasing as she worked her magic. She was very friendly and checked on me throughout the session. I walked out of there feeling amazingly relaxed and loose. As I get older and continue to stay active I realize that these massages become more of a maintenance necessity versus a luxury. My next session is already booked. Hehe Good Luck! read more

The new owner is going to ruin this place with the changes and his preferences when he is in the building. I love the treatment I get from my therapist, however, if the business continues to lose business, I'll have to follow her. read more

For my birthday I received a gift card for a one hour massage from the establishment from my husband. I have driven by many times, since it's right by my home, but never gone in or inquired online about services. Walking in. It's very nice. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful with registration. They have complimentary bottles of water while you wait for your maseuse. I was surprised when I entered the room that the table was heated perfectly and the room had a lovely aromatic scent, like lavender. All my muscles felt wonderful after the service and I will definitely go back. read more

I have been coming here regularly for years with no issues. Today I showed up for my appointment. Despite having a copy of both the email and text confirming the appointment, the receptionist said an appointment was never made. I was sent away with no explanation or recourse of any kind. I'm hoping I won't be billed. I guess I'll have to pursue a charge back with the credit card company. I will likely never return, but if I do, I will never feel comfortable pre-paying again. read more

It's unfortunate that my favorite massage place was bought out by someone who seems to only think of himself/what he wants rather than the clients. I wanted to add the CBD to the hot stone treatment as advertised and it was explained to me at the front desk that was no longer available because the new owner doesn't like it. Weird because he's not the one getting the services I want and pay for? The sheets used to feel luxurious and now they are stiff and scratchy. Instead of a solid bolster under the legs the therapists now have to put these two flat pillows under our knees/zero support. Massage 1 has shortened their operating hours which is unfortunate for those of us who are shift workers and can't get to appointments outside the standard work hours. I am upset too because I had points saved up to use and the new owner decided to toss the program out, no notice to clients and will not honor the points now that the program has been deleted. I adore the therapists and front desk staff, not a fan of this new owner and these negative changes. If this new owner doesn't want keep established clients, he's doing an excellent job of driving working class people away. I wouldn't be surprised if the next change is a price increase and for what? The guy has only taken away, nothing has been added to the massage experience. read more

I have now been to Massage 1 three times and kept forgetting to write a review, so I wanted to make sure I did one this time. My wife and I have been enjoying a couples massage once every few months. We when you enter, you see a small desk to the right and a waiting area on the left. They have you check-in to your appointment on one of two iPads. At this time, it gives you the option to add-on premium services such as hot stones and sugar scrubs. I really appreciate it being done this way as you avoid to pushy sales routine. Our masseuses brought us back to a room with two beds and step out to let us get comfortable on the tables. There is relaxing massage music playing the whole time which adds to the experience. I prefer deep tissue massages, so they have several masseuses that specializes in that. The last two times I've gone, I've gotten Brenda, who does an excellent job. Over the hour, it's part massage and part stretching. I leave feeling very refreshed and invigorated. Not only had it been good for my physical health, it has been good for my mental health. I recommend massages for anyone and I definitely recommend going to Massage 1 for them. read more

I live pretty close to Massage1 so I wasn't expecting a lot when I first visited. I have now been coming about once a month for several months and it is because of Tirso. I am so happy and feel very fortunate to have found him. He is extremely polite, intuitive and has great touch! Whether it is a focus on sore muscles or just relaxation, Tirso adapts and provides a wonderful experience. It is the most blissful and relaxing hour of my month! read more

Candice W is incredible! I've not had a massage in 18 years. I went in as a tired, stressed, and much needed break Mom! She was truly a healer. She gave exactly the right full body massage I needed. The right pressure as I prefer. I was in such a deep sleep so relaxed. I will be back, already made my next appointment. read more

I've been going to Massage 1 Henderson intermittently since they opened. I recently started having back pain that wouldn't let to. Oriana was amazing. I have been coming to the Henderson location for some years now, not consistently but basically when in pain. All the massage therapists that I met had been great. A couple of months ago when I tried to make an appointment with my regular, she was booked. The front desk girl recommended Tirso G. OMGoodness this young man is AMAZING! You NEED to try him. I very much enjoyed the attention to detail when adjusting my left shoulder and stretching and massaging on what was needed. My experience with him felt therapeutic and it provided great results. He is very attentive, a great listener and communicator. The place is clean and welcoming. I will be back! read more

Julia was great I had a one hour deep tissue massage and cupping for my aching back. Going back in two weeks.

Back again my husband and I went today and symone and Nuvia- they both did a great job and we will be back. Symone was more deep tissue type of massage. (My husband has her) And Nuvia was medium - deep, which was what I wanted! We rebooked and told ourselves this is part of our health we need to keep going no matter how busy life is! Rosie M. at Massage1 in Henderson does a great job working to make my tight muscles feel better and never makes me feel self-conscious about the shaking from having Parkinsons. Though I haven't gotten a massage in a long time, I have had some very good massage therapists. This was my first visit to Massage 1. I am delighted to report that it was a very good experience. The Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. I did not have to wait around at all. Oriana was very considerate and listened carefully. I requested deep tissue work that started lightly. She did a great job. Long story short, I fell asleep while lying on my front. I got what I came for which was relaxation and tension relief. I've already booked my next appointment! Thank you Massage 1! read more

So I started going to this place after my liposuction for lymphatic massage, Betty was amazing she is real pro and knows what she's doing. But the owners are so rude, and so arrogant, they change rules as they go on. They have a point system and if you accumulate so many points you get free massage. I was going twice a week so I accumulated a lot of points very quickly. Also i was paying at a discounted rate because of so many attendances. So when I decided to use my points for an hour of free massage, the following week they started to charge me at the normal rate, when I objected, she said( the owner) that you only get the discount if your appointments are less than 5 days apart! That's so not true!! It's not what it says on their website, so I stopped going there, she was so rude and dismissive when she was talking to me, that I canceled all my future appointments. read more

I get a 90 minute deep tissue massage from Tirso and I can't brag enough about his massage skills. I've tried many places with a lot of different therapist, and Tirso beats all of them hands down. He is very pleasant and personable; deeply cares about your needs for such a young man. I am so glad that Massage 1 is so close to home and convenient for me. I schedule my next appointment immediately before I leave to make sure Tirso is available. Now for the best part, if you book a 90 minute massage, you get the FULL 90 minutes. That is unheard of! read more

Julia V. gave me the best massage money can buy. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to feel at peace while making your body feel a whole lot younger than it did before the massage. I will be returning monthly! Thank you again! read more

This was my first time coming to this location. I had previously gone to other massage parlors around the Spring mountain area but I decided to look around my area. I had a therapist named Nita and I was not pleased with my massage. I kindly asked prior to the session if we could have a silent session because I like the quietness as it brings me comfort and puts my mind at ease. She would make remarks every so often and make jokes, which some I felt were inappropriate, but I stayed quiet to simply remain respectful. The massage itself was okay but I had hoped for a better service. I may attempt another massage with another therapist but I most definitely won't book with Nita. Other than her mediocre service, this location was very neat with friendly staff (: read more

I've been going to Symone for about a year now. She has done wonders for my shoulders! And he has a very relaxing presence! I always feel great after seeing her. Whether you are looking for pain management, or relaxing, Symone is your girl! I sometimes book with Rosie when Symone is unavailable. She is also incredible! Her techniques really helped with my neck pain! read more

I got a gift card from Massage 1 and I finally got to use it. My daughter went here 3 years ago and loved it, so I knew I would love it too. I woke up with a neck pain and decided to use my gift card. Made an appointment for 90 minutes with hot stones and they were able to get me in on the same day I called. I had Symone as my therapist. She asked what should she focus on and I expressed about my neck & shoulders. After the 90 minutes I felt so much better, I would see Symone again she was very good. read more

I've been coming to this location since 2013 and can't say enough good things about them. I finally found my all time favorite massage therapist named Betty! See ya at the next appt Betty! read more

I've been a client here for years and have always been pleased with my massage. Rosie is my favorite (she is amazing!) and I wish she had more days/hours for availability. Nuvia is amazing as well. Actually, every massage I've had over the years has been 4-5 stars. The front desk staff is equally amazing...polite and friendly, just like the massage therapists. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star overall rating is because the price has increased a lot over the past 1.5-2 years. I understand that Covid and inflation have increased the price for many items/services, but this is a huge increase at about approximately 33%. read more

Everyone at Massage1 is amazing. From the time you walk in, you are greeted with a smile. I went there about a month ago for the first time, because I was not able to get in with my normal therapist at Massage Envy. After my session with Aryah, I ended up canceling my membership and Massage Envy, and returned back to Massage1 for my second visit today. Same thing- walked in to a warm welcome, and Aryah was amazing again. If you're looking for a great massage, go to Massage1 and book with Aryah! read more
