It truly felt blissful. I left feeling renewed and refreshed physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Svletlana was my esthetician, who I finished my day with and she was absolutely amazing. She's extremely intuitive and had such wonderful energy. The massage was great, salt room was super relaxing and detoxifying, Anthony at the front desk was so attentive and welcoming too. Lately I tried the energy clearing massage with Svetlana at Henderson location, which I was planning to do about a year. I believe Svetlana is a real angel and everyone who are in Las Vegas local/visiting should absolutely try it! I never feel so much better and relived, very much needed according to much stress. We made reservation about a month ago and it was totally worth the way with a friendly greeting from our receptionist, Alessandra. Wasn't sure what to bring so trust me I brought everything thing when really I needed nothing whatsoever. The Halotherapy was relaxing with some soothing music and calming atmosphere. A totally worth while experience. After we got the mud wrap and massages with Noel and Arely. They showed us to our rooms where we got undressed completely except for the small one size fit all undies. However one size does not fit all as my friend's undies snapped on one side and when having to go to bathroom the robe barely closed. That made it a more uncomfortable as she holding top and bottom to go bathroom. The mud wrap felt nice on my skin, warm and it was like they hand painted our bodies. After finishing with mud, the massage was nice and relaxing. Definitely a fabulous off strip spa but once you finish, no lolligaging to enjoy facility like the spa on the strip. This place was one of the coolest places I've been to in a while! I seen it originally on Instagram and did a little bit more research. Being in the salt room was like I was sitting in a big salt lamp. It was calming and relaxing. It's this cool room That can seat about six people. However, each time I've gone, there was only one other person present inside. You cannot go in with your shoes and honestly it's better to go in shorts than anything else. The first time I went with pants and my pants had salt all over them when I left. I love the quiet, relaxing ambience of being in the salt room. Every single employee that I came into contact with were extremely kind. They had a special that was $39 for two sessions. This has definitely pushed me to try and do it some more. Wow!!! I have heard so many great things about The Salt Room and I'm so glad I finally decided to book an appointment because if I could give them 10 stars, or a billion stars, I totally would!! It's been a while since I had my last facial (like 10+ years a while...) and lately, my face has been breaking out like crazy. I decided to book a Custom Facial here and made the appointment online last week and was able to pay ahead of time, too. Came in yesterday and was greeted so nicely by the receptionist. I filled out a few papers, visited the restroom before it was my time, and when it was time for my facial, Svetlana came out to grab me for my appointment. Okay... I seriously can't say how INCREDIBLE this woman is. Her energy, her kindness, just everything about her. She is absolutely incredible. I admit, facials and spas have always freaked me out a bit. I'm a bubbly person, loud and kinda obnoxious, so being "quiet" while a stranger messes with my face has always made me a bit uncomfortable. But Svetlana... wow. She made me feel SO comfortable. We ended up chatting the entire time and I was still able to relax, too. The room is super calming. Svetlana went through everything with me on what she was going to use on me. Everything is organic, which I loved because I have pretty sensitive skin. The bed has a heated mattress and blanket and honestly was so relaxing. I could have napped there haha. While she was doing my facial, again, we just chatted it up about everything. She was so nice and even guessed my astrological sign, which was too funny. The facial was amazing and took about 50 minutes. She also massaged my neck and shoulders and arms. It was so relaxing and not awkward at all! I also loved that she gave me some advice with my skincare and it was all homeremedy type of things. It wasnt like, hey go out and buy this $200 product. She told me to used baking soda, teatree oil, and clay masks. Loved that. As soon as the facial was done, she walked me to the bathroom to show me my face and it already looked so much better. Much more hydrated and smooth. I wanted to run home and write this review right away, but I waited to see what my skin looked like today and let me tell you, it looks SOOO much better and brighter. When I was leaving she walked me out and was just seriously the best. Didn't even try to sell me on coming back or anything which makes me want to come back even more!!! We've been to the Salt Room a few times now, once for a couples massage and halotherapy, and twice for facials with Svetlana. Svetlana is AMAZING!!! So friendly and informative and facials are super relaxing! Love the neck, shoulder and arm massage. She is a true gem in this establishment! The salt room was very cool. Loved the relaxing music and the experience. They have 6 reclining chairs so you can relax in the room. It says it's good for skin conditions, sleep apnea, breathing issues, and more. Our massages were ok. We booked a couples Swedish massage and my daughter requested a relaxing Swedish massage, with light pressure. Unfortunately, she received a harder pressure massage and it was not relaxing for her. They used a weird leg thing on her and bent her leg in a weird position, and we've never experienced this is massages before at different establishments. She is young, so she felt uncomfortable to say anything at the time. For myself, the masseuse worked out all my kinks but it was so much pressure, I was wincing in pain at some points. Well I finally used my Birthday Gift for a massage. I needed it today. I was so happy I called today and spoke with Angelica. I got a massage appointment two hours later. To start the place is very peaceful looking at all the Himalayan Rock Lamps, candles, salts, etc. the lighting is perfect. I got Noel as my masseur. He was great, very professional and caring. I went in sore from the gym and work and all the pain was gone. He knew what to do. And he ended with a hot towel for my back. After that, I spent 20 minutes at the Salt Cave. Love it, it feels in heaven. The room is beautiful, peaceful and salty. The ground is all Himalayan salt to connect while you breath the salt. Healthy and healthy. I was so stressful today. My wife and I made an appointment for a couple's massage at The Sale Room. When the day came, they had a little staffing issue, as one of the therapists was in E.R. So, we rolled with the punches and got back-to-back massages instead. The therapist was pretty good. Not the best ever, but surely competent. The REAL treat here is the Halotherapy or the "salt room". It's pretty special. The ambiance and interior of the special room are just cool as heck. We were so relaxed and present. I had the most amazing time at The Salt Room. Checking in was seamless and I only waited in the lobby for maybe 5 minutes before my massage therapist Lucy guided me to my room. I was a little nervous since this was my first time ever getting a massage but Lucy clearly outlined the process and eased all of my worries. The massage itself was amazing. I booked the aroma therapy energy clearing session for 85 minutes which is $185. Honestly, this was the BEST gift I've given myself in a long time. The Salt Room was super accommodating and able to squeeze me in last minute for a 1 hour deep tissue massage. My therapist Noel was amazing. I am an avid spa enthusiast and get massages regularly, and I could tell within the first 5 minutes that it would be a great session. Noel was supremely professional with a calming energy and presence. It was the perfect relaxing yet therapeutic experience. Pressure was customizable to preference, and I would come back again! Thank you! Spa was clean and comfortable. There are two restrooms in the back, and the salt wall in the room led for a calm ambiance. A small, relaxing, waiting area in the front, but the definitely a place that you go in for your massage and come out. Not a full day experience. Was told it might be a few min late since a large group came through but it wasn't too bad of a wait. Massage was good and when I paid I left a tip for a total of $199 (deep tissue). Upon checking my credit card acct I saw another charge for $40. I called and didn't get a good explanation of what the charge was but she would have it removed. It's still there. Very worrisome that my receipt that I signed has the correct amount but $40 was added without notice.
