I had an absolutely amazing experience at Venus Foot Massage with Jessie. She is such a kind, attentive, and talented massage therapist, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I got a wonderful one-hour massage for only $50, which is an incredible value. Jessie worked on my feet, ankles, back, ears, and face, and she did an amazing job paying attention to every area. The massage was thorough, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The service was so good that I left Jessie a $40 tip because I truly appreciated the care and effort she put into the massage. It's not often you find someone who takes such pride in what they do. If you're looking for a great massage at an affordable price, I definitely recommend Venus Foot Massage and especially Jessie. I'll absolutely be coming back! read more

Their published prices are deceiving as you will be asked aggressively to leave them $20 tip with all services. Never coming here again!

Always had great massage with Tiger. But lately it was being run by new owners and Tiger who used to be there 6 days a week now his rarely there. I'm so mad! I don't know if I will give the new people a try. I'm giving 2 stars only because Tiger is not there. read more

Great massage good pressure but not painful. Good value for money. I have gone twice for the massage and will go back again soon.

This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had! My girl and I went for a deep tissue couples massage on April 25th. The two, and this is my assumption were UNLICENSED masseuses and they were very unprofessional. They were talking throughout the massage. The dryer alarm was buzzing repeatedly over and over. They kept leaving the room and yet we asked for 90 minutes but only got 60 minutes of massage time. At one point, a guy came into the spa yelling in Chinese and once again the man left the room to go upfront and yell back at the man for ~4 minutes which startled both me and my girl, not to mention was very unprofessional. We let them know how disappointed we were however, it gets worse because a few days later, I developed a hematoma on my back. It is still there for over a week which tells me they most likely aren't properly trained or licensed. Never go there, it is not worth the trouble or the risk. read more

AMAZING!!! I called tonight and they took me right in. The guy did not exactly what I wanted. And let me tell you about the foot massage. WOW. He hit every spot. I'm on my feet all day and it really helped me. My back and shoulders were so messed that I've had a headache for days. This did the trick, and it was only $40 for 60min. That's a STEAL!! You must check them out. read more

Ok went again and amazing. Hubby and I loved it so relaxing and clean. Will go back definitely

I have an appointment every week! It's because of the amazing massages I get at Venus that I can continue to work my job! Went to the Dr. years ago about my stiff neck. She said, you need to get more massages! "You carry the stress in your neck and shoulders!"Because I stand all day at my job, the leg and foot massages are heaven! It's a very clean, very professional Spa! I get the 60 minute reflexology every week! It's taking care of me! Highly recommend! read more

Horrible experience. The massage was great. $60 for one hour massage the price is great. But they didn't tell us about a $20 tip at the end of the service. And they demanded for us to give that tip. That's just really wrong. Since when you have to give a $20 tip whether you like it or not? Plus, no one said or mentioned about a mandatory $20 tip at the beginning of massage. That was disappointing. read more

I used to love this place and they just screwed me, never again! Friends & family buy gift cards from here for me because I loved it! Birthday is in October, came today(4/6/25) because they expire in 6 months. The person that sold the cert obviously put the wrong year on the expiration, 2024. They would not honor it or even offer any solution. I can't even imagine how much they get away with if they do this often, Beware!! read more

Love this place for massages. No where else can you beat their prices and it includes hot stone and is a full body massage. Jessie & Mia are great, they do an amazing job. I highly recommend. read more

I been here a few times it's very affordable and always been nice, I usually like woman to massage me but Peter was available, he did a great job, broke me and get every knot out, if anyone is considering going ask for Peter, read more

Terrible place. Demanding a tip that is 50% of the service is ridiculous. Not only is the environment disgusting but the customer experience was sub par. I went for a 60 minute foot massage and ended up getting a 15 minute foot massage while the remaining time was on my shoulders, neck, etc.. if I wanted a full body massage I would have gone to an actual spa for the real deal. Just wanted reflexology as the title of the store states. Complete scam, I left feeling uncomfortable and completely scammed. When I went to pay the $50 for the service I didn't ask for; I tried to tip $10. She would not except that told me I had to tip at least $20. To demand your customers to pay a tip nearly 50% the service cost is robbery; especially when this is not the service I requested. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I went with a dear friend, and honestly, we didn't have high expectations going in. But wow--these ladies completely blew us away! We booked an hour-long massage and immediately wished we had added the extra 30 minutes. They were so thorough, and the massage included hot stones, which made the whole experience even more amazing. Such a treat--we'll definitely be back! read more

My first time at a foot spa and I am a fan! I was definitely skeptical at first but I lived the experience. I literally slept through my whole foot massage which was surprising. You can either go in the room individually or 2 people can go together. The rooms are not completely enclosed so you can hear what is going on in the lobby or other rooms. The lady that did my massage was super sweet and definitely put it work, she massage my feet/legs for a whole hour. read more

My appointment was at 2pm and we didn't get seen until 2:40 . I don't know what all the confusion was but when my mother and I came in for our 2pm appointment the guy at the front desk had to make several of phone calls for someone to come in . My massage started before my mother's yet our massages ended at the same time . My mother's masseuse was rushing her massage to keep with my masseuse. On top of it all the masseuse continued to talk among themselves during the massage which was very distracting, my masseuse's phone rang, and she took her phone call during the middle of my massage and left and a whole different lady came in and started rubbing my feet. When it came time to pay I was asked how much of a tip was I going to give . When i gave the amount the guy at the front desk asked, "is that it??" And suggest that I tip additional $30 on top of what I've already tipped. I told him this is all that they're getting because the massage was cut short, even though we were seen extremely late .-There was no apology. He just said OK and continued to swipe my card. I did take my mother for her birthday and we did not enjoy our experience. I will not be back ,very disappointed. read more

Mia did a great foot massage and I loved the hot rocks after. I will definitely return!

I came for 90-minute massage and WOW I couldn't be happier! Tiger is AMAZING! Visiting from California for school, I was in desperate need of relaxation and relief from aches and pains. Tiger's expert technique and attentive and listened to my needs and exceeded. I only wish I could book bi-weekly sessions! I highly recommend Tiger to anyone in need of a professional massage. 10/10 recommended. read more

I am gonna give it 5 stars. You know what to expect and if you are comfortable with a smaller establishment, they do their best for the price. They are very kind workers and I always tip at least $20 because your massage is cheap. I've been a customer for years. Request deeper if you want, they will try their best! read more

This is a fun and interesting place! I always bring my out of town guest and it's a fun thing to do.

I'm not sure why the bad reviews, I've been going for years and it is awesome. The fact of the matter is you're paying only $40 for an hour massage. So will you hear the phone ring and some voices, yes.. but normally you will hear some talking when it's the top of the hour and there are new customers coming for their appointments. Today I had tiger and it was like he was reading my mind with everything that I wanted to be done. He has nice strong hands and I would definitely request him if he's working. read more

I was near this foot spa and wanted to give it a shop. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted. The place was extremely clean and the ambience was nice. There was soft music playing that was relaxing. I opted for the 60 minute full body massage for $40. The gentleman performing my massage was excellent. Not too soft and not too hard of pressure. There were other people receiving massages at the same time yet it was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely return to this location as it is away from the Strip and prices were very reasonable. read more

Best value massage. Jessie was excellent, highly skilled therapists. Place is clean.Definitely coming back.

So, I received a gift certificate from my sister this past January. When I walked in a sign read that you have six months to use a certificate. I was within that time but they told me it had expired and I would need to pay half. This was in the middle of the massage. I knew this was incorrect but paid after and tipped. Will not be going back as they'd already received payment once. Not a great way to get repeat customers. read more

DON''T SUPPORT RACISM - After making an appointment by phone with a man staff. I arrived by paid Lyft ride for my 3:45pm scheduled appointment with two other non-Black couples coming in behind me. The male staff immediately escorted the two couple onto separate areas leaving me standing at the front counter. I observed two women in the front go to the back. The man returned to whisper to me that he was too busy. I was shocked to experience such a difference in treatment as a Black woman than the white customers. I am an appointed official and a doctoral student. I have no ready. to misrepresent myself or practice dishonesty. I have much more to lose than gain from posting a fake review. Racism is real. Whiteness is always catered to by other races who align their practices to exclude people because of their skin color. In observation, the cleanliness and the smell of the the facility match with the cheap prices. In all, the integrity on this business is below standard. read more

We couldn't use a gift certificate. I'll give it back to the person that gifted it to me for them to use. We made 3 appointments and they cancelled 2 and the one for today they called 6:31pm (appt at 6:30pm) to ask where we were as we were 3 minutes away. He said "we real busy again and you late" (literally 3 minutes away- I had to drop my kids off at home). They can suck a fat one. I'll stick with Juju on Mountain Vista & Sunset who can honor appointment times and is flexible if "life" happens. read more

Save your money and go somewhere else. My wife and I got a couples massage here. When we initially looked at the price, we had a feeling it would be too good to be true. They wanted $40 for one hour. We asked them three times if this was a full body massage or just a foot massage. They assured us three times that it was a full body massage. They spent 30 minutes on the feet, 15 minutes on the forehead, and 15 minutes for a semi-dull massage. We usually leave $20-$30 tip each but this time we only left a total of $24 because it was a miserable massage. They argued with us about tipping more... I said no way. !!! read more

Let me first say this is the kind of place that I would probably drive by because of the stickers on the windows, located right next to a vape shop, and what not- all kind of red flags in my experience that it's not a legitimate massage places but it was refunded so I stopped in. The massages were good but unfortunately punctuated by phone calls interruptions and actually disappearing several times to attend to the front desk as people walked in. Also the two therapist working together chatted with each other quietly and laugh occasionally which was disconcerting and distracting. Another unpleasant part of this revisions was that at checkout I was pressured to give a 30% tip alluring i tried to explain that i wasn't thrilled with the experience but both therapists began to argue with me. So what I thought was going to be a decent deal for a massage ended up being more than what I would have liked to pay with after this funky experience. read more

They post the price to be $40 for an hour, but when we checked out they demanded we pay $15 for their tip . I didn't realize a TIP is required ? We always give them $10 which is over 20% but she would not accept this . Not a good way to run a business !! read more

This is my go-to spot since it is nearby home. The space is very clean and has a peaceful atmosphere. I have been serviced by 3 of the therapists and all of them do a great job of taking care of you! Tiger does the deepest pressure but not enough to be painful. He is great at ironing out any kinks or aches. Cici is medium pressure and very thorough. Susan has the gentlest pressure, so you are sure to relax and fall asleep (guilty). They are all great and I have always felt healed and satisfied with their services, although they have different styles. They are also sooo good at figuring out the spots that need more attention! Please be kind and understanding of your therapists! I always do my best to tip generously; they work hard and do their best to ensure you receive a good massage. It's literally a work out for them! You really cannot beat the price of $40 for a 60 minute whole body massage! Definitely worth more than the price! read more

Relaxing, private and great price! Can't beat $40 for an hour full-body massage. I came out feeling wonderful!

Best value massage spot. I go at least once a week. Don't be cheap on gratuity, tipping is good karma .

Such a great massage for the price - actually a great massage period. Will definitely be returning!

** BEST $30 FULL BODY MASSAGE + HOT STONES EVER ** Highlights -- the lady focused on the parts that she could tell needed more attention without me saying anything (shoulders & feet) She asked if it was too firm during the whole massage They put a hot towel under my neck before the back massage which helped me relax because I have A LOT of neck tightness as well Will definitely be coming back read more

This review is solely bases on the person who massaged me, not the company as a whole. I think I may have crappy luck with reflexology massages in Silverado Ranch. I reviewed another spot not far from Venus Foot Spa last year, and I had the worst experience.... That one is an exact replicate of my experience here. When I walked in I was greeted by the massage therapist. She looked familiar, but I didn't think anything of it. We were about to start my massage, and she asked me if I was Asian (she made the connection because of the jade bracelet I was wearing)... I had a sudden lapse of dejavu - I've been here before. The minute she put her hands on me, I knew it was that same girl from the other place. I was so upset, I left in worse condition that when I arrived. Before I left, I had to ask if she used to work at the other massage place. Because Las Vegas/Henderson is far too big, theres NO WAY it could be the same person..... And it was....*face palm* I will be back someday, but if she greets me, I will ask for someone else. The whole reason I chose to come here was based on the yelp reviews - I don't want this one experience to ruin it for the rest of the body workers. read more

Very professional and very great massages!! Prices are awesome! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Best massage I've had in a long time!

Not the cleanest massage place but I used to come here to get massage from Linda. She was so good at massage. She always gave me very strong yet very relaxing deep tissue massage. One day, I found out she has quit this place. Shocking!! (I miss her massage!) I've tried 3 different people's massage here after that, but they all were terrible. Especially the lady Mary gave the worst massage in my entire life. It was so terrible I told her "No more." and left. (I don't know why I even tipped her. I should've never. It was sooo disgusting.) I would never come back here again. Any massage would be better than the massage I got here the very last time. Avoid. Go elsewhere. read more

Got a gift certificate and I didn't see it expired the day I found it. I called to see if they had any opening for 2 and the guy said no. I explained to him and he said that's fine come the next day which is today for 11am. Today I get a call at 10:30 confirming and I make sure they understood our certificate expired yesterday and he said that's fine. We go in and again make sure it's ok to use our gift certificate that expired yesterday they said yes and took them. Did the massage and realized they take lots of break. We finish the massage and we're about to leave and give them our tip. The massages were $60 and they wanted $20 each for tip. I said sorry we only have $16 each which is more than 20%. And she got upset and said our certificate was expired and that they did 90 mins and it's at least $20 tip. I told her I let you guys know and you accepted it and said it was ok. and she got mad and followed us out. I told her we only have $2 cash left and she said fine and took it and still complained that we didn't give enough and wanted more. She said don't come back here and I told her why would we come back here when you treat us like this?Honestly save your money and go elsewhere. We got the certificate from someone else and that was why we went here. Never again and definitely don't reccomend it. If they wanted a specific amount then they should specify it as part of the price. read more

So my experience wasn't the best but the person I went with absolutely loved it so I averaged our reviews together to give 4 stars. My experience was not bad, it was just not stellar. I was a little hot with all the heat they used like back heat pads, a neck heat pad, and a blanket. This is perfect for winter but in 110 degree Vegas summer heat, it's not something I loved. I just don't think my masseuse was amazing either. She was just okay. I also didn't like the fact that it was a little brighter than I like in there. The person I went with had an amazing experience on the other hand, she loved the heat and she loved her masseuse. He had "magic hands" and she doesn't normally love massages either. She has back problems and she came out feeling great! So our average review is 4 stars. read more

I LOVE this place!! I've been here many times. They're always very clean and kind. They listen to what you want and always make sure the pressure is ok or too much. They also use hot stones and ask if the temperature is ok as well. My deep tissue 90 minute is amazing! Just what I needed! read more
