Selected deep tissue enhancement as I've experienced these in the past and understand if done correctly -- should be helpful in alleviating tension, ability to relax muscles and being that I've been under pressure at work and during competitive sports was looking forward to treatment. Unfortunately, what I experienced was terrible, painful, and working with someone who didn't have years of experience as well as applied too much pressure. I felt the masseuse was going to BREAK me. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. He checked in periodically stayed a consistent medium to deep pressure just as I liked. My first time here was today and I love it. I did a 80 min massage with the deep tissue enhancement and my massage person was Kiriah. I was dealing with stiff neck and shoulders Afterwards my body felt amazing and I could turn to the side without my neck feeling so tight. Since I was satisfied, I booked another appointment right after my first session with Jessica who was also awesome I like to call myself a massage connoisseur because I get them so often in multiple states and countries. I had a very disappointing experience here today. I had booked online and somehow my gift card was charged because there was an online mistake. I was literally heartbroken because the day before I had just put down my dog and I needed this massage so badly it was a gift from friends. The owner said there was nothing she could do. I find that very hard to believe since I have owned several businesses myself and there's always something you can do. The employees were very sweet. The (massage) people were very nice, but I will never return to this location. Sadly, now we live in a world where no one believes each other and it's all about the money. I've had a membership at this place since 2023 and I have officially canceled it. When I first started coming the place was fantastic. However, as of this past year things have really gone down hill in my experience. Two of my regular therapist's had quit working here and I was on the hunt for a new message therapist. Two of the more recent appointments I had they has horrible breathe and BO which really took away from the relaxing experience. Another had a strong oder of cigarettes. The second to last time the face rest was covered in makeup from the last guest so they don't change the sheets covering. How unsanitary!! This most recent time I figured I'd try one more time and my former therapist had returned I was so excited! I arrived to my appointment the front desk girls were gossiping about the woman they helped before me while myself and another guest were waiting right in front of them. My massage therapist had an energy that you could tell he did not want to be there. When I was brought into the room I laid on the bed and the face rest appeared clean but after putting my face on it the face rest was wet, smelled like fragrance perfume and was burning my face!!! I kindly asked him to check it out he too was upset and mumbled "this is why I hate this place." I understand it wasn't directed at me and hating your job but a guest should never feel that experience from what's supposed to be a luxury service where Im spending over $200 a month. The cherry on top, when I exited my massage a woman that I assume to be the manager at the front desk proceeds to look me up and down and stares at me with a look of disgust over I can only assume could be about me having tattoos???? This place used to be luxurious but is unsanitary unprofessional and over priced. Im beyond dissatisfied and won't be spending my money here again. read more

I got the prenatal massage from Stacy and she was sweet, friendly and most importantly I felt like she knew what she was doing. The good: Rico is really amazing and one of the best massage therapists I've ever had. Truly grateful for him helping alleviate the aches and pains. He is your guy if you workout a lot and are a busy be. There was one really sweet gentleman I spoke to who had the sweetest customer service. The only thing is he didn't go through with my booking, but that can be forgiven since one- he was very kind and two- they did have availability when I called back. The meh: The only downside as to why I took one star off is because I do wish the checking in and checking out portion was just as relaxing. I just want to be frank in that statement. With as beautiful of a boutique as this is, the customer service on the front end should match the same as the ambiance & service. Almost every time I come in I'm signing the same paperwork and I understand being on the phone for a moment after the service, however there seems to be a lack of genuine customer service with some of the receptionists. I do hope that in the future the checking in and checking out could be a bit smoother with hospitality at the forefront. Summary: -Rico is amazing. Book him!
