Here's your polished review: My massage with Tanya was one like no other. She was incredibly attentive, asked all the right questions about my focus areas, and delivered the exact firmness I requested. As a long-time member, I can confidently say she ranks among the best massage therapists I have ever had. We also absolutely loved our experience with Kim and Myla at the front desk - their warmth and genuine kindness created such a fresh and welcoming energy. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location for your next massage. read more

Extremely disappointed with both my experience and how management handled my concerns afterward. I booked and paid for an 80-minute massage but was taken back around 7:07 PM, the massage didn't begin until approximately 7:10-7:15, and it ended at 8:20. I clearly did not receive the full 80-minute service I paid for. What was even more frustrating was the pushback from management when I brought this up, rather than an effort to make the situation right. I even asked them to review their camera footage to verify the timeline. We've been members, but after this experience and the way it was handled, we will be canceling our membership. Very disappointing customer service. read more

I love this place! Clean, friendly, and priced well. A great ambiance and I apologize that I wake up in mid-snore. Lots of parking! Only reason I don't have a membership is because it's out of my way. I live in Lake Las Vegas, and this is usually a destination that is planned with intention. read more

Carlos is the best deep tissue massage therapist I have ever had. I don't say that lightly. Coupled with the atmosphere - chefs kiss. The late night appointments allow me to go straight home to bed and just melt. Thank you Carlos. read more

Love making massages here part of my monthly routine. Lamar and Luis are the best, I'd highly reccomend!

Came in for a 50 minute massage. They had a promo for $35 off first time customers. Vibe is very Boho-ish with ocean sounds playing in the background. Closed my eyes and transported my thoughts to some island vacay. Definitely needed and necessary. My tech had me snoring in 10min. Will be back to check out their membership packages. read more

Went in for a recent massage, have been here in a while. Staff greeted me warmly. Selected deep tissue enhancement as I've experienced these in the past and understand if done correctly -- should be helpful in alleviating tension, ability to relax muscles and being that I've been under pressure at work and during competitive sports was looking forward to treatment. Unfortunately, what I experienced was terrible, painful, and working with someone who didn't have years of experience as well as applied too much pressure. I felt the masseuse was going to BREAK me. Wouldn't dare step foot here again, nor recommend anyone else to either. -------- What I experienced: Red Flags!!! * Sharp pain during the massage: This is not normal. * Severe or increasing pain after 48 hours: Could indicate excessive pressure, tissue damage, or inflammation. * Bruising or swelling: Suggests too much force was applied. read more

Carlos is incredible, hands down one of the best massage therapists I've had in years of coming here. His skill, professionalism, and ability to truly help you relax are the reasons my husband and I keep returning. That said, the overall wellness experience feels like it's missing something important: the small touches that make a place feel genuinely restorative rather than transactional. Something as simple as warm heated towels on the shoulders while transitioning between areas, which is fairly standard at many wellness spas, would elevate the entire experience. Especially at this price point (and for being a "member"), it feels like basic comfort and care should already be included, instead of being treated as an add-on. The massage itself is excellent because of Carlos. But when you go to a wellness space, you want to feel taken care of, not like every extra moment of comfort comes with another charge. It's the difference between feeling truly relaxed... and feeling nickel-and-dimed in a place that's supposed to help you unwind. read more

Karla is amazing. Just had an amazing 80 minute massage with her. Best massage I've had!!!

The most relaxing environment that makes it feel like a beachside resort massage in the middle of Henderson. I like to book an evening end of day massage and straight to bed. Booking is easy and they have a month to month membership that includes a monthly massage at a great price for the Tulum spa like experience. I had Yusmary and she's amazing! read more

Always such a wonderful experience! La Mar is hands down the best masseuse I've ever been to. He is attentive and remembers your problem areas and works really hard to relieve all your tension. The best! read more

I would give negative stars if I could. I walked into the location after one of their massages triggered my sciatica really bad I couldn't walk after my massage. They told me I have 90 days to use my remaining 2 credits. Cool. I thought about it but it's really not worth triggering my back for. They called me about the credits and I even said to the last person who calls me no thanks I don't want to use my credits it's fine. Welp. They've been charging me. No proof of cancellation at all... when I walked into there to cancel. I'm livid. I'm contacting my bank to put in fraudulent charges as I was charged at least 3 months since I've cancelled. Do not go here. You'll either get your back messed up from a therapist not knowing what they're doing or they will "cancel" you and then continue to charge your card. read more

I love this place. I have a monthly massage set up with them. They send reminders a day before. They always offer water before and after your massage. The massages are always relaxing. read more

The facility is in Macdonald Ranch and it is in a quiet neighborhood and small plaza. The masseuse was nice and got rid of some knots. She was very sweet and gave great advice on better posture and suggestions to do at home. However, I prefer the location in Tivoli village and Patty who is outstanding, but if I'm in this area, I'm also glad that they have The Now! read more

Kimberly was amazing! The staff were so helpful and sweet and the overall vibe was great. I love how there is a lot of focus on mindfulness/the body and mind connection. My massage was amazing and honestly I wish I booked an 80 min instead of 50 because it was so great!! I've been super stressed lately and this was just what I needed to reset. I will definitely be coming back. Amazing experience! read more

Luis was excellent! I had the NOW 80 and was very relaxed. I will be booking with him in the future!

Last night I had a session with Kevin Shaw. I usually see Logan, who is fantastic, but since he is available only on the weekends, the receptionist had suggested Keven. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. He checked in periodically stayed a consistent medium to deep pressure just as I liked. It never had to be adjusted and had the awesome technique of incorporating stretching as well, which felt very nice and relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Thank you. read more

I had a good massage at this spa location. Tania was great, working on the areas I requested and getting some knots out. The decor is peaceful. My only concern was that the massage booths are separated only by thick curtains and I could hear a man coughing and sneezing and the massage therapist in the next booth over sliding their chair around. it was somewhat distracting as I tried to relax. read more

christy was amazing! this was my first time getting a massage and I loved it. Will be going back again!

I've been seeing Rico twice a month for over a year, and there is truly no one like him. I've had massages most of my adult life, and his hands are nothing short of magical. He always asks what you'd like to focus on, but even if you say "nothing specific," he'll find every knot and tight spot you didn't know you had. You leave feeling like Jell-O--in the best way possible. Rico is the epitome of professionalism and incredibly discreet, which I know is important for many women who may feel hesitant seeing a male masseuse. I always feel completely at ease and taken care of. The only reason I was ever hesitant to write this review? I don't want him to get too booked to fit me in. But he deserves all the praise. You will not be sorry. read more

Helen is amazing. Made me feel do relaxed. Highly recommend her. Wonderful experience

This is a beautiful facility with an awesome massage! The scalp treatment was amazing. Will definitely be back.

I got my baby a couples massage for his birthday one year here and the experience was good! Staff was kind and friendly, no long wait times, massage was good for us both. We both really enjoyed it. It is a bit more on the expensive side so we haven't been back to there unfortunately, but if you have the money, I highly recommend this place! We had no issues and would go back if we had the funds! read more

If you're looking for a detail-oriented, well educated, perceptive massage therapist, then Rico is who you should book with next! After learning he is the Lead Massage Therapist here, I had to book with him. It was my first session ever with him and he was able to immediately find the areas that are constantly bothering me, giving me pain relief from start to finish. As someone who gets massages routinely, Rico was by far one of the best bodyworkers I've had work on me especially around my problem areas (lowback and hips). He even managed to get a few spinal adjustments to occur naturally from the perfect balance between his constant, firm comfortable pressure and deep breathing guidance. I walked out feeling none of my usual pain at all. 10/10 would recommend!! read more

My daughter "gifted" me one of her massages & I have never been to a place like this before. There are no real walls! But each room remains completely private and the only sound you can hear is ocean waves! It was very different, but awesome and very relaxing.Lorena did a deep tissue massage that was great! read more

My first time here was today and I love it. I did a 80 min massage with the deep tissue enhancement and my massage person was Kiriah. I was dealing with stiff neck and shoulders Afterwards my body felt amazing and I could turn to the side without my neck feeling so tight. Since I was satisfied, I booked another appointment right after my first session with Jessica who was also awesome I like to call myself a massage connoisseur because I get them so often in multiple states and countries. I ended up signing up for the membership since the prices are expensive if you are not a member. I plan on coming by weekly while I am in Henderson! read more

I had a very disappointing experience here today. I had booked online and somehow my gift card was charged because there was an online mistake. I was literally heartbroken because the day before I had just put down my dog and I needed this massage so badly it was a gift from friends. The owner said there was nothing she could do. I find that very hard to believe since I have owned several businesses myself and there's always something you can do. The employees were very sweet. The (massage) people were very nice, but I will never return to this location. Sadly, now we live in a world where no one believes each other and it's all about the money. The disappointing fact is that I likely would've become a very loyal customer. Now I will never return and I will never refer anyone to this location. read more

The best experience ever! I have been coming to the NOW Massage for over a year. I think the membership is reasonably priced. I like the options for add ons and usually get the hemp calm balm. I have tried a few therapists, but for the past few months, I have been seeing Angela consistently. She is wonderful and goes beyond to make sure that I am comfortable. In addition to reducing sources of stress in my life, getting regular massages has improved my overall well-being. read more

Second time at the Now Massage Henderson. I joined for a membership and so glad I did. Self care has been neglected in my life lately so I'm happy that I signed up for this. Logan was my therapist today. That guy has crazy neck skills. I told him my problem areas and he made sure to focus on those areas. If you like a firm to deep tissue massage he's your guy. If you want a fufu massage don't waste your time you will probably cry. Thank you Logan you were amazing! read more

Coco did an amazing job. I was so relaxed. I could've slept there. She got on all the kinks and tension excellent.
