I was in for a massage on Saturday 08/23/25. I arrived earlier as I had been advised to be. The day before when I scheduled I specified that I'd like a deep tissue massage with hot stone added. When I arrived for check in, again I mentioned that I was looking for deep tissue. When I went back with the therapist, again I specified wanting deep tissue with concentration on my neck and shoulder which seemed to be very tense. That being said, the actual massage never came. Disappointing is an understatement. I was unsure if it wasn't communicated clearly enough of what I asked or if that was the specific therapist doing her interpretation of a deep tissue massage. Absolutely no kind of massage took place. She literally lathered me in oil. I left in tears out of frustration that I didn't get anywhere near what I asked or paid for and that I was offered solely an apology (rather than an attempt to make it right). The front desk ladies both seemed very nice, I was just left with a little dumbfounded by the whole experience. I had considered a membership prior for my step mom who lives nearby but after this experience I'll be researching other establishments. I originally was going to set up an appointment for the next day but Jen heard me groaningI as I had to get up from my bed. Jen said do you want to come in today instead I said sure. When arrived I was greeted by the receptionist she was very friendly (I didn't get her name) then I was greeted by the person who was doing the consultation before my massage very friendly and professional. Then my masseuse opened the door her name was Ceiestina ( I hope i spelled her name correctly) she asked where my major problem was I told her my lower back. She said okay that will be my main focus. This place runs Groupon specials. I called to see if they would simply honor the deal, rather than me having to go through Groupon but they said no. So, I do suggest looking for deals. They did let me book the time over the phone right away, even before I had the Groupon code. That was nice! So, we got the date and time we wanted. The massage itself was great. Jocelyn was professional. It was a deep tissue massage and Jocelyn has a strong touch! So be sure to let her know if it is too strong. But, I enjoyed. The location was clean. It is tucked in an office like area, so a little hard to find. They didn't push a ton of products, which made me happy. They do push their monthly membership though. Both girls at the front asked me twice about it. If you get a Groupon, this place is worth the price. I got a 90 min hot stone massage for $89. They told me at the counter to book another one would be $220. So, I didn't book another since the price difference was substantial. I will continue to look for Groupons to go again at a later date. A few days prior to my service, I let Daria know, that I suffer from Vertigo, and majority of the time, after I receive a massage, it triggers my episode and I feel nauseated and dizzy. To date, this is the BEST massage, I have received in years! Daria, researched on her own, ways to alleviate my vertigo symptoms, when receiving a massage. How awesome is that?!! Was having a really crappy Sunday and around 6pm thought it would be so nice to get a massage, looked around and saw they had an opening still. I was booked with Chloe and man oh man was she amazing. After doing something that really irritated my right shoulder and upper back, I searched for a same day evening appointment and massage heights answered my call. Joanne and the front desk took the time to actually listen to my concerns and address them as necessary. I've had many massages in the past, but always found them painful, which was a concern with my shoulder situation. I felt no pain and was completely relaxed the entire time. I was a member and chose to pay my membership in full during the holiday promotion in December 2024, which included $150 in gift cards as part of the offer. Although I never received physical gift cards, I was told the amount was credited to my account. I've consistently used services every month since becoming a member in July 2024. However, on June 19, 2025, I went in for my massage and was informed that I no longer had any credit remaining because $140 of the promotional gift cards had expired back in March of 2025. It's frustrating that staff failed to apply those time sensitive gift cards toward my visits in December, January, February, or March, instead using the non-expiring credits first. As a result, I've lost $140 in promotional value. When I brought this to their attention, the assistant manager simply stated that they could cancel my membership without requiring the usual 30-day notice, as a gesture for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this response only highlighted how little they value their members. It's extremely disappointing to be treated this way after being a loyal customer. read more

Wow, that was one of the best massages I've ever had! Found them on Groupon and now I am a member. I'm always nervous to try out a new massage spot because I mean, you're getting naked in front of a random person and have to trust they don't hurt you lol! I made an appointment for a 90 minute massage with hot stones and CBD because I woke up with a kink in my neck. When I arrived at the massage place, I walked in with a neck brace that I bought on Amazon because the kink of my neck hurt when I was driving. I'm a chiropractic assistant and former massage therapist. When I walked in The rude director immediately asked me if I had been in a car accident and was attempting to turn me away without asking questions she just assumed. I explained to her no I was not in a car accident, no I was not under doctors care. I just had a kink in my neck and I came here because I have tension in my neck like most people. I've been coming to this place for quite a while. She went back to talk to the massage therapist and only told her one side of the story rather than letting the Massage therapist speak to me. They refused service and then they refuse to give me the manager and the owner's phone number. They also refuse to give me $145. I have is credit on my account. So I'm leaving this for the rest of the people Who would even consider going there. They were so unprofessional. She knew her techniques well, took care of my sore points, explained the condition of my muscles and ways to stretch them to into better condition.
