Heather is truly a miracle worker. I've been seeing her for years, and she always delivers exactly what I need--whether it's a deep tissue massage or something more relaxing. She's incredibly intuitive, in tune with your body, and somehow manages to find every knot without you saying a word. I'm so grateful to have found a massage therapist who's not only highly skilled, but also kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She's also trained in cupping and hot stone therapy, which adds another layer of relief and relaxation to her sessions. She knows exactly when and how to incorporate these techniques to maximize the benefit, and it always feels amazing. My husband and I actually found Heather through a Groupon about ten years ago when we booked a couple's massage at Massage Customs. At the time, he wasn't thrilled--he thought massages were "weird." But after that first visit, we were hooked. We started going once a month, and eventually he bumped it up to every two weeks! With both of us working in high-stress, professional environments, seeing Heather regularly has made a huge difference in our overall wellness. Beyond massages, we've had great conversations about nutrition, health, and even shared some of our favorite books on mental wellness. She's thoughtful, knowledgeable, and just one of those people you feel lucky to have in your life. I can't recommend Heather enough--she's hands down the best massage therapist in town, and you will not be disappointed. read more

Michael at Massage Customs is amazing.I had a 2 custom stretch and neck/shoulders massage that would top even the massages I have had at Wynn. He really takes the time to get to know you and your ailments. I have had pain in my lower back, neck and shoulders that have been constant for about 5 weeks. Most therapists see me as a tiny person and don't use enough pressure(as I am pretty flexible). Michael was super patient, attentive, and most importantly LISTENED. I am super grateful I took the chance and clicked on that Instagram link. If you are looking for pain relief from a provider that genuinely cares for your well being... you will not be disappointed. Run and book your next session with him! I am already looking forward to booking my next session ASAP! Thank you Michael for everything you have done today! read more

These guys are amazing. They're always asking for feedback on pressure, what's working, what feels good, etc. Been a few times and 90 minutes seems like the sweet spot personally. Highly recommend checking them out! read more

Prompt and excellent service! Easy to book and great availability! Looking forward to using them again

I've been coming here for the last few years. Actually, my entire family now does as well. And I'm in here religiously every 2 weeks. I would not let anybody else. Give me a massage except for Heather over at massage customs. I have a lot of bone and nerve problems. And this is the only place that I can get relief. It is truly physical therapy with all the extra things, they're educated here to do and understand about the human body. This is by far the best place to get some healing. read more

I absolutely love getting massages with Michael. He always finds the perfect pressure to get me relief from my pain in my forearm and left shoulder. He so good at communicating with me to make sure he's found the right area. read more

I have to say, I am completely blown away by Michael. I have a pretty high standard when it comes to massage - my previous masseuse on the east coast is the personal massage therapist for A-list celebs including Steven Tyler, Stevie Nicks, Sting, Justin Timberlake, Brittney Spears, Ozzy Osborne, etc. I just moved to the area and was looking for a therapist to help with headaches, migraines, and trouble sleeping. My naturopath suggested I get massage to help with neck tension contributing to these issues. I found Massage Customs on Yelp and was impressed by the reviews. When I called to schedule an appointment, it was Michael who picked up the phone. I explained what was going on, and that I was looking to work with someone experienced to trust in this sensitive process. I was super grateful to hear he had availability in two days time and booked the spot. Michael's communication was consistent and clear, from making sure I found the location to our intake process. I felt him genuinely listening to my history and what triggers the headaches, and appreciate the time he took to ask important questions before we began. The actual massage - was THE BEST of my life!! Wow. Just wow. His touch is strong yet gentle, and I felt totally relaxed and safe in his hands; even in the vulnerable and sensitive spots. He checks in about pressure throughout the massage, although I felt he was accurate and intuitive the whole time. He found the perfect ways to work out trigger point pain and I was completely blissed out the whole time. I've now received two massages from him, and I will be going back as often as possible! I could hardly believe how much shifted in the first massage. I didn't even realize how much pain I was in until I left our appointment, even looking over my shoulder when I change lanes while driving was easy. I didn't know it was hurting; but so many movements feel more free and mobile. I finally slept well for the first time in 2-3 weeks. Both times I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud. So much has been relieved! And my roommate booked an appointment a couple days after me, and agrees that Michael is the real deal. Furthermore, I have to say - some people have 'the touch' and some people don't. I feel his ability to read what's going on underneath the skin and intuition on what needs to be worked out is magical. Michael has got that special something, and I am just completely blown away. I'm so grateful I found him and how much better I feel after his massages! A true miracle worker! read more

I'm not from the area and am always looking for a good massage place when I travel to Vegas. I prefer to stay away from the resort and casino spas. My brother found this place and gifted a 1 hour massage to me. I booked a 90 minute massage with Michael. Scheduling is done online and the site is very easy to navigate. There are plenty of reminders via email and text in case you are not good at calendaring your schedule. The therapist sent a text early in the day to confirm. Upon arrival, the therapist requests that you text to be given entry to the facility. The place is clean, relaxing and has a nice vibe. The room is spacious and comfortable. Michael is a very skilled therapist and I felt quite rejuvenated after the session. There are different add-ons, such as cupping, aroma therapy and hot stone. Pricing is what I would expect for a 90 minute session. It was worth every penny. Massage Customs will be my go to every time I am in Vegas. read more

Found them on Classpass and got an incredible massage today from Michael! Feel like I've been through all the mediocre massage places in Vegas and a lot of them are fine but don't really help me when it comes to pain management for recurring issues with my shoulders, back, and neck. Coming from someone who gets massages every couple of weeks and in many different locations, I'm really picky. But at Massage Customs I got probably the best massage I've ever had! Michael has magic hands! Michael was nice, professional, and really knew his stuff. Liked how he sat with me at the beginning to discuss my issues and history. Once he started the massage he knew exactly what to do to address the areas that I had told him about. He spent lots of extra time on my problem areas and used therapeutic techniques that left me feeling light and absolutely pain and tension free. But he still left extra time to cover my full body, which I prefer. It was really a perfect therapeutic massage and they are definitely the best place I've been to in terms of pain management. Pressure was perfect- very deep but never painful at all. I was so impressed with how he used techniques that I've never had done before, and he was great at making sure that massaging problem areas, which could have been painful, never went beyond a level of mild discomfort that immediately turned into relief from tension. The comfy heated/motorized massage bed was a nice touch. Only wanted the massage to be longer and he said that next time I could definitely upgrade my time. I reeeeally hope they stay on Classpass because I would easily become a regular. The only thing I would tell others to look out for is that they seem to be in an area where my phone got spotty internet service, because I was trying to leave a tip via Venmo and it just wouldn't work. Next time would definitely tip via card or remember to bring cash. read more

Found this place on Groupon and was able to make an appointment a day prior. Upon speaking To the one that I made the appointment, she told me that she would send me an email giving me directions and it was so accurate. The place is in a strip mall with plenty of parking. I was greeted immediately and Noel was my masseuse. He was amazing. The room smelled great and he listened to my concerns and was very accommodating. Felt good afterwards. Can't wait to go back when I'm in town. read more

Have been using Massage Customs for quite a while, and they have ALWAYS provided the most professional, and courteous service. Highly recommend any of the staff, however, would like to give a special shout out to Brittany, because she is very knowledgeable and is willing to listen and thus puts herself into a good position to help you. You can't go wrong making an appointment with anyone in this group though. I am kind of a "Clean Freak" and I have to say that the place was "immaculate", which really makes makes you feel more comfortable. read more

Michael had really healing hands! Great massage and sensitive to my needs with sore muscles and the intensity level.

Their website is very un user friendly and it's very difficult to make an appointment. The front door is always locked and you have to wait in your car until they come out to get you. So you either attempt to book online or you leave a message and someone calls you back to book an appointment. The setting is relaxing and the two massage therapists my family and I have tried were very good and educated. I went in with back pain and could barely move and was able to move after an hour massage and was educated on exercises I could do to help my pain. Heather is by far is the best and truly amazing. Michael the owner moved her to a location in Henderson which, is too far for us and we haven't returned as often because we loved Heather. read more

Michael is an amazing massage therapist. He listens to your needs and wants and he never disappoints!

Michael is the best! Only place I go for massages, he takes time to listen to what you need and delivers! Thanks Michael

I've been seeing Heather for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier! I found her as a recommendation on a local neighborhood post and am so glad I did! She's very professional, super friendly, attentive, and just fantastic at what she does. There's been a few times there was a specific area of the body I've had her focus on, and she's great about it, but the overall full body is fantastic too! I can't recommend her enough! read more

Unfortunately I wasn't able to make my appointment but I was accommodated tremendously in my request beforehand. The owner Michael was more then accommodating and his customer service was beyond professional. The last time I enjoyed my massage Letty did an amazing job getting all my knots out. I cannot wait to get another massage, by massage Customs. read more

A little self care is what everyone needs!! The staff at Massage Customs are all very attentive to what ails you. I suffer from back pains because of my many jobs and getting regular massages gets me back out there living life like a badass. Had my first massage at Massage Customs. My entire experience was amazing! I booked one for myself and a couples massage for my mom and her boyfriend. My mom saw Noel and said that he was amazing and got all of the knots out of her back and that she was able to fully relax. Her boyfriend and I both had Madi back to back and she was wonderful. I have back pain due to the nature of my job, and also a touch of scoliosis. Madi was incredible and it felt like I was talking to a friend rather than a stranger. She made me feel comfortable and gave me a fabulous massage! I'll be back soon! Also, ask for the heated pad on the bed. It makes suchhhhh a difference and made me fall asleep! read more

Hands down one of the best massages I have ever received. My therapist was Madi. What an amazing professional she is. Madi took the time to understand what was going on, and set my expectations accordingly. Most massage places ask, but then proceed to give you the same generic massage they always do. Madi did not. She tailored the massage to my needs. She made me feel comfortable and cared for the whole time. Do not let her small size fool you, this gal packs a punch (in the best of ways). Within the first 5 minutes of the massage I knew Madi is a real pro. She attacked the problem areas, knew exactly where the discomfort was coming from, and made sure throughout that it was not too painful and that I was still comfortable. No up selling pressure, no awkwardness, just pure bliss. Conclusion: I found my new massage therapist. Will be a regular here for sure. Thanks guys for a great experience. read more

Highly recommend FST for anyone who exercises regularly. The team is great to work with and the updated massage room is super relaxing.

I received a two hour massage for the first time from Michael and it was wonderful! Michael was very professional and asked me what my needs were before the massage. I have lower back and neck pain from sitting in a chair in front of my computer all day so he was able to focus on those parts during the massage. The massage itself was great -- he made sure that the pressure was not too soft or painful throughout the experience and applied a firm consistent pressure that massaged and relaxed all my muscles. He is a strong guy and could have destroyed me if he wanted to which I will probably ask for the next time I go back but I just wanted to take it a little easy for the first time. He was very technically skilled and I would definitely recommend to give massage customs a try for anyone interested in this location read more

Amazing service!! Absolutely a hidden gem!! Brittany is amazing and knows her stuff. She's down to earth!!

Massage Customs is the best massage company out there. Heather Crowley has been my therapist for many years. She has a magic touch beyond compare. Recently, I experienced a fascial stretch therapy session today from Heather at Massage Customs. 1. Heather, is very strong. 2. Heather, is Ah - MAhZ- ING! 3. I might have been a contortionist in another life. 4. I think I might've been an Olympic Gymnast contender if it weren't for my height. 5. Forget diets. Feel long and lean with a fascial stretch therapy session! #massagecustoms #beabadass read more

I enjoyed a 90-minute Full-Body Deep Tissue / Hot Stone Massage from Michael. He worked on every inch across my back, & other tight areas. Massage Customs is in the 2nd row of buildings in Scottsdale Plaza. Everything looks & smells new, though Michael opened the business 4 years ago. The decor & ambiance were pleasing to me. My room was comfy & well appointed. My friend had a Deep Tissue from Michelle & said she was awesome as well. Go try it! read more

I wish I could give Letty 10 stars!!!! Massage was amazing. I am visiting from south Florida and I received the BEST massage from Letty. This is coming from someone who has a personal masseuse. Long story short, we missed our flight after a super long and strenuous hike up the grand canyon. Decided to hit this place to ease my sore body and boy was that an experience! So incredible! Sore muscles? Headaches? Stressed? Or just looking for a good conversation while relaxing? Michael is a huge advocate for self care & it truly shows in his work. We're all living through some unprecedented times & Michael at Massage Customs helps alleviate those day to day stressors. He makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire massage. He'll first ask what you'd like to focus on & then check on you periodically to see how the pressure is. He takes his time & even likes to get to know you. I always leave relaxed & overall feeling physically & mentally better. I have definitely noticed a difference since going to Michael. I'd highly recommend him! read more

I had a phenomenal massage today with massage therapist NOEL. I woke up this morning with an awful knot in my back. I called Massage Customs and they had a few open appointments. I was literally able to schedule an appointment in an hour from the time I called. When I arrived I was immediately greeted. I did the basic paperwork and Noel took me back. We discussed my concerns and where I wanted the massage to focus. Noel was professional and friendly. The massage was amazing. Noel worked on my back, focusing on the knot which was causing my pain. The pressure was perfect and Noel made sure that it was by asking. Noel also stretched me out a bit which also helped. The 60 minute massage flew by. I got off the table and immediately I could tell the knot in my back was much better. Checkout was a breeze. I was presented with their membership plan (which I am seriously considering). Thank you Noel for the awesome massage. I will for sure be seeing you again! read more

5 stars through and through. This place provides excellent customer service, customizing their products and services to your specific needs. Their staff is friendly and always greets you with a smile. The building is clean and the ambience is very relaxing and cozy. Very professional and courteous and has not missed a beat with any questions. read more

I have fibromyalgia and am particular about how I want to be massaged. Micheal takes the time to get to know what you like. Even though I am female, I am extremely comfortable with him and have never been this comfortable with a massage therapist in my life. Days later I am still floating on cloud nine. read more

Filled out the normal forms and went back. Michael did my massage- incredible. Great pressure and communication. My husband had a female- forgot her name but she was amazing as well. He said he was really happy with the therapist. Love the no hard sales approach- asked if I'd be interested in more massages in the future which I totally am! Then give me a brow hire with the info.
