I just had my first massage at this Element's location. I used to go the one on Vitality Drive at the east end of Henderson (which is much closer to me). But it closed last year and I was bummed. I tried massages at some other places and was very disappointed. My husband got me SpaFinder gift cards for Christmas and I decided to make the drive out to this location. Boy-what an amazing experience! From the very personable front desk person, who was just lovely to my massage therapist Michelle, I couldn't have had a better visit. Michelle asked a lot of questions before starting on my massage, which I appreciate. She used just the right amount of firm pressure and found all the sore spots. She is very intuitive and really knows how to work the kinks out. I'm embarrassed to say I fell asleep and apparently snored a bit-but this was the best massage I've had in YEARS. I will be booking another massage as soon as I come back from a trip. I highly recommend this location and especially Michelle for her beautiful energy and magic hands! read more

Finally found my massage therapist! I have never enjoyed massages but I carry so much stress in my body so I started looking for a place I could jive with. Previous experiences were either way too intense and painful or then I'd communicate that and have an underwhelming experience. MICHELLE WAS FANTASTIC! I booked a 90-minute massage and only received 75 minutes. The massage was okay, nothing too spectacular. Two days later, I got an email requesting my feedback and responded with the above complaint. The manager emailed me back almost immediately, stating they reviewed my account and that due to my delayed arrival and late start, they could not accommodate my 90-minute massage. This is false. I arrived 10 minutes before my 12:00 appointment and started my massage right at 12:00. My massage should have ended at 1:30, I checked out at 1:24. It was a great experience! I was able to book same day. I had my massage with Elvis and he was great! I booked for a 60 minute massage with the CBD add on. There is a short form that you have to fill out online prior to your appointment where you can list medications and any health conditions that you have. I selected the firm pressure and he was checking in during the massage to make sure the pressure was just right! They give you 5 minutes to get settled in the beginning and then 5 minutes at the end to redress, so the total time of the massage was 50 minutes. Before getting settled we had a quick chat about areas I would like him to focus on and what areas to avoid. During the massage he also used hot towels which was super relaxing. Highly recommend adding the CBD oil. They have different add-ons that you can choose. It was clean, relaxing, and I felt a huge difference after. Next time I'll add on the essential oils to help elevate the experience and overall a great time! I've been to this location twice to use a gift certificate my husband purchased for me. I was very disappointed with both my visits. Front desk for the most part was welcoming when I came in the first time, but as far as the massage service and the masseuse they were a joke. I didn't rebook with the lady I got the first time because she was not friendly at all and didn't even address the area I specifically requested to focus on and just kept telling me she "didn't have enough time." Second time around I got another female masseuse in hopes that my service was going to be better compared to the first. Nope, it was much worst. I literally had two minutes to get undressed and get on the table and she claimed that I was "late," but really I was the one that was waiting for her. I hate doing this as I loved just loved my massage therapist but that front office is another story. I've been seeing the same therapist for a few years now. Recently I've had issues where the front desk will call me to ask me to modify my appointment time and when I can I will. This last time however they asked I initially agreed then realized it would conflict another event so I said I can't. Then the day of the appointment I was handling something else and they sent me a text asking my eta I thought this to be strange and told Then told them I can't and that I requested to keep my original appointment. Now I know things happen but this conversation took a turn for the worse because the receptionist made it seem like my fault and told me the appointment would not be for nearly another month. I did somehow confirm the appointment via text but they sent me multiple texts reminders I couldn't keep up. But At this point I was fururios so I said cancel my membership and I want a refund on the last month since I will not step foot in again as no accommodations would be made and they said management would get back to me. I've called twice since and this was over a month ago with no response from management. read more

I would never recommend this business. They advertise hour massages, but it's actually a 45 min massage. When I asked afterwards, I was told that that was the industry standard and the 15 minutes was to allow getting dressed in between never in my life have I heard of this. Literally left my appointment crying. I'm not the type of person to make a scene or complain so I just quickly paid and left. This was the worst experience I've ever had while getting a massage. It is not often I get to treat myself to something like a massage so this was supposed to be really special for me. From the get go, my massage therapist was short with me and seemed like she was annoyed. I told her my areas I wanted more attention and reminded her I requested the CBD infused treatment. She cut me off before I was done and said she knows she already got it. She kept loudly sighing during the entire massage. During the massage while she was working on different areas, it felt like she was aggressively ripping the sheets off me. The room was cold and I was freezing, her hands were also cold, which I know isn't her fault. In the beginning I told her my problem areas which were my legs and glutes. She proceeded to spend 30 min on each side of my back rubbing the same area over and over In the same motion til I was numb. She was snappy about the pressure and told me I was tensing up. I literally have bruises on my hip area where I told her was really sensitive and painful. Multiple times during the massage she loudly snapped at me to relax. I'm not joking when I say she spent 2 minutes on my thighs, maybe 30 seconds on my calf, 1 minute on my foot and then had me flip over. Those were my problem areas where I requested more attention. She left the light on bright the entire time. I was not comfortable asking her for anything because of her demeanor. There was hardly a neck or shoulder massage. There was no scalp massage or pectoral message like stated on the check in paper. There was no hot towels involved. I'm almost positive the lotion or oil was not CBD infused like I had paid extra for, just regular old lotion. She then abruptly stopped and said thanks and left. And when I looked at the clock, she had been working for 70 minutes not 90 but apparently that's their thing and it's in the fine print.. I say don't waste your time you can get a way better experience for cheaper somewhere else. read more

I have to give a shout out to Sam the receptionist, she has super awesome customer service skills, on the phone and in person. Warmly welcoming lobby and I didnt have to wait but a couple of minutes for my masseuse to be ready and eager to assist me. Maria is her name and she was very professional and knew which spots to put pressure on (I was full of knots), she listened to my needs and made sure to address accordingly, I felt superb by the end of it. Oh my goodness I just had the best massage experience of my LIFE, and I have gotten dozens of massages in all types of environments. I chose Elements because it's right down the street from where I live and there's an affordable massage membership that I could cancel at any time (unlike one of their very popular competitors). Booking online was SO easy and I liked that I could see each therapists bio so I knew what type of massage they offered. I'm very big on ease of online booking because I don't generally like calling to deal with people, but let me tell you, the staff there is so amazing I would call any day. I booked with Kathy and got to my appointment early. I was greeted by Samantha, a bubbly ray of sunshine! The paperwork was super quick to get through and was promptly taken back to Kathy. Kathy was the first massage therapist I've had that has explained how she likes to massage, asked if that was ok and which areas I'd like focused on. I've been struggling with bad migraines and upper body tension lately. She gave my the BEST scalp/head massage in the world. She even worked over my sinuses and jaw. I could have easily had her do just head work for an hour. It was incredible. I could tell while she was massaging that she was actually paying attention to what she was doing. I've had some therapists that go through the motions, give the same time, touch, and attention to all areas on the body. With Kathy, some areas on one side she spent more time on and worked in a different way than the other side of my body. I liked that she was working my body based on its needs. While I was checking out I think I spent 20 minutes talking to Samantha (no one else was in the lobby or calling) and she brightened my day. She was extremely easy to talk to, very friendly, and knowledgable of the different therapists. I came in wanting to sign up for a membership which she helped me get set up for easily. I liked that there were NO hard sales tactics! At other massage membership locations their staff has to hard sell every single non-member that comes in. It's very uncomfortable and is why I never go to those places. At Elements they are simply committed to trying to help you feel better regardless of your membership status. Carmelita is amazing! I have terrible knots in my back that can really hurt when people work on them and she knew exactly what to do. She knows the perfect pressure and has great technique, after an hour I could breathe again! She also recommended some stretches and arm exercises. It is a pricier place but definitely worth it. The girl at the front desk was really friendly, the place was clean and relaxing, separate rooms to go into. If I lived here I would definitely get a membership! read more

I do appreciate them reaching out. ---- The lady at the front desk clearly wasn't willing to help me. I came in to find out how many massages I have accrued over the last year of being a member, so that I could schedule some sessions. But she claimed to not have access to that information. Because I signed up at the Durango location. How is this supposed to be a national brand? Memberships are supposed to be valid at all locations! She advised me to drive to the location at which I opened my account in order to schedule anything. Well, I no longer live near Durango so I guess I'm SOL? I first went to E.M. in June, 2019 for my birthday treat. First massage I've had in a very long time AND the first one here in LV since moving here in 2018. I was impressed from the get go. A small, yet quaint parlor with pleasing Asian-accented decor. I've had Jen, Veena, Brook, and Jody. There all really good because they were good listeners and took a sincere interest in my needs always tailoring there style with my preference. They were all able to work around a physical anomaly because I am a dialysis patient with a fistula. Jody is especially excellent because I actually get so relaxed that I nod off briefly. To boot, they accept Spa Week offers which helps me immensely since I'm on SSDI. Jerrica at the front desk was especially informative and helpful after my last massage because I had several questions about other services and she answered them thoroughly and competently. This parlor also did an excellent job during the COVID crisis. Business may have been reduced yet never closed down or was inaccessible. If I had only one comment (and it's not even negative) is that I wish the front entrance way and front desk were more spaciously designed because as soon you enter the front desk is right there and the staff behind the desk are spaced with very little breathing room. My wife and I have been clients of Elements Massage both here and in IL. The massages have always been great ( Gaby at Henderson is amazing ) but we have noticed you don't actually get a 60 or 90 minute massage. I can only guess that the time you take to undress and dress ( which is about 3-4 minutes combined ) is counted as part of the massage time, which in our case is between 10 and 15 minutes less massage time. THIS IS FOR ALL THE PRENATAL WOMEN. I've been here once before with no problems, and this would have been my second time for my birthday massage. I will not be returning to this company, even after I have my baby. Was suppose to have an appointment, was forced to come back from a reschedule all to be declined service. When I went to the private room, the person I initially was suppose to be with, Jennifer, asked the typical question of what to work on or avoid. I accidentally used the word "pain" instead of discomfort in regards to the round ligament discomfort I've had (which in pregnant women can occur starting at week 12). I stated I need enough cushion between my legs and may need to switch sides if I'm on one side for too long. She leaves to get more pillows. After 10 minutes, the masseuse comes back to say she's uncomfortable working on me unless I have a note from my provider. I call my midwife and she sends an approval letter immediately. To then be notified, that lady gets off in 45 minutes and won't see me anymore. I rescheduled to 3pm since I'm leaving out of town the next morning. I recalled Elements to make sure the 3pm masseuse is comfortable seeing me and was told by Beth that they are. On my way back to elements, I get a call by Heather 15 minutes prior to be told the owner is declining my service. After already having an approval letter, they stated they wanted me to physically see my provider before getting a massage. This is absolutely absurd after already getting an approval letter. Instead, I asked if my midwife can call and speak to them directly. Even after the phone call of my midwife speaking directly to them, stating I do not have any risks and am able to be seen, I was still declined to be seen. This company should not offer prenatal massage if the owner/masseuses are not comfortable working on prenatal clients. Every pregnant woman is experiencing some type of discomfort, as are every human on the planet. That's the whole point of why you are getting a massage in the first place. On top of already signing a liability waiver. Do not go here if you're looking for a prenatal massage. You're better elsewhere. Save your time. You will feel UNWELCOME and UNWANTED! I am NOT high risk and have had a 100% healthy pregnancy. As you can see below that Sue left a comment and I am unable to comment back. There is no said "risk" when I was given an approval letter, my midwife took the time out of her busy day to say I do not have any risks to myself or the baby and a massage is actually insisted, I wasted 3 hours of my day when I could be getting ready for my trip, and was told that the 3pm masseuse was comfortable seeing me when there was no new information stated. I was still declined service. To reiterate, you will get declined even if you have an approval from your provider and your provider speaks directly to them, and the owner will override the decision a masseuse made by saying she was comfortable seeing me. read more

This is a very nice zen like facility. The receptionist is super sweet and helpful. We had a couple massage and the couple room was very nice. My massage therapist performed the deep tissue and he got rid of the many knots that were on my upper back. It was getting almost unbearable but since my massage therapist can feel how I was tensing up, he lightened the pressure, but was still firm. My bf enjoyed his massage very much as well. We were given chocolates and bottles of water on our way out. They have a wide range of hours that people can book.
