I've been going to Brooke now for eyelash extensions for a couple months and every time I'm even more impressed than the last time. First of all, when you first walk into this place, it is like walking in to a luxury spa. It's very clean, quiet and chic. The receptionist always greets me kindly like she is already expecting me and asks if I'm here for Brooke every time. Brooke's room is super clean and well kept. When you're going somewhere where they are constantly touching your eyes, it's so important that it is clean. Brooke always has a playlist going that is super relaxing. She always makes sure I'm comfortable during my time and has the most comfy blanket! Seriously I dream about that blanket hahah. When I'm sitting in her lounge chair, it's almost like my time at the spa. We usually catch up on life and have such great conversations. She is so personable! And then sometimes I drift off to sleep and it's so peaceful. It's such a great balance. Not to mention, my eyelashes always look incredible when I leave! And they hardly fall out too much! I can usually go a couple weeks before a fill. I always look forward to my appointments with Brooke and I'll keep going to her for as long as I get these eyelashes done. I can't imagine ever going to anyone else! Highly highly highly recommend her! read more

Ellie is great and she's definitely good at what she does. My skin improved a lot and I appreciate the work she has done and the services I received. However, I hope no one else experiences this. She's very nice, but this is still a business. Under no circumstances will they forgive if you miss or "no-show" your appointment. I missed my appointment because my car's battery died and I was charged the full service she was going to give me. Even if I had the intention to reschedule, this wasn't considered. read more

Where do I start with how fabulous this place is? I stumbled upon the place because I was looking for facial care products. I was greeted by Fifi and Ellie. The interior design is chic, posh with relaxing feel to it. I spoke with Ellie about the product line I was looking for and she provided me solid feedback of what I needed for my skin. Not one time did she or Fifi try to push something on me. Not even a service. I loved my experience so much that I booked an appointment right then for the following week. The following week rolls around and I'm greeted like a guest in someone home, not like a client, by Fifi and Ellie. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing in Ellie's room. Let me tell you, when Ellie completed my facial I couldn't believe how remarkable my skin was. It was hands down the best facial I ever had. My skin was radiating when she was done. You know how you get a facial one day and the next day it doesn't seem like you got a facial the day before? My skin is still glowing a week later. Ellie knows skin. She's like the skin whisper. The price of her service for what I got was reasonable and worth every penny. No question I'm going back. I've advocated to my friends they should go.
