The hot tub was hot but not unbearable as was the cold tub. Don't get it confused with a cold plunge, as it didn't get anywhere near as cold as one of those gets, but it was still very nice and a good way to cool down from the incredibly hot steam room. The men's area was spotless and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The men's snack area included complimentary water, chocolate covered blueberries, pretzels, granola, tea, and two juices. I will be coming back here to utilize my other pass but I don't think I would ever pay the full $50 to come here.

Buyer beware. Enrolling in a Massage Envy at St. Rose Parkway membership was a big mistake…read more The membership is packed with fine print, not individualized, and extremely hard to navigate. We are locked in for a full year, and if you cancel, any unused credits are forfeited unless used within 60 days -- no exceptions from last date of membership. Credit usage is unbelievably rigid. You cannot transfer credits to the same person or family member unless they've waited six months if they've used up a credit transfer before , and you cannot combine credits (like 1.5 credits) for any person you decide to transfer it to. (Note that there is even a charge of $10.00 for each transfer service) 1.5 -- credits usage are exclusive for the member only. This leaves you stuck and frustrated if you want to use it your way. Escalated this to upper management, - Alex, the person in charge today refused to bend the rules not even as a one-time courtesy. The policies are tightwad, inflexible, and completely customer-unfriendly. We were enrolled to another Henderson branch prior to moving to this location and a lot has changed since then re: policies became tighter and will not recommend this to our friends and family. I strongly regret signing up and urge others to read every detail before committing.
