I do NOT trust anyone to go near or touch my face other than Victoria! She is very patient, genuinely kind, & thorough. Victoria really takes the time to listen to your concerns & assess/explain everything. She has a keen eye & never fails to subtly enhance my face. My results look soo good! Upon arriving, you are greeted with smiles & good energy. Everyone at Tru Beauty by Trevor I have encountered has been friendly & welcoming. You don't feel judged, which I think is important. It's a peaceful & happy place. Thanks again. I will be back!

The staff could tell I was experiencing some discomfort, both ladies immediately took the time to help me and make me feel comfortable. Shandi went above and beyond. After listening to what I had been through, she offered me 20 minutes under the red light at no charge & carefully applied products to help calm my skin. As an RN with years of experience, she brings both knowledge & compassion to her work, & it shows. I also purchased a peptide serum she recommended for my continued healing. At no point did I feel pressured only cared for. What impressed me most was the kindness of everyone I encountered. I walked in as a stranger without an appointment, they treated me with genuine concern & respect. That level of customer care is rare these days. Thank you, Shandi, and the entire Tru Blue team. I am truly grateful and look forward to returning for future treatments.

I have been a client of Skinfuzion for 16+ years and Yesssssss this review is long in coming!…read more First, I need to explain my skin damage (as a basis to weigh against Skinfuzion improvements). I was born in 1965 and so those of you in my generation know that we basked in the sun like raisins, never wore sunscreen, and SMOKED! I have soooo much sun damage, to include burning my face to almost 3rd degree level with blisters and hard-skin peeling! And I did this 3 times! I never wore sunscreen much less even moisturizer. When I entered my 40s, freckles and dark spots began to appear on my face and continued to worsen! NO ONE warned us anything back then about the sun!!! Around 2010, a co-worker referred me to Skinfuzion and I met the glorious Kim Hutchinson...Ahhhh....my Skin Whisperer!!! This lady/owner is lovely inside and out; her glowing beautiful skin is a testament to how good she is! Kim possesses an endless knowledge of skincare. She's impressive! And I know she stays updated with the latest skin technologies, because I ask her MANY questions during the treatments! Moreover, her salon is always stocked with the latest skincare products. Skinfuzion Treatments Reviews: IPL/Photofacial - 3 or 4 times per year.......2010 - 2015 * Holy smokes this laser works well! It breaks up, literally, the patches of brown spots around my t-zone and cheek areas. A couple of days after treatment, I would see brown "flakes" sloughing off of my face where the brown spots/patches were. It was a 5-year journey to finally get A Lot of the damage diminished if not removed altogether thanks to Kim. Well worth the journey and worth every penny! (I also stopped exposing my face to the sun, wore the requisite sunscreen, and STOPPED SMOKING!) IPL/Photofacial - 1 or 2 times per year.......2016 - Present * Maintenance to address sun damage flare-ups Microneedling - 2 or 3 times per year.......2013 - 2020 * This is a miracle worker! It helps with skin elasticity and a host of other benefits, but what I believe to be the most beneficial and noticeable outcomes is this: My skin takes on a better texture, it just feels softer, smoother, and tight, like I had a chemical peel. Furthermore, as weeks passed my skin continued to improve and I noticed glowing. Worth the journey! Worth every penny! Microneedling - 1 or 2 times per year.......2020 - 2026 * Maintenance! As with anything, get to your goal and always maintain, otherwise, you will have failed everything. Tixel - 2 or 3 times per year.......2026 - Present * This is a GAME CHANGER! It is Microneedling on acid lol! It does everything Microneedling does, but with more intensity resulting in more noticeable improvements. The game changer for me was that Tixel was able to flatten sebaceous glands on my face!!! Only my dermatologist can do this and she has to use a laser that literally burns them on my face, leaving my red almost raw skin to heal from the burning. Tixel does not do that at all!!! It just flattens them and I was thoroughly IMPRESSED AND SOLD! * I asked my dermatologist about Tixel and she relayed, in part, "...that [Tixel] laser beats microneedling and just about any peels you do..." My dermatologist asked me how much I was paying per treatment and when I told her $900, she exclaimed it was an excellent price! I had to tell Kim and I did, and now I have finally left her a long, overdue, perhaps over-lengthy 10-STAR REVIEW!!! But, she deserves it all!!! Thank you for reading and go to see Kim Hutchinson! She is a standout (and I was not paid for leaving this review)!!!

Cindy was incredible and you can tell she really cares! She thoroughly listened, asked questions and made recommendations based on my needs and situation. I've been to other spas that treat you like a number, make their money off of you and then send you out the door. This is the complete opposite, I ended up buying a micro needling package (I got a nice discount for buying 3) and even though I was super nervous (needling, woah) Cindy eased all of my worries, addressed all my concerns and even suggested at home prep before my appointment. I had my first session, it went way better than I anticipated!! Cindy was constantly checking on me to make sure I was comfortable, offered me breaks if I needed and made sure her room was a relaxing haven for my procedure. The next day, she even texted me (I'm pretty sure it was her day off too) to see how I was feeling, check how my face and neck were healing and to see if I had any questions. I mean who does that, she is incredible. I can't wait for my next session, thank you so much Cindy!

Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. The doctor came across as very dismissive and seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns. The appointment felt rushed, and I never got the sense that anyone was trying to understand what I was dealing with or offer meaningful solutions. Instead, I left with no real answers, no treatment plan, and no confidence that they were interested in helping me. A dermatologist's office should be a place where patients feel heard and supported, especially when they're already self-conscious or anxious about their condition. Instead, I walked out feeling even more uncomfortable than when I arrived. Overall, the visit felt like a complete waste of time. Based on my experience, I won't be returning.

He is genuinely amazing, professional, thorough, kind, and has excellent bedside manner, which is not something I say lightly because I am fully capable of judging vibes with surgical precision. The visit itself was great because Steve is great. The booking process, however, is a different little adventure. Getting an appointment here can feel like trying to secure concert tickets, win a radio contest, and decode a government form all before lunch. At checkout, their computer system was down, and the woman at the desk said she would call me once everything was back up. It has been almost a week, and apparently that call is still wandering the desert looking for cell service. So yes, Steve is absolutely worth seeing, and I would recommend him without hesitation. I braced myself for that possibility. Lex completely changed that narrative. The space is beautiful; clean, minimal, calming. The tall windows and neutral textures make it feel airy and intentional rather than clinical. Once in the treatment room, the lighting and setup immediately put me at ease. Lex took time to thoughtfully assess my skin instead of jumping into a generic routine. She addressed my hormonal imbalance concerns in a practical, educational way and gave realistic tips on what to work on without upselling products. That alone earned my trust. Extractions were handled gently and strategically. To my surprise, I didn't leave with the usual angry red patches. My skin felt calm, hydrated, and balanced ~ and in the days after, I didn't experience the flare-ups I've dealt with in the past. What elevated the experience even more was the massage portion: head, neck, and shoulders. It wasn't rushed or performative; it genuinely felt therapeutic and grounding. This felt like an intentional reset, not just a luxury appointment. I'd confidently book with Lex again.

There is a local Vegas discount just FYI (and a Yelp check-in for $5 off too). I did warn I have tough veins as when I'm usually drawing blood, they need a few pokes to get it right. I usually say that right away in case there is someone that can handle that really well. Unfortunately, I was poked 3 times before the IV stuck around the ventricle. My partner also had problems with his IV where it wasn't flowing in but getting to his muscle instead. Luckily the IV veteran we were with noticed how strange he wasn't flowing. His forearm got tense and it started swelling up like Popeye the cartoon literally. When they fixed it, the fluid was flowing so fast.
