I won a raffle from an expo that I attended. It was 1 complimentary laser hair removal. I had my under arms lasered years ago so I used it to get a touch up. No more hair in that area:) I really liked my experience so I purchased 6 large laser hair removal through Groupon and I'm using it for my legs. The office has a cute flower wall, the space was clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They are informative, they answered all my questions and they are professional. I get greeted as soon as I walk in and they offer water:) I've only had 2 leg treatments and so far I'm loving it. My hair grew very faint. The person that conducted my laser removal was very friendly ( too bad I didn't get her name). The lady kept asking me if I was comfortable and made sure it didn't hurt. She said she can turn it down if necessary. It was a little un comfortable closer to my inner thighs but I was fine. At the end she gave me some cream to put on my legs in case it gets itchy. But I didn't have to use it at all. I will write an update after my 6th treatment. So far so good:) read more

I'm giving this place 2 stars because I really liked the woman who administered my treatment. I had a IPL treatment and do not think the laser they used was effective. It actually made my hyperpigmentation worse. My last IPL was done at Advanced Aesthetics, where they used a numbing cream & the laser was way more effective. 2 weeks after I had glowing skin. When touch up laser didn't use any numbing cream I questioned why & I was told the laser does not hurt that bad. It is true the laser did not hurt that bad, I didn't have any skin flake off & it brought more of my hyperpigmentation to the surface..... making my face look worse. I now need to do a chemical peel or go back to Advanced Aesthetics to get another IPL. Besides the treatment making my skin worse this place is far, it's on the 95 & Flamingo. I bought 2 Groupons for one hour anti-aging treatments. They couldn't do both treatments at the same time so my wife and I drove separate cars. She was scheduled first at 10:15 for consultation and my consultation was scheduled for 10:25. I was there early and filled out a couple pages on tablet, I saw my wife get called in for consult then waited... then I watched as my wife got called in had her treatment 10:35-11:10. Her treatment was 35 minutes. Then I continued waiting was finally called in 11:20 and my treatment was over at 11:45. I did not get a consultation. it was a good "25" minute treatment but it was not what they were selling. I had my hopes up but we won't be back. read more

I went in for Laser Hair Removal several days ago to have my chest, abdomen, and back treated for laser removal. The Machine utilized looked like it was an xerox machine from the 1980's and performed as such. Not only was I in discomfort during the process because it had a staple pressing feel during each movement, the laser treatment left the entire areas treated with a rash that I still have several days later. It is unprofessional to walk into a place that is supposed to have a spa like atmosphere and walk out aesthetically in worse condition. A "medical" representative returned my phone call seven hours after I called Touch Up Laser yesterday, to try and remedy the allergic reaction that the laser had created. She basically explained to me just place a topical cream on the areas worked on with the laser and it would go away in 3-5 days. As of today, it has not become better in the least. Furthermore, her 2+2=5 explanation that the laser used was the same laser and technology that was used at a different Laser Hair Removal place that I originally had work done in Las Vegas, was a complete lie and medically unprofessional, since the Laser Hair Removal Treatment was quicker, painless at the other place, and didn't have any side effects. Anyway, I paid a hefty sum and should be offered a refund, yet, I am not expecting a refund nor will I be offered a refund for them making things worse, so I would strongly recommend trying anywhere else. On a side note, the only reason that I am leaving two stars instead of one is because the Sales Manager, Mikala, was pleasant and didn't have a high pressured sales pitch and the Aestheticians were nice but not that competent, since I didn't view the treatment while it was occuring, yet, they should have stopped it from the get go when they noticed the immediate side effects from the laser. read more

From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and we began by filling out a short info questionnaire. We talked about the spa treatment that we were about to experience. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our 1 hour facials! It was her birthday treat and Karli was her facialist and was so awesome she even put her to sleep! Karli had such a relaxing touch as she gently smoothed on all the creams on her face. My friend said she has never experienced a facial so relaxing. My facialist was Cecilia and she was very sweet and she also had a gentle magical touch that was so very soothing. I was disappointed with the service I had, my daughter goes here all the time and always speaks of how great they are and how her skin has been clearing up. However I didn't get that same feel, the receptionist was great and sweet, but the one that matters which is the one giving the facial wasn't, I was about to take off my jacket and she said no to keep it on, not only did I feel her being rough with my face but also left my jacket wet, and it's cold outside. I didn't even get her name cause she didn't introduce herself. She just called me and had me sit down. This was my first session, and the technician Marlena was so respectful and calming being that was my first treatment, so I was a little nervous as far as what to expect. She made me feel so comfortable in explaining the procedure to me in terms I was able to understand. It was much less painful than my usual waxing, so that was a relief. Next, I had body contouring done on my waist and hips. As a mom to a two year old, I have lost the baby weight, but haven't been able to fine tune my toning of the waist and hips. This was also my first time experiencing this procedure, and the technician made it feel like a spa experience. I purchased a full body unlimited package for $79.99, so I can continue to keep up with my treatments for maximum results. Lastly, I had the skin rejuvenation (radio frequency) done on my neck and chest. I purchased a package of 3 for $1,500. I have some post-pregnancy hyperpigmentation and I want more tone. I had laser removal on my face 15 yrs ago and I had 15 treatments and I still have hair on my face. So I can tell that this new equipment works really well. After only 3x treatments for hair removal on my legs, underarms and private area, I can already see a huge difference. I haven't shaved my legs this summer at all. I have been a client for almost a year now, I was informed that my esthetician wasn't going to be in that day and to reschedule my appt so that I wouldn't get charged a cancellation fee . I immediately received a call from the owner Janette basically asking me if I had cancelled my appointment because of that specific esthetician, and then \ scolded & harassed me for doing so and told me that I needed to see another esthetician. it was very odd, I then found out that my esthetician had parted ways from the company due to owner/ management issues.. anyways I scheduled a session on 3/23 My session was with a manager I arrived to my appt and was asked if I would mind if a trainee sat in I said no I don't mind, she then asked me if she could laser me and me thinking that it was ok because this is a business where the employees are supposed to be licensed and trained the women had no clue how to use a laser she did multiple passes over spots that she had already done I felt as if I was being burned.. She also asked if she could record herself performing the laser I felt very uncomfortable then the manager tried to leave the room with just me and the trainee I said absolutely not. Feeling so uncomfortable with this business and how it is being ran I then called 2 days later to cancel my membership and was told that I signed a contract and in the contract you are unable to cancel even if you are unhappy with the service. I spoke my concerns to the receptionist and she said " Oh you don't read things before you sign them? ", I still have not received a call from the owner Janette...
