Spent over $500 on Botox here and still had noticeable movement in the treated muscles after two weeks. I've had the same areas treated elsewhere with the same amount of units and have never experienced results like this. I also felt the injector did not thoroughly assess muscle movement or placement before injecting. When I returned for a follow-up, the only solution offered was purchasing another 50 units. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and walked up to the front desk of Summerlin branch. The staff member, Mattie, was someone I immediately recognized because she had previously sold me several LaserAway packages, and I even referred a few friends to her. When I approached the desk, she was on the phone, so I waited politely to be acknowledged. Instead of greeting me or even making eye contact, she continued her phone transaction and avoided looking up. After standing there for about five minutes with no acknowledgment, I decided to sit in the waiting area. When my scheduled appointment time arrived, she was still on the phone. I waved gently, and said, "Just checking in." She only nodded without a greeting or any attempt at customer service. What made this experience more disappointing is that this same staff member was extremely warm and attentive when she was selling me packages and assisting the friends I referred. However, her attitude noticeably changed after I requested a refund for a package I no longer needed. The process took far too long, and I eventually had to write a letter to the company to expedite it. Ever since then, her demeanor toward me has been completely different. Front desk staff are usually friendly, welcoming, and professional, which is why this experience stood out. As a long-time client, this was the first time I felt dismissed and treated differently. Unfortunately, this interaction has made me decide to finish the packages I already purchased and then look for another company that values and respects its clients consistently--not only when they are making purchases. read more

LaserAway misrepresented my Clear + Brilliant balance, insisted I had many treatments on my account (even when I told them I didn't think that was correct), and pushed me to use them. I became excited and planned around those treatments -- only to be told later that I actually had NONE because their system "glitched." They took no responsibility, offered no compensation, and even acted like this was somehow my fault. The emotional whiplash of being told you have treatments you paid for, then having them suddenly disappear, was completely dismissed. I emailed corporate multiple times and received no real help or accountability. They also overcharge, charging the same price for face-only Clear + Brilliant as other med spas that include neck and chest. Unprofessional, careless, and untrustworthy. I told the Summerlin location that I was traveling from out of state and they promised I could get Botox at any LaserAway nationwide. Lies! My closest LaserAway doesn't offer this service. Now, they keep trying to get me to get a different treatment (like laser hair removal, etc.) & are pushing store credit instead of giving me a refund. Called to make an appointment and she was able to guide me and suggest the right treatments. When it came time for actual treatments, Mattie got all signed up and ready to go. She was able to address ALL of my questions and concerns. As an added plus we spent time getting to know each other and she really made me feel at home. I have never experienced such consistently terrible customer service. Every time I come here, I end up waiting far beyond my scheduled appointment time. While occasional delays are understandable, this has become a pattern. I also frequently receive calls to reschedule my appointments at the last minute, which is incredibly frustrating. Today was the final straw. My appointment was set for 3 PM, but I wasn't taken in until 3:20. When I was finally seen, I was told they had only scheduled me for armpit and arm treatments, despite booking for additional areas. When I questioned this, they told me they couldn't do anything because they had other customers scheduled at 3:30. I swear, I'm not a problematic person, but they really messed up this time. I shouldn't have to deal with constant issues every time I come in--I have a life too! I deeply regret ever spending money at this place. They may have a well-known name and a polished appearance, but there are far better places for laser treatments--places that treat you like a human being, not an inconvenience. read more

Visited the Summerlin location for a botox treatment. All of the staff from the front desk to the nurse who treated me were super nice. Customer service has always been wonderful at both locations I have gone to. The nurses are very professional, always explain the procedure and any side effects you might experience. I have been going to LaserAway for years and the treatments I have received have made a big improvement on my face. I often get compliments on how good my complexion looks. This was my first time at this location and the ladies here were all so amazing!! From the moment I booked my appointment, I got the confirmation by txt right away and then again the day before to confirm as a reminder so if you're scramble headed like me it's a peace of mind. The office is clean and quaint. They even have a TV you can watch while you're getting numbed up. They are not stingy with the numbing cream and literally one of the least painful sessions I've had, if you have low pain tolerance like me. This place is the biggest scam. If you purchase a package, you will be up sold each and every time you go in for a treatment. I've had over 10 clear and brilliants which they swore would help my skin issues, but every time I go in, they push another "new" treatment on me that will supposedly help more. It's disheartening to spend a lump sum of money on a treatment only to continue to be told you have to spend more and more to see any results. The nurses are super pushy about it even after you politely decline numerous times. Today I cancelled due to a unsafe weather advisory and they rescheduled me with no issues. Then, hours later I get a vm stating I am being charged $50 for my no call no show. I have since called and spoken to 5 different people; still with no resolve. The internal communication is awful. Even the manager spoke over me, was dismissive and could do nothing to help. She literally told me to call corporate and gave me the number that we were currently talking on. Supposedly corporate is going to call me, but given the poor communication I've seen internally, I highly doubt they will follow through or do anything to make this right. read more

I was extremely nervous to get lip fillers Injections. My 1st time experience was a disaster tbh! But LaserAway in Summerlin really took good care of me! From the receptionist to the Regional Manager Supervisor and most especially the amazing Ms. Julie!! Julie really treated me like am a VIP! She then evaluated my face structure to come up with a plan for what lip shape would look best, while still taking into account what I'd want my lips to look like. She told me it's important that she put filler in both the top and bottom lips to help balance and keep things natural not overdone. And It's because I wanted my lips to look fuller and plumper, she really took her time to make sure they were the shape and volume we were trying to achieve. And she did make it happen! She has the lightest touch and didn't even get bruised after the procedure! My lips were healed in 2-3weeks tops! And when i came back for a retouch, she even recommended to get my nasolabial fold filler done from my the leftover remaining products that i had and even tho i was so nervous and scared in the beginning she really did an amazing job! And i am so glad I listened to her! It's been over a month now and i am loving every bit of my lips and my nasolabial fold fillers. Despite the unfortunate experience that i had in the beginning, I am glad that i went to LaserAway for this and soo grateful that Julie was my Clinician. She is very knowledgeable and THE BESTEST Clinician for me ever!! I really recommend LaserAway Summerlin and especially JULIE. I came in to do a full leg laser and a clear and brilliant facial. Jessica and Nicole were AMAZING and very professional! They explained what was going to be done during each procedure and I was told ahead of time that the areas below the knee are more painful than the thigh area. Nicole tapped my leg around the area that she were lasering so that I did not feel the pain as much and it really did help a lot. For the clear and brilliant facial, they numbed my face for a while before they began. Since it was my first time, they started on a low setting so that my face would get used to the feeling. Afterwards, they provided a vitamin C mask and applied a mixture of sunscreen and vaseline. They made sure to not only verbally discuss the post-treatment care but also to send it to me via text and email so that I had access in case I forgot anything. I look forward to coming back here for more treatments in the future and I will definitely be asking for Jessica and Nicole! read more
