Amazing Med Spa! I have been there several times and always had a great experience at this upscale spa. They have all the top of the line equipment. I had a Hydradermabrasion BioXFusion MD with Rita who is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. After treatment I felt my skin was glowing! I have also done Sculpture and laser skin tightening and absolutely loved the results. Last week I also got the Rejuvapen Microneedling done for first time and the result is incredible. A must try! Can't wait to go back for my next treatment! Rita even followed up with me next day every time after treatment! Great costumer service every time at this spa. Highly recommend! read more

Phaze Laser Med Spa - This is Rita, Manager of Phaze. - Medical Spas Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I don't know why Dr. Thaker signed on to be a PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN for Anthem. Maybe he needs the extra money? My husband was treated like a chore. We requested a referral for an Orthopedic Surgeon to take a look at his shoulder. There are three tears. We had an MRI done per our Chiropractor's recommendation. Dr Thaker told us that my husband should just learn to deal with the pain. Mind you, he can't even lift his arm and place his hand behind his head. He's 33 years old. This is unacceptable. Dr. Thaker also said he DIDNT KNOW HOW to make a referral. Finally, we asked about a urologist referral to get a vasectomy and he says: "One thing at a time". Literally such a joke. A complete waste of time. If this were an out of pocket expense I would demand a refund. Clearly he is just capitalizing on his little side hustle because he gets paid regardless of his level of service. We switched our primary SAME DAY. Stick to laser. read more

I received a 2nd degree burn during my laser hair appointment. I ended up having a blister on my knee for a few days. I understand accidents happen, what I don't understand is how a business can avoid my calls and not call me back. I left a message asking for a refund for my remaining services after I bought 6 session package and no one called me back. I heard through a third party that they don't do refunds but I have NO intentions on going back. This is business is completely unprofessional and I highly recommend you go somewhere else. read more

See all

I've been coming here for over a year now (crazy!) and the level of service is always top tier. I know I'm in good hands always, because everyone here is fully committed to learning what the latest and safest methods of keeping us youthful looking and rested are. I've learned so much about taking care of my skin from my homegirl, Rita. I also love that they're upfront with their (very reasonable) prices, and don't nickel and dime you while you're having a procedure done. Not to mention, even though this is a place for "beautification," no one here ever makes you feel like you "have" to get this procedure done, or that procedure. No one here makes you feel less than, or ashamed of how you look. They're all about propping you up and making you feel like you went on a mini-vacation! And that's what keeps me coming back. read more

Beautiful location BUT I JUST got off the phone with this business to ask about there services. When they answered the phone they didn't introduce themselves at all. So I had to speak first.... very weird I asked if I was speaking with the owner because the person I was speaking with was SO rude. the guy on the phone says "what do you need to know that for? That's immature" He wouldn't answer whether or not they remove milia at this location and he argued with me on the phone and I hung up He THEN calls me back and argued with me a second time to tell me if I put up a bad review he would SUE me LOL wow This is NOT how you treat anyone HORRIBLE! UPDATE: the owner thinks I'm fake due to my caller ID, newsflash I have a phone family plan with my phone service. It's a family members name and yes Venezia is my name So no, my account isn't fraudulent. I was never trying to force this business to give me service EVER. I never wanted to discuss my conditions on the phone either No one instructed me to not call again, nor did I harass this business or threaten them. I never mentioned another office over charging me; I called this place to ask if they remove milia. That's it and the man in the phone did not answer my question. You don't have my legal name, so i don't care. My post isn't fraud actually. And I never tried to contact this office again THEY ACTUALLY CALLED ME TO THREATEN ME saying if I made a bad review they would SUE me. So NOW this business looks even more unprofessional! Because they just tried to lie and make me look like a bad person. And YES, I am a customer. I came here about 7 months ago and I brought my mother here on her vacation. Thought I'd get something done for myself. But my mother and myself will never return to this unprofessional place. read more

Phaze Laser Med Spa - The owner trying to twist the story when they can take accountability for horrible phone service - Medical Spas Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

An awesome med spa!!! A great range of the most progressive and up-to-date services in an upscale spa environment with top-of-the-line equipment. What makes this place different from other spas is the personal care and attention given by Rita and Doc. They are amazing! If you are interested in Sculpsure (laser lipo), photofacials, microdermabrasion, laser hair or tattoo removal then this is the spot for you! Highly recommend! read more

Had my first appointment yesterday - couldn't have asked for a better spa! Kudos to Jennifer! One of the nicest people I've met-she greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome! Walked me thru all the services they offer and showed me around the office. Rita performed the treatment - she's very knowledgeable, professional and extremely gentle, explaining every step as she was doing the treatment. I'm so impressed and happy with the results that I've made another appointment for next month. Thank you for being so accommodating! read more

I had a very good experience. Everyone was very kind and friendly, from the staff to the doctor.

I had my first Hydrafacial done by Alexa and that was a solid month ago. My skin still feels amazing and looks vibrant with no makeup. When I asked my last facial tech how often I should come in, they would say crazy things like 2-3 times a month and that is when I felt like I was being abused for my money. When I asked Alexa, she recommended once a month and it was such an honest answer (you could just tell). It never felt all about the $$ when I was in there. Aside from explaining the whole process step by step, she made me feel comfortable and easy for me to re-book with her. She didn't pressure me to come back or anything. I will be doing another Hydrafacial and Skin Tightening this month and I can't wait! The feeling is completely FRESH! Strongly recommend to everyone :) read more

I went in for a hydro facial which was the first for me. I scheduled my appointment with Rita. The facility was very inviting and the room was very tranquil. When I laid down on the bed, I noticed it was nice and warm and extremely comfortable. Rita was very accommodating and explained everything that was going on during the facial. This facial was so relaxing and made me feel and look like I was glowing. Can't wait to try this again very soon. Rita even followed up with me the next day to see how my skin was feeling! Great service and even greater customer service!!! read more

I got a hydrofacial with Alexa and she was amazing! I will definitely be coming back again! Would recommend :-)

I chose Phaze Laser Med Spa because not only is the facility immaculate clean and welcoming, also, both Rita and Dr. Thaker are respectful, knowledgeable and kind-hearted!!! I had Rita as my technician for my first laser hair removal session & I will definitely say it was one of my best and least painful experiences ever! (A lot less painful and faster than waxing) Rita is so sweet and was able to keep me relaxed and do a quick thorough job.
