I don't know why Dr. Thaker signed on to be a PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN for Anthem. Maybe he needs the extra money? My husband was treated like a chore. We requested a referral for an Orthopedic Surgeon to take a look at his shoulder. There are three tears. We had an MRI done per our Chiropractor's recommendation. Dr Thaker told us that my husband should just learn to deal with the pain. Mind you, he can't even lift his arm and place his hand behind his head. He's 33 years old. This is unacceptable. Dr. Thaker also said he DIDNT KNOW HOW to make a referral. Finally, we asked about a urologist referral to get a vasectomy and he says: "One thing at a time". Literally such a joke. A complete waste of time. If this were an out of pocket expense I would demand a refund. Clearly he is just capitalizing on his little side hustle because he gets paid regardless of his level of service. We switched our primary SAME DAY. Stick to laser. read more

I had a Hydradermabrasion BioXFusion MD with Rita who is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. After treatment I felt my skin was glowing! I had my first Hydrafacial done by Alexa and that was a solid month ago. My skin still feels amazing and looks vibrant with no makeup. When I asked my last facial tech how often I should come in, they would say crazy things like 2-3 times a month and that is when I felt like I was being abused for my money. When I asked Alexa, she recommended once a month and it was such an honest answer (you could just tell). It never felt all about the $$ when I was in there. When I laid down on the bed, I noticed it was nice and warm and extremely comfortable. Rita was very accommodating and explained everything that was going on during the facial. My stomach was not painful at all and super easy. My inner thighs were a little more sensitive but the technician was great and helpful. I have loved each of my experiences there. The staff is super knowledgable and professional. Gorgeous new sparkling clean office. I also have bought their Lira products they carry and LOVE it!! My skin has never looked better.
