Bad business. The first time I tried to make an appointment, it took a very long time for someone to get back to me. It was only after I asked a question on Yelp , did they respond. I finally have an appointment, showed up 10 min early, and there is no one here. Tried to contact them but no response . I Waited 30 min. They have their own cancellation policy and charge if you are a no show. Do I get to charge them for wasting my time? Obviously not. Don't waste your time. read more

I found this place from Groupon for an extremely great deal so I called them and was able to make an appointment the same day! I like the idea that sugaring is all natural, good for sensitive skin, and not as harsh as waxing. I've never heard of sugaring before so I found this Groupon to be a good chance to try it out. I met with Amber and she was so sweet. She made me feel comfortable and explained what sugaring was and what to expect in terms of hair growth for the next couple weeks. She was really easy to talk to and I really appreciated that because it distracted from the pain. I mean, YES it was painful but Amber made it quick and easy. Let me start off by saying I had zero clue what sugar waxing was until I did my research on this place. It's actually in my opinion much better than using hard wax. Nicole, Autumn, and Amber are all fantastic! I've been using their waxing services for 2+ years now! The price is fair, about $50-60 for a full Brazilian and it lasts me about 4-6 weeks. Sweet! Best wax ever hands down. (That's what he said ;) Stumbled over Be Sugared via a Groupon for a Brazilian and complementary underarm wax. I never rave about waxing because it was my least fave thing to do. Been there done that, I preferred shaving over waxing until this. All natural organic sugar hair removal is a lot less harsh than other methods. The benefits far outweigh other methods, so I didn't hesitate to try. My skin loves it! (The bf too lol) It is baby soft and regrowth after my first visit had been zilch! In time with regular maintenance I was told that the hair gets finer too. I scheduled my next appointment after 5 weeks and I may need to reschedule or there will not be much to remove. My initial appointment was canceled because my aesthetician got sick. I was bummed since it was a busy week for me. But they accommodated me as soon as possible. Amber is amazing and was filling in from their other location. She made the entire experience comfortable, professional, friendly and painless. She explained the process thoroughly along with easy aftercare. Located in the SW on S Buffalo and Warm Springs, next to PT's bar, in a Salon suite - spot is private and clean. By appointment only, appreciated the quick and friendly customer service, an immediate phone call to confirm my appointment and via text messaging too to answer my questions- Which is super convenient for a busy bee. UPDATE: ok so I had my appointment with Nicole! I love love love her positivity and encouragement! Looook! As a first timer she had to couch me through the process , ouch! It was a bit tougher than waxing but she was quick and talking to her made it easier. It's been a week and a half and no sign of hair or fuzzy yet whoop woop! It's so far from my house but I will be back. !! Beware that your communication and booking appointments will be mainly via text. First time here. I called the Charleston Blvd. location first but they were booked. Luckily they had another location on Warm Springs Rd. My appointment was with Sydni. She was very friendly and informative. The location is a suite located in the Sola Salon. I have been waxing for years and recently made the transition to sugar waxing and love it. The price is what I expected but when you continue the regime it is a little less the following sessions. I already booked my next appointment with them. I hope they open more locations! read more

I love this place! I come here to sugar my underarms and I've always been very satisfied. I get a cleaner "wax" with sugaring than waxing. The prices are very fair (costs less than waxing especially if you get multiple services done) and the service is friendly and quick. You can also book through text or call which is very convenient. Not to go into TMI mode, but Nicole is great! She is patient and makes sure you are comfortable. The waxing to be honest was painful, but I'm not a frequent waxer. The pain is tolerable though, so I didn't kick anyone in the head or judo chop anybody accidentally. Lol I'm a once a year kind of gal when I feel the need to, other than that I shave. I love how the sugaring is truly all natural made with sugar, honey, lemon and water. It's much more sanitizing and it's pretty cool to watch. You use the same gooey substance for whatever area you are waxing so you don't need to dip any sticks or anything. Also, there is no heat. It's different and if you haven't waxed for awhile, well... Of course, there is discomfort as you are getting hair removed, but completely bearable and was able to have a conversation through the entire appointment.
