No offense Mya…read more I went in today on a whim with a last-minute appointment and lemme tell you -- Erin is to waxing as Jordan is to basketball. An absolute GOAT. She got every single hair -- and I mean EVERY single one -- which has only happened ONE other time in 15 years. Do you know how rare that is? I wasn't sure what to expect but she made the whole experience comfortable, professional, and funny -- I laughed more than I winced, and that's saying something when someone's ripping hair off your body. Book Erin. That's it. That's the review.

We were taken back immediately. Lina was wonderful great conversation and made you feel very comfortable, this is an intimate thing so of course no matter how many times you go it always is awkward at least for me. But Lina ensured I was not great conversation. I will be coming here from now on since they closed the Centennial location by my house. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I'm always a little self-conscious and awkward going into these appointments, but she was so professional, patient, and genuinely calming the entire time. She really made the experience feel comfortable and judgment-free. I got the Brazilian Wax with Extra Care for $75 (a 20-minute service), and honestly... the extra care was a game changer. I have sensitive skin, and the cooling products helped so much. Even though there are inevitably painful moments, Stephanie was gentle, efficient, and quick -- which made a huge difference. 10/10 experience. If you've been putting it off like I was, this is your sign to book. Definitely recommend checking them out.

At 3:31 PM, I received a notification that my appointment had been canceled. When I contacted the AI assistant for clarification, I was told there is a 10-minute grace period for check-in, meaning I should have had until 3:30 PM to arrive. The assistant also said I would be connected with a live receptionist to resolve the issue, but that never happened. I'm still confused about why my appointment was canceled and disappointed by the lack of communication. A simple explanation or follow-up would have gone a long way. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business to friends or family.

I went in for an express facial with dermaplaning and saw Perla, who was incredibly kind, personable and professional. She started the appointment by asking about my skin concerns, allergies, and any products I'm currently using, which made me feel really comfortable and cared for. The express facial with dermaplane that I booked via Classpass was about 30 minutes - quick, efficient, and perfect if you're short on time. I walked out with such a fresh, glowing face! Perla even gave me a sample of one of the products she used since my skin responded really well to it, which I appreciated. They carry full-size versions of their skincare products, so it's easy to pick something up at the front desk if you like what was used during your treatment. P.S.: try the ANFISA ceramide packed lipgloss (that they just got in) and thank me and Perla later! The location is further north in town with easy parking, which is always a plus. Inside, it's well-decorated with a clean, minimal aesthetic that feels calm and inviting. They always have little treats and candy out for customers, a nice touch. The treatment rooms and beds are very comfy, and everything is perfectly set up when you walk in. Overall, such a relaxing and enjoyable experience without the business of a full spa, I'll definitely be coming back and booking with Perla again!
