**DO NOT KEEP YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE AT THIS LOCATION**…read more Let me start by saying Yakira is absolutely AMAZING! She's my go to person at this location. What's NOT OK is the reception personnel taking it upon themselves to sign me up for the Prepaid Wax Package for $594 with a credit card I had on file for my regular service, when I SPECIFICALLY asked them to call me to remind about the promo before it expired. Next thing I know I have $148.50 coming out of my account on a regular basis and I NEVER signed up for this!! All because the front reception area personnel was having an internal "contest" to sign up clients around the holidays. Misuse and unauthorized use of customer's credit cards without their consent or a SIGNED contract for services is a NO-NO! I haven't had the mental bandwidth to deal with this just yet, nor has my schedule permitted.

She said no problem, and she took my first name, my last initial and my phone number and she made me an appointment to get my haircut by her for Monday 5/18/26. I left, and I assumed that she would text me a confirmation, but that never happened. I showed up on monday (10 minutes early) and the door was locked and no one was inside. I waited until 1:10 and I called the number that was listed on yelp. It was a recording, and I left my name and my phone number, and explained what the issue was. A few minutes later, a man called me back and told me that my appointment wasn't that monday at 1pm, but that it was the next day... tuesday 5/19/26 at 1pm. I said fine, I will be here tomorrow at 1pm then. Again, I showed up today on Tuesday 5/19/26 @ 1pm, the doors were locked and No one was there. Allie was so kind enough to talk to me prior to our appointment and educate me on what Reiki / Energy Work was all about. Allie had such a positive energy about her , from the beginning when I walked in she greeted me with a warm smile. Allie has a great aura about her , she is warm caring person. I would highly recommend Allie to anyone that is looking for this type of energy healing / Reiki work. I could sense that Allie genuinely cares her clients well-being , and caries herself in a professional manner. Allie acts a channel to help remove negative energy that doesn't serve you. Can't exactly explain the process bc she has you lie down with your eyes closed. It's hard to explain how Allie does what she does on a spiritual level but she makes it happen. I feel that something shifted in me for the better. For anyone that is open to the idea of letting things go that do not serve you, I would highly recommend to book and appointment with Allie to help you guide you through this spiritual process. Looking forward to seeing her again. Thank you again Allie for a great experience.
