Back story: I had my brows initially done with a different business. They were uneven in size, color and shape. In a panic, I started Googling "micro blading correction" in Las Vegas. I came across the glowing reviews of Goddess Brows and messaged the business through Google. This was a Sunday, by the way. And on a SUNDAY, I got an email response from Shanelle within the HOUR. She asked me for a photo and I gladly obliged. Instantly, she calmed my worry, acknowledged the inconsistencies of my current micro blading results and offered advice for safe at home fading. It was an in depth email... just a total stranger offering her professional advice and kindness to another total stranger. She didn't owe me anything. She didn't owe me time on her weekend or her professional advice; I wasn't even her client! But man, after that interaction, I couldn't wait to be! So I followed her advice for at home fading (worked WONDERFULLY btw), waited the recommended heal time of 6 weeks, and booked with Shannelle for a cover up/corrective appointment. That brings us to today. Just shortly after my appointment. And I can even put into words the night and day difference between my 2 experiences. Her treatment room is adorable, clean, with great music. Shannelle herself is such a joy to spend a few hours with and made the entire treatment process as painless and fun as possible. The outcome of my second micro blading experience is... 10/10 amazing. She shaped my brows perfect. She checked the undertone of my skin to pick a complimenting pigment color. She is darn good at what she does, and the results are beyond what I expected. At the end, she had the opportunity to charge me for a cover up/corrective visit, which is what I was expecting and what I thought was fair (it's not easy for professionals to work with and correct someone else's work!) But she said because I was able to fade the existing work, it would be just the treatment fee for a typical visit. So because I faded the other work, with the advice SHE gave me on her own time and with the kindness of HER OWN heart, she was also able to correct it "easier" and in turn charge me less than what we thought. WHAT?! I mean, what?! I got out of my appointment and texted my friends to run, not walk, to make an appointment with Shannelle at Goddess Brows. And I advise everyone reading to do the same. My experience at Goddess Brows was fantastic!From the moment I walked in the door of the spa I was greeted with a warm smile and was given fresh, cool water. The facilities are clean, bright and modern chic. Typically, when I get my brows done, it's usually a quick but painful process and they always thin out my shape too much. However, when Shannelle threaded my brows she was ever so careful to keep the shape and thickness of my brows. She assured me that she wouldn't take off too much and that she would clean up the stray hairs only. She has a great eye and indeed my brows were left full yet shaped and cleaned up beautifully. In addition, she has a light and gentle touch. She worked quickly, but it didn't hurt as much as it usually does as she was careful not to pinch my skin too much with the thread. I had my appointment in early January for microblading and a followup fill today. First off I'm just going to say the experience was top notch. Her professionalism and customer service was exactly what's missing in today's business. When I first came to her, I was upset from a bad experience. She talked to me and helped me relax and worked on my eyebrows. A few weeks after the first session, I was still somewhat skeptical of what it will look like. However, I felt that I owed it to myself to go back for the followup fill. Shanelle told me 6 weeks so I called around week 5 and she got me in that following week.
