Me and my family always go there to get our eyebrows done here thinking we get professional results, but it was a complete disaster for us. Every time we go, they end up cutting our skin. It is painful, unprofessional, and shows a total lack of care or technique. I always went back because I was comfortable with the place and have been going for many years. I never said anything, never spoke up about it and now I am about to. Today they completely messed up my mom's eyebrows, leaving her with a noticeable bald spot. It's going to take months for that hair to grow back, and she is incredibly self-conscious about it. When my mom got her eyebrows done she noticed her eyebrow hair missing, when the issue was brought up the lady denied it and tried to blame it on my mom for having thin eyebrows saying she did not do that. I told her she definitely did not come in with a bold spot on her eyebrow, the lady said quote " I have been working for 20 years on eyebrows. I know how hair works" basically denying what she did. She also said that went she plucked one hair it made it look like she was missing hair. Mind you we have been loyal customers for her service, my mom does not pluck her own eyebrows she goes to Magic Eyebrows every single time, there is no excuse. The lady has never left my mom looking like this before. It was so bad my mom was very upset. I was very respectful about it all, although my mom was very upset I told the lady and she kept making excuses that sometimes eyebrow hair falls out and that could've happened to her to be missing her eyebrow. Like seriously? The whole time she was doing my moms eyebrows she was on the phone talking as well, (very unprofessional) after the service when my mom kept looking at her eyebrows the lady made a sarcastic comment saying she needed to get her mustache done too, to look better. I don't understand why she was being rude and when the issue was brought up she kept blaming my mom. Not only that but we kept going back and forth about the situation asking me what did she want her to do if her eyebrow was already like that, I literally told her I was not gonna argue over this and we would just pay and leave but the problem was that she did mess up my moms eyebrows and she wouldn't admit it, telling my mom it will grow over time and that she can just go home and fill her eyebrow with a eyebrow pencil. My point is why would she go get her eyebrows done and pay for her to go home and still have to fix her eyebrow? The lady did not like that response and kept going, the only reason we were able to move from it, is because other customers started arriving and she seemed embarrassed so she just told my mom if she wanted to pay. Obviously we did not and left. She couldn't even admit it, blamed my mom, and didn't even apologize. I just wanted to say, to find a better eyebrow place because if she does do you dirty she won't own up to it. Also she's very rough and cuts you when threading. This has been an issue for a very long time but I never said anything, my last straw was her doing this to my mom. Not only did she mess up my mom's eyebrow but she cut her skin as well. The lady always cuts my skin and my family's skin we just always forgave and never said anything. My own eyebrows are a mess from last time I went. They are totally uneven I felt like one is significantly thinner than the other. I usually just use makeup just to make them look somewhat normal. Now I realized that I shouldn't be paying to get a half ass job done. I am paying and I generously tipped her for what? My family will not be coming back ever again.

I've been to more than 15 different eyebrow threading salons all over Las Vegas, Summerlin , and Henderson (no exaggeration), to some of the most expensive salons, trying to find someone who could shape them naturally and beautifully. Each time they butchered them and I had to wait for them to grow back to find a new location. After years of searching, I finally found this location next to Floor & Decor, in the same shopping center with Ross, Walmart, and Goodwill and I will never go anywhere else! Needa is absolutely amazing at shaping eyebrows with just the thread. She has an eye for detail and makes sure your eyebrows fit your face shape. Ever since I found her I've been going here for several years now and even drive over 20 minutes just to have Needa do my eyebrows because she's that good. She also offers other services like eyebrow tinting (which I don't do personally), but I know many other clients get that service here. What makes this place even better is that her prices are very reasonable . I've paid over $30 at fancy salons that didn't even come close to Needa's skills. You're not paying for a "salon experience" here, you're paying for her talent. If you're looking for someone who truly knows how to shape eyebrows naturally and beautifully, I recommend giving Needa a try. She's consistent, professional, and simply the best. I went in and explained what I wanted done. At first, I felt her trimming my eyebrows with scissors. I noticed she was trimming the top because my eyebrow hairs do grow upward a little, and I'm used to that being done at other threading places. But then I started feeling her trim the bottom of my eyebrows, and I could hear her clipping on my left eyebrow specifically. After that, she stopped and didn't really trim the other brow. The bottom of my eyebrows usually never gets trimmed, so this already felt unusual to me. She then started threading, and I did feel like she was taking off more hair than usual. Mind you, my eyebrows were not overgrown at all because I had already gotten them threaded somewhere else about 3-4 weeks ago. They still had a nice shape, so realistically this appointment should have just been a cleanup. Once she finished and brushed my eyebrows down a bit, they honestly looked okay at first glance when she showed me. However, today when I went to put gel in my eyebrows and lightly shape them the way I normally do, I immediately noticed blunt cuts. I tried styling them, but the hair on the bottom is now too short because too much was cut off. It honestly looks like I'm missing hair in certain spots because of how much was trimmed. I also noticed some micro bleeding/red spots around my neck and chin area after the facial threading. I'm not sure if that is considered normal, but it is something I experienced after the service. I uploaded pictures -- the first one shows how my eyebrows looked before, and the other pictures show how they look now. I'm leaving two stars because my other eyebrow does look good and they are even. If she hadn't trimmed the bottom, I honestly feel like they would have turned out really nice. At this point there's not much I can do besides wait for them to grow back. I also have a wedding to attend this weekend, so hopefully an eyebrow pencil does the trick. The salon was spacious, and clean with a lovely scent filling the air. I was greeted, and sat immediately. I chose the package that included eyebrow darkening. I was leary, because the last darkening treatment I received (somewhere else) lasted less than 24hours. When I got out of the chair, I was extremely pleased with the results. It has been a little over three weeks now, and my eyebrows are still holding on to the color, and are just absolutly perfect.
