Safa is an amazing brow tech. She's so much fun to talk with. I previously went to Devine but they have been slipping up and the closed the nearest location to me. My eyebrows have died and gone to eyebrows heaven! Oh my gosh. How has there been no reviews on this place? But don't worry. I'm about to change that and hopefully in the process change YOUR eyebrows. (And whatever else you need threaded.) You're welcome! Let me start by saying I've always gotten my eyebrows (and also /cough my shestache) threaded. What I've been use to was in and out in under 10 minutes with minimal communication with the person threading me. And this is from a highly Yelp rated place in LA too! This was the standard. I thought my experience at Safa was going to be similar. Thank god it wasn't. Safa is extremely professional and polite. Throughout the session, she must have checked in on me at least 3 times to make sure I was doing ok. Before she even started threading, she discussed with me what I was looking for (A more natural look? More pointed?). After she did the initial clean up, she started working on just one of my eyebrows. After making sure I was satisfied with the initial eyebrow result, she then moved on to the other one. Not only did she thread, she also trimmed, plucked, and finished my eyebrows by drawing/filling them in. How amazingly thorough is that! Not once did I feel rushed; she wasn't just trying to hurry to get me out of there like what I'm use to at other threading places. I have never gotten such excellent threading service! This was such an eye(brow) opening experience. I wish I had a Safa in LA. So jealous of you Vegas locals! read more

I have written many reviews for eyebrow threading in the past, as I have been going regularly for over 15 years as it was gaining popularity in the US and used to cost under $10 no matter where you went. Gone are those days, but with Safa Elite you will never venture elsewhere. The attention to detail, and the proactive approach to asking questions about what look you desire helps my laid back personality while exceeding my high expectations. She is thee best in Vegas IMHO!!! She does a nice, clean thorough job. I don't see any hairs lingering like I would seeing other threaders. So glad I can see her more often since I am on this side of town. Booking with her is very easy, you can add her on Instagram and her bookings scheduler is right on her bio. Just make sure to show up on time and give her a nice tip because she is worth every penny! read more

It was my first time coming here! I wanted to find a different threading place for my eyebrows and this popped up on my yelp list. Safa was amazing! She asked me what I wanted to do and if i wanted my eyebrows round or pointed. She made me feel comfortable. A wonderful experience today with Safa. This was my first time seeing her and I will absolutely be back. She is super sweet and friendly, her prices are very affordable and she did an awesome job on my eyebrows, lip and chin today. She's available for appointments, walk ins and also offers monthly membership services which literally pay for themselves and you can cancel at anytime. I don't usually write a recommendation thru social media but this magnificent work by Safa deserves a pretty good shot of more than 5 STARS. Safa knows what she's doing.. she will make your looks perfect or what's the best for you. She's expert on her profession, you won't regret coming to her. I am EXTREMELY selective and nervous about getting my eyebrows done anywhere. But when I say Safa did so well on my brows that she made me question the salon I typically go to at home, I mean it! I am not from Vegas but travel here frequently for work. On a longer work stint, I needed my brows touched up. Typically, she works by appointment, but I happened to walk in at an opportune time when she just had a cancellation. I sat in her chair and she proceeded to make my eyebrows look better than ever. So, I recently moved from the Midwest and I had a person I'd go there regularly for my eyebrows and he usually did a good job. I was nervous finding a different specialist for my eyebrows since I'm usually pretty resistant to change. I came across Safa on Groupon. I used a deal about a year ago when I moved and I have NEVER gone anywhere else. She is absolutely amazing. Much better than my person back in the Midwest. What makes Safa so great? The attention to detail truly blew me away. She takes her time to make sure your eyebrows are absolutely stunning once you leave. I always love how they turn out and she always listens to any adjustments you want in your shape. I also love the fact that she has a membership that's honestly such a great deal. You can go multiple times a month for your brows, or for other parts of your body depending on which membership you get. It's not mandatory for her services, but I have one and it's pretty sweet. Safa is also always so extremely sweet and pleasant. I always love chatting with her. She never gives you any bad vibes or attitude, even if she is running behind. She'll always be focused on you. I cannot recommend Safa enough. She's absolutely wonderful! Please have her as your go-to person, you won't regret it. read more

AND she didn't clean up the whole area, there was still sparseness i went home to pluck myself. Like I said I never had an issue with them, but I will not be coming back.

Our makeup artist canceled the morning of my sister's wedding, and despite their team scrambling, no replacement could be found in time. My sister, the bride, was in tears hours before her ceremony. Several of us lost part of the morning trying to solve it instead of finishing wedding prep. We were only saved by a friend who happened to be nearby. When I pushed back afterward, the CEO responded personally, explained the timeline, and issued a full refund plus a credit. I'll give them that -- the response was better than most companies manage. But none of that changes what the morning of the wedding actually looked like, and none of it changes that their website promises coverage they cannot always deliver. If you're booking them for a wedding or any event you can't reschedule, ask directly what happens if your artist cancels same-day, in writing, before you pay a deposit. Don't assume the guarantee on their site means what it says. I want to correct the public record here. In response to my review, the owner stated that I "didn't respond" to their email, which is why she posted the CEO's full response publicly. That isn't accurate. I replied to that email on 9/22 at 2:53 PM Eastern, the same day I received it. I'm noting the exact time so there's no ambiguity about what happened. On the original issue: our makeup artist canceled the morning of my sister's wedding with limited notice, and despite the team's efforts, no replacement could reach us in time. My sister, the bride, was in tears hours before her ceremony, and several of us lost part of the morning scrambling instead of finishing wedding prep. The company did refund the service in full and extended two service credits, along with a personal apology from the CEO, and I want to be fair and acknowledge that. But their website advertises a "backup guarantee" and "national coverage with backup options" without disclosing that a same-day emergency can fall outside what that guarantee can actually deliver. If you're booking for a wedding or any event you can't reschedule, ask in writing what their same-day contingency plan looks like before you pay a deposit.
