Ever since Lisa stopped doing eyebrows my eyebrows have gone downhill! And the freaking price for a piece of thread that's on your face for less than 10 minutes is crazy! $27 for eyebrows, lip and chin. Every time I go I always explain to the lady how I would like my eyebrows. Unfortunately, they just get thinner and thinner. The shapes are discombobulated, I feel like it makes me look like I have a stroke on my face. I have a few eyebrows card stamps which one was one stamp away from getting a free eyebrow and the other was 2 stamps away- yet she wouldn't let me combine them. I've been going to this place faithfully for 3 years even after the dissatisfaction of the service but I think today was the last straw. I'm uploading a pic of when Lisa did my eyebrows on the bottom and the top is today's service. As a small business owner myself, I do know that nobody can run your business how you would run your business and not everyone can be satisfied. But at least have good customer service as your employees because I was rushed and she was unapologetic about my unhappiness and rushed to the counter for me to pay. I love this place but not the new employee. Came in Saturday at 11:30am and the girl that did my eyebrows gave me a bald spot. Yes. Yes. Yes. I absolutely loved Ms. Lisa, lol or whoever the woman was that assisted me., I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I was in town from New Orleans to visit family, and last week we got snowed in, so I didn't get the chance to go get my eyebrows done. You know my eyebrows had to look bad for me to take a risk like that, right.. Exactly. So I did my research and I liked what I read when I came across this business. When I went, (a Saturday afternoon) there was only one person there and she was in the chair getting her eyebrows done. When she finished I checked her brows out and liked how they looked, so I was less anxious about getting in the chair. The place isn't aesthetically pleasing in my opinion, but that was least of my worries. It was CLEAN, and it was about the actual service itself. I have a designated brow tech where I'm from and I don't cheat on her, ok! *covers face* but I'm also very happy I did because I'm so happy with how my brows came out. I specifically asked for 3 things: a clean up, to NOT thread off my arches, and to keep the tips of my brows. She listened and did a flawless job. In the past I've had techs ruin my eyebrows because they chose to do them how they wanted and not how I requested. She always asked if I wanted to see how they were coming out, (which made me comfortable because that means she was confident that she was doing a great job, and she wanted to make sure I approved). Lol, I also took a punch card like I'm about to go to Vegas every 2 weeks to get my brows done, - but make no mistake, if I could I would. She was extremely sweet and pleasant. & REASONABLY PRICED.
