Lately, when I get my eyes brows done they look super uneven! It's frustrating and don't like saying anything because the workers tell you it looks nice. I go here because it's cheaper than other places, and normally it's 50/50. It just depends. Kinda sad this time, though. I had a trip and now it's going to brother me. I had to fix it myself which came out a bit better, but didn't fix the major issue. I will not be returning. read more

Clean studio! Quick and easy, sign in sheet for walk-ins. No wait around the day and time I came in. I requested a very light clean up of my eyebrows as I have been growing them out for a couple months. The lady did exactly what I wanted. 16$ for eyebrows, a little higher than normal places but was a good area. read more

I have been coming to Divine Threading in Centennial for 10 years, mainly for eyebrow threading, and my daughter has been coming for 4 years for my daughter for eyebrow, lip and forehead, and all aestheticians. have been great. I have seeing Vee for the last 4 years and she is awesome, she remembers what I like and occasionally asks if I want to do the same or something different. I appreciate her consistency and attentiveness and friendliness. I appreciate low turnover rate of aestheticians. Rates are very reasonable compared to others in town. read more

In the past, I have been happy with Divine Threading. I went on Thursday 7-25-24 for an eyebrow and lip threading. The gal, I do not know her name, was finished with me in 3 minutes, no exaggeration, and charged me $23. I was stunned at how quickly she finished. The next day, as I was putting on my make-up, I noticed what a crappy job she had done. I literally had to pluck my eyebrows 13 hours after being threaded. I work too hard for my money to be paying for services NOT RENDERED. I will not return to Divine. Divine Threading is anything but "divine." read more

Came to this place to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady did not allow me to explain to her how I wanted my eyebrows done. While trying to explain she raised her hand and shushed me down and told me to let her do it. I let her do the service and the eyebrows were not done the way I wanted them. Very disappointed. She didn't allowed me to even sign in when walking in . Blonde and brown short hair and very curly bob hair style . read more

Sanaz was hands down the best person i've ever had do my eyebrows, she's was soooo quick i didn't even realize she was done and although she was so quick she shaped and cleaned up my brows better than anyone ever has. I Don't usually get my lashes done but Rocky convinced me to step out of my comfort zone . and OH MY GOSH I AM IN LOVE!!!! i told her I rub my eyes a lot and am oily where she proceeded to give me a lash bath and used sensitive glue because it was my first time. 10/10 recommend Ask for Rocky! read more

Came in for a eyebrow clean up, lip and chin. Lady decided that she wanted to make one eyebrows thinner. As I brought it to her attention. She tried to say it was my eyebrows shape. I've gotten my eyebrow threaded for many years. And then the lady proceeds to apologize. She tells her manager and manager proceeded to to says it's my eyebrow shape. Manager proceeds to grab tweezer and tweeze one hair out and say " ok perfect" I'm looking at her like " what" it looks the same. I'm visibly upset but keep my cool and say " just ring me up" lady is standing behind manger as she rings me up and she just keeps apologizing... I politely ask manager if she is charging me for brows and she rolls her eyes and says "yes" . I understand that accidents happen. However manager should've handled this better. And made it right now to not charge me for eyebrows. Will not be back ever. I'd suggest you don't go there either . read more

Worst eyebrow experience ever. The lady who did my brows was so rude and not gentle. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for years, I know it's not supposed to feel good. She was very rough. She took a chunk out of my eyebrow and then proceeded to tell me that that's usually how eyebrows look after they get cleaned? She really was trying to tell me that that's how my eyebrows are supposed to look.. my own eyebrows. I didn't get her name I was so mad I didn't even care to ask. All I know is she has dark hair. I would just completely avoid going to this location or really this company at all costs. read more

Vee always gives the most quality service, she always has a great attitude and leaves you feeling like a million bucks!!

I come here every month to the location in Centennial or Aliante, to see Layla. She's so welcoming and gentle. I just love her.

I went to have my eyebrows threaded for the very first time. It was hard to understand the technicians, they have thick accents but they see a lot of eyebrows and I trusted them to help give mine shape. Overall, I was very impressed with the shape and speed in which my service was preformed. Very quick wait time, there was a sign in sheet we missed the first few minutes of being there but no new customers had come in after us beating us to the list. read more

Great service. Quality work. Always available for walk-in service when we go. Takes teenagers too!

I called and was told to come "now" and she could take 2 eyebrow appointments. I walk in and she just looked at me because she was working on someone else. I wrote my number down then I asked if I should wait in the car or what? She said she would text me, never got a text or call. 16 minutes later I returned and she was still working on the other client.... she sat me down and she went right in, didn't bother to ask what I wanted or the desire shape I'd like. [[Also she didn't wash her hands going from person to person. Which I found extremely concerning]] as a make up artist myself I understand how important protocols are. I do completely understand she was trying to get her coin, but I also understand how valuable a client is to a business. I will not be returning. I am literally at eyebrows r us getting my eyebrows fixed. read more

Went in December and had the worst lash lift of my life. She seemed like she was in a rush and I've had lash lifts before so this one was so fast I don't even think she took 30 minutes. When she was done I told her it doesn't look like they even lifted and she was saying my lashes were too delicate and won't lift... BS. I still tipped and left but I will not be coming back here terrible customer service. read more
