The shaping itself came out really nice -- I actually loved how my brows looked in the end. Clean, defined, and exactly the look I was going for. However, my main concern was with the tinting process. I was told the tint would be left on for about 10 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 30 minutes without any heads up or explanation. During that time, my eyebrows became extremely itchy, which made me uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it was a reaction or due to the tint being left on longer than expected, but it definitely didn't feel right. Everything turned out fine visually, but better communication -- especially when something changes during the service -- would have made a big difference in the overall experience.

Shila's location on Rainbow is very convenient for me, especially being right by Massage Envy so I can have a self-care day :) I took off a star, for only a few reasons. One is the price increase. I get it, the way costs are right now a lot of places are. However, the very reasonable cost made Sheila's Eyebrows stand out more over the rest before. If you have an appointment, this should be prioritized over any walk-ins that come after you. Common sense right? Sometimes they are so busy they overlook who came in before who and don't even look at the sign-in sheet to see if you have an appointment. There was only one time I was disappointed with my eyebrows after having them threaded here. Just imagine your eyebrows cut short in half. I learned a lesson, find the girls that do a great job and stick with them. I also came a couple of months ago, and one of the girls was very rude. She had a frown the whole time, didn't say thank you, I am not even sure why I tipped her, she was so ungrateful. With all of that being said, I highly recommend Shila and Sarah. I know that they will always do a great job and I will definitely request them for my future visits. Thank you Shila and Sarah for doing a fantastic eyebrow job and having wonderful service! She didn't wash her hands in between clients This is Las Vegas where everybody is sweaty and gross. Did she wipe down the chair after the last client left? No she did not. I watched her escort the client out take me straight in and never clean anything in between She reeked of body odor the whole appointment She was applying so much pressure on my forehead that by the end of the appointment I had a raging headache and constant neck pain When she removed the tape from my upper lids, she ripped it off despite my flinching and gasping in pain and she just kept ripping even on the next eye Then I had my lashes glued to my bottom lash and she just kind of aggressively separated those two When I went to get out of the chair I couldn't figure out how to sit it back up and I mentioned that twice. I was so eager to get the heck out of there that I climbed out of the chair and she laughed at me while doing it. I paid for 90 minutes and I got 75 at best. If this had been the first time I got to fill,, I would never have done Lashes again. Lucky for me I know this is an anomaly because I've been getting my lashes done for 10 years.

It was loud (not a biggie) so we got some great ol fashioneds at the bar, then inched our way to center dance floor where we didn't stop dancing to the band til 1 pm when they stopped.....we had so much fun, we (and others) wanted them to keep playing. It did cost me $25 cover (wife was free). I was ok with this. i think before 9 it's free to get in. Amazing night.

My barber Cesar moved to this store a few years back, and despite me moving to a house in the North West of the valley, I am still happy to make the drive here for his awesome and friendly service, and for the overall experience. I highly recommend him, so ask for him by name if you are booking or doing a walk in! The interior really is very cool, great to have a true barbershop feel to enjoy rather than the bland and clinical interiors of most modern chains or shops. It's fun looking at all the decor, including some of the more fun items on display, it all just adds to the overall experience. It's also reasonably priced, though be aware this is a cash only establishment, so no cards, but they do have an ATM. Overall, Good Times Barbershop lives up to its name. It is always a great experience coming here and I highly recommend this business.

Horrible service!! My husband and I came in to get our eyebrows done after having some lunch from smashburger. The wait wasn't too bad, but the lady had skipped my husband and I! We didn't say anything, but when it happened again, we had told her we came in before the last two. She said if we had signed in and we said yes! She went back and asked for our names and said we weren't on there. How could I possibly be lying about that? Does she not know how to read. We pointed it out where we had written our names and said that she had done those people already. If you don't want our service, I'll just gladly go back to diva beauty , although it's a further drive, they have wayyyyyy better customer service their. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she's not there and she walked away from us. Don't come here if you don't want rude, ignorant people to call you a liar ! I have always had to travel at least 20 min to get my eyebrows threaded, this place is conveniently located next to the Fresh and Easy on 95 and Ann, I get to do my shopping and treading all at once! I have had my eyebrows threaded for almost 10 years and Jasmin does a great job. She really made me- and my toddler- feel welcomed. She takes the extra step to ensure that the customer leaves happy. Luckily, I found Zorah Eyebrow Threading here on Yelp. After seeing good reviews, I booked on their site for a next day appointment. For $40, my eyebrows look SIGNIFICANTLY better. They aren't perfect, because my eyebrows are more cousins than sisters, let alone twins. But the tech, Ritu I believe, definitely did her best, and most definitely better than what I could do myself. She was also a good conversationalist, kind, and recommended me makeup to better fill in my eyebrows.
