7 years coming here and I couldn't be more disappointed, the last time i got my eyebrows done they've thinned them out grew them out for 2 and half months but this time I asked her to leave them more thicker and she left them like this needless to say I'm not going back.

I used to be a regular at this place, coming in every 2 weeks. This last time I went, the older woman with the colored hair that's always in there threaded my eyebrows as she normally does except this time she mumbles "oh s**t" and then continues to work on my brows. She then hands me the mirror to reveal thin, uneven, and completely over plucked brows. I had more hair on my shirt than my eyebrows. Keep in mind this is my normal brow threading shop and I tell her just to clean them up each time. Normally she's fine but this time was unacceptable and I'll never return. Then she had the audacity to ask if I wanted her to tread my forehead. If you care about you brows don't let this woman ruin them.

I've been coming here for the past 7 years and I can honestly say I've never received such amazing service anywhere else. The ladies are so sweet and kind. I have a scar on one of my eyebrows and no one else is able to make them look this good besides the girls here read more

do not come!! My eyebrows are two different shapes and they thinned my eyebrows. The lady that did them messed up and another lady had to step in and help her. Still walked away looking a mess. I'm very disappointed read more

So I'm not the type to leave reviews, however I have been coming here off and on since 2017. ( I moved sides of town and it was too far) Consistently she is the only person to get my good brow and her evil step sister to look the SAME. One brow is straight which the other has a "ok" arch. She always manages to get them looking perfect when I leave. So now I WILLINGLY make it a point to drive 30 mins across town for the perfect brows. :) it's worth it! read more

This lady doesn't care. I went yesterday for a clean up, after growing my brows out for MONTHS . I did NOT WANT THEM THIN. I simply requested "just a clean up, please don't make them thin" well, she made them so thin and took length off . I'm so disappointed. She rushed and there was one person in the chair getting semi permanent brows it appeared. She didn't have to rush because there wasn't a wait.. just a lady in the chair waiting for ink to dry. I will not be returning- my eyebrows are so uneven and thin, and I actually have very beautifully full brows. She made me look like a tweaker. I advise anyone who doesn't like the "thin" look, to stay far far away from here. read more

I originally used to go to Eyebrows R Us for 3 years. Shala, whom now worke at this company moved to this location a few years ago. Since she was the stylist I used to go to at Eyebrows R Us, I decided to go to this location instead. Shala always does my full face great. At times, since she is typically solo, if there are a lot of people, she will rush to get it done. She has also asked me several times to swap positions with people since I typically get a full face and others normally get just eyebrows done. She always does a good job though. The furniture is slowly getting replaced inside the business. Some of the furniture was starting to look degraded. The pricing is a little expensive compared to other threading salons. Also, I am used to providing custom TIP. Their starting tip rate on the machine is a little high, which is 20% and up. Shala is great though and she always remembers who you are if you come into the threading salon multiple times. The location could be a bit better. Parking is private, but spaces are limited due to other local businesses. If you do not want to wait to get threaded, try to do early morning weekday, and avoid the weekend afternoon. read more

I've been here a handful of times and they've been ok until I went this past weekend and there was a newer lady I had not seem before. She took a while doing my brows and I didn't have a ton to begin with and what ever she did at one point hurt. The lady that probably ownsthe shop came over and looked at them and tried to fix them and when she cleaned my eyebrows up, it stung. Later that evening, I found out why it hurt, the lady caught my skin or something. I haven't been hurt before during threading and I'm not going to do it again. read more

If I could rate my experience negative zero I would. i am literally in the parking lot writing this but I got my eyebrows done and as she was trimming me with the scissors she nick me and immediately said excuse me so I disregarded it, but asked that when she wiped them with the solution not to wipe that eye because it would aggravate the nick on my brow. she did it anyway and laughed about it. I asked her why did she do that she said because it didn't cut the skin and look in the mirror. i told her I didnt have to look in the mirror because I know what I felt. she never apologized and wanted to continue arguing. I told her to let me pay and just go and she still continued to argue and upcharged me. So unprofessional! read more

My lengthy journey of finding the eyebrow threading place of my dreams is finally over. Seriously, I'm talking a few years now. Eyebrowz Threading has got it all for me. The price is very reasonable ($10), location is right down the street from my house, there is hardly ever a wait, I believe she is the owner (she's always there when I go); anyways she always takes her time and cleans up even the most stubborn hairs! And best of all, it's painless! I've tried waxing for awhile, but the pain turned me off and I dreaded going the one or two times a month I have to go. If you've been wanting to try threading or just try a new place, I can't recommend this place enough. Don't forget to ask for a punch card so you can get a free threading after 10 or so visits! read more

Straight to the point. My husband and I both broke out in heavy pimples around our eyebrows after going here. My brother in law was sitting waiting for us and he said he didn't see her clean her scissors once. It is NOT sanitary here. She also didn't ask what we wanted with our eyebrows, she just told us to sit down and she started threading. read more

I was a regular here for awhile, if I'm not mistaken it's a mother and daughter duo. I normally got the mother and she's very professional and talks things out to you about what's going on with your brows so forth and so on. I would get the $25.00 card and that got me up to 5 visits which is am exceptional deal. Sounds good right? Well, why my review lacks 5 stars is because of the daughter. Whenever would go on Sundays I would get her daughter-then my experience changed drastically. She's short, borderline rude stays on the phone, is not very engaging and reeks of cigarette smoke. On top of that she screwed my brows up more often than most so much so that her mom asked me who threaded them! I politely advised her it was her daughter. I hate to rate this way but there is clearly a difference between the two, overall mom does great work. Just my two cents. read more

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE these ladies! They do such a great job and are wonderful! Been coming here for YEARS now, along with my mom and other family members. I won't go to any other threading place, they have me for good! I have very light and thin growing brow hair, and they nail it EVERY SINGLE TIME! They even got me hooked on doing my UPPER LIP! I was self conscious of that for soooo long, gave it a shot and I never put a razor to my woman stache ever again! If you don't normally thread your browz, try them out! You won't regret it! Used to come here to do my eyebrows. But the lady there was rude, so I would only go if that is the only place available, it's not a bad job, but her customer service is not good. But be very careful when you tell them what you want. I usually need just a clean up, my eyebrows are naturally full, I do not like thin eyebrows, but the lady didn't do what i told her and did more than just a clean up. read more

Shala IS awesome! Very professional. I have been going to this location several years. She even stayed late to accommodate me tonight. According to Yelp, they close at 8:00 p.m. It was after 7:30 p.m., and that is the posted closing time on their door, which I didn't know. Shala worked on me before she left, which I thought was cool. I was a few blocks away getting my car washed, called ahead, and BOOM! Eyebrows did, car is fresh! read more

If I could give this negative stars I would! She messed up my eyebrows SO bad. I had nice full eyebrows, and I even let them grow out some more so I could get them threaded better. I specifically told her to "clean them up a bit. Not thinner." I have no eyebrows now compared to what I had before. They are incredibly thin! Never again!! read more

Stepped in off a recommendation of a friend. LOVED them because they still serviced my eyebrows even though it was VERY close to closing. The younger lady, I believe to be the daughter, did a amazing job on my thick eyebrows. After going back after a month the older lady, the mother I believe, completely destroyed my eyebrows. I broke out terribly after. I will not be going back, sorry. read more

I've been to more than 15 different eyebrow threading salons all over Las Vegas, Summerlin , and Henderson (no exaggeration), to some of the most expensive salons, trying to find someone who could shape them naturally and beautifully. Each time they butchered them and I had to wait for them to grow back to find a new location. After years of searching, I finally found this location next to Floor & Decor, in the same shopping center with Ross, Walmart, and Goodwill and I will never go anywhere else! Needa is absolutely amazing at shaping eyebrows with just the thread. She has an eye for detail and makes sure your eyebrows fit your face shape. Ever since I found her I've been going here for several years now and even drive over 20 minutes just to have Needa do my eyebrows because she's that good. She also offers other services like eyebrow tinting (which I don't do personally), but I know many other clients get that service here. What makes this place even better is that her prices are very reasonable . I've paid over $30 at fancy salons that didn't even come close to Needa's skills. She really really really messed my eyebrows up. She really really really made my face look bad. My technician moved away and I don't have a backup so I went to where my technician was working and boy I'll tell you this was not a great idea. The salon it was empty. They're getting in a paintings on one of the technicians or maybe the owner,the price is fair. The establishment is clean but with all of those attributes be sure you are clear about what it is you are expecting.. I hope to find a new eyebrow technician soon

Decided they would get a night on the town with a show, dinner while wife and I had our fun. Dinner, show (Absinthe) capping with our stop at the Barbershop. I love whisky/bourbon. I love speakeasys. I love live music. Check, Check, Check. So now it's about 11 pm after dinner and the show and the walk. Passed the ski lodge speakeasy with just a few people waiting. Got to barbershop and the line was 20 deep. Ruh Roh. It did end up being 40 minutes wait but we made friends in line (ended up all hanging out inside). We almost gave up to back to ski lodge but decided to not be quitters....so glad we stayed. Love the decor. It was loud (not a biggie) so we got some great ol fashioneds at the bar, then inched our way to center dance floor where we didn't stop dancing to the band til 1 pm when they stopped.....we had so much fun, we (and others) wanted them to keep playing. It did cost me $25 cover (wife was free). I was ok with this. i think before 9 it's free to get in. Amazing night.
