Stepped in off a recommendation of a friend. LOVED them because they still serviced my eyebrows even though it was VERY close to closing. The younger lady, I believe to be the daughter, did a amazing job on my thick eyebrows. After going back after a month the older lady, the mother I believe, completely destroyed my eyebrows. I was a regular for over 4 years now, I have a trip out of town and was not able to go until tonight as I'm rushing when I checked the time said 7:30 closed I walked up to the doors at 7:25 they were locked understandable I was going to just change my schedule and go right when they open so I could make my flight at 12 as I am walking away she waves me down so I turn around and walk back to door expecting to leave an extra $20 tip due to the last mine inconvenience, the older women opens the door as I start to walk in she on the phone with someone and they keep saying she's closed as she says "it's to late I'm closed I'm closed" giving beyond attitude as she's walking to the chair telling me to sit down the unprofessionalism so I told her I will just leave since she keeps saying I'm too late as I'm walking out she's yelling at me to go back to the chair as someone who is in the beauty industry it was the worst interaction I had!! why would I want to let someone touch my eyebrows after getting an attitude because SHE open the door to let me in, I am never going back that was beyond ridiculous!!!!!! read more

This eyebrow threading place is horrible. I should've just gone to Diya's like I usually do but because its close to come I thought let me try it out but never again, DO NOT GO THERE. If you want your eyebrows to be 2 different shapes plus thinned out then this is the place for you!! No one wears their eyebrows thin no more I was so sadden. I have been going here for a long time. The prices are awesome. They offer a huge discount, if you purchase the discount card. Usually when I go in, I get the mom. She is always on point, with everything!! The very last time I went, the mother wasn't there and I got the daughter. When I walked in, she was in heavy conversation on the phone. She directs me to sit down and was still on the phone as she's threading my brows . Scared is an understatement When she was done, what was to be expected was in existence! My brows were horrible So I told her that I didn't like them. She was very defensive and mad and told me that she'd fix them I told her that she didn't use scissors or she didn't pluck them, nothing! I took my niece to get her eyebrows. It was very clean and spacious. The eyebrow technician was personable clean in appearance and pleasant. This is a great place to get your eyebrows done. Prices were reasonable and I will be returning. read more

The lady shaped my brows so nicely. I've gotten so many complements on them. The only downfall is that I have sensitive skin and whatever she used to wipe my brows with, I broke out in a rash. She was really quick too! Only $10! Definitely my go to threading when I go to Vegas. read more

This is a good place to get ur eyebrows threaded. Its a bit small of a salon and could be fixed up a little nicer inside (hence four stars.) I know we're in a recession but a little flower vase or picture on the wall would be nice. Anyways, she did a great job on my eyebrows I loved em. I have been coming to this place for about 3 years now. I'm ALWAYS satisfied with my eyebrows when I leave. I get the $40 punch card which comes with 6 sessions. My sisters come here as well. They always leave a great shape whether you like your eyebrows thick or a bit thinner. I definitely recommend!! read more

I'm a regular here and always get the Mom except for a few times I got the daughter. Do not let the daughter work on your eyebrows. I repeat do not let the daughter work on your eyebrows. She is really bad. She makes then super thin when I always request not to do so. The last time it was horrible. I should have learned my lesson from the past. Never again!!! This place BLOWS!! The daughter complimented me on my eyebrows - how "nice/thick" they were.. And then proceeded to leave me with the thinnest, toothpicks of eyebrows. AFTER I had told her to please just shape and do the absolute minimal cleaning up. To make it worse I had my engagement party the next day!! I began balling like a baby once I looked in the mirror. When I questioned why she would do that after specifically asking for a basic clean up, the mother and daughter began threatening me they would call the police if I did not leave - simply because they had a couch full of clients waiting and they witnessed the damage that had been done. Clients LEFT - unknown if it was their first visit or regulars.. It took about 8 months for my eyebrows to look somewhat decent again. STAY. FAR. AWAY!! read more

Very bad customer service, I was going to this place for almost 3 years I believe mom and daughter work there.the mom will always do my eyebrows or full face. I wish I can give ZERO STAR. They are not even deserve ZERO! This people are rude, always messed up my daughter and wife's eyebrows. They can't even follow instructions. I'm don't even know if they have city license. They are also very unsanitary coz everytime they go there they get infection, swollen face and nasty dirt and sticky stuffs from their sofa! Skip this place-- I gave it a shot because I was in desperate need to get my brows done. The lady is nice, but she cut/burned me with the thread. I came in with thicker brows, and left with super skinny brows with little burn scars on my brows. I'll be going back to Cassie over at a DIYA Eyebrows off of Lake Mead and the 95. It's worth the drive. Plus they have more than one girl there who don't thread burn me and leave me with cuts/scars and tiny eyebrows. Not a fan-- especially if your use to quality. read more
