I didn't really know what to expect as this was my first time doing anything to my eyebrows (besides over plucking when I was a teenager). I have been trying to grow my brows out and get that full, fluffy brow look without microblading. Sandra was a wiz, she knew just what to do with my brows. I got a shape and tint and she knocked it out of the park. The shape, the color, everything. The tint lasted a few weeks, which I was quite surprised. I can't wait to get back to Vegas and come pay her another visit. read more

Camille is the best ! I got my classic lash done on Saturday. Love it! She is so gentle didn't even notice she was already applying them on my eyes. Highly recommended read more

Keila is amazing at what she does! Whatever you ask for, she does just that. I showed her a picture of a set I wanted and she replicated it flawlessly. Retention has been so good as well. She's literally the sweetest and I'm glad I finally found such an attentive tech like her. read more

1st time getting my lashes done in Vegas. I had a great experience at Grey Artistry. Went in at my appointment time. I went with a classic style. I asked the artist if she could keep the front short and the longest length at 11mm. She did as exactly as I requested. The artist was gentle and attentive with every lash placement. I got so many compliments when I went out. Also their sofa was soo comfortable I slept through most of the appt. I guess I trusted from the start Grey Artistry. read more

Someone recommended Grey Artistry. Making an appt was super easy. Confirmation text was sent via text. Went on my appt time and they greeted me as soon I rang the bell. I asked for a classic style. The result was better than I imagined. At the end of the service, they provided me with lash foam cleaner which was a really nice gesture. Definitely recommend Grey Artistry if you're looking for a lash tech. read more

Grey Artistry - Lovely set of lashes - Waxing Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I had a great experience at grey artistry. I am new to eyelash extensions, so I asked a ton of questions on yelp. They were able to answer all of my questions and help me decide which extensions were best for me. I went in and was treated kindly, brought back right at my appointment time, and relaxed during the service. My lash tech was Tia and she did an amazing job. She was very focused, attentive to my wants and able to provide lashes that were almost identical to the inspo picture I showed her. Will definitely be going back for a fill! read more

Coming back to give full 5 stars, I was so scared to go in again because the first time I had a full set of lashes they fell off quickly. Grey Artistry is under new management, the owner helped me schedule an appointment and greeted me so kindly upon arrive the 2 days I went in. I first went in for brows. The artist was so professional; Ashley did my eye brows and answered questions I had about eyelashes (I've had too many bad sets) I went in the next day for lashes and I am in love. I have has them on for 5 days, I wanted to wait at least 2 days after getting them done before writing a review because I was scared they would start falling off again. BUT, 5 days later, my lashes are still fresh! I am so glad I gave them another try. Thank you ASHLEY! read more

This is my first time coming to this place, and Tia was my lash artist. Loved the service that I received and already booked another one. I was able to show Tia a picture of my lashes that were done in the past, and we discussed what my preference was, so she made it happen! I'll be coming back in the upcoming weeks. read more

Let me just start by saying this place is excellent not only with their service but overall prices are also very reasonable. I've gotten my lashes done with several lash techs and they're fantastic. Love keila she's a master at what she does her timing and her impecable sets. Will recommend this place to everyone that needs lashes, brows and waxing read more

This salon was very clean and well kept. Chrissy was amazing. She was the first artist I went to in a year because my last lady quit and the only other time I got them done they fell off in 3 days completely (different salon). She was also able to look at a photo and get them exactly right. Normally they end up making them way too long and full. Highly recommend. read more

I would like to share my experience with Chrissy. She's so sweet and warm. Treats you with patience and such a happy vibe. I only get my eyebrows done with her. Any questions I may have she gives a quick response. read more

My experience here was very unprofessional and very unpleasant one of the lash artists was raising her voice and giving me attitude for the smallest reason other than I wanted to cancel my appointment because of miscommunication the attitude I had to deal with was extremely unprofessional the owner sat there and let her employee disregard my feelings so if you do come beware of Chrissy maybe she was upset because she was getting clients back to back but that gives no reason to be rude read more

Used to love this place but they mistreat their employees and go through lash artists monthly. The last time I went here I had an hour long appointment and she ended 20 min early and my lashes looked exactly the same as they did when I came in. Mid appointment, the receptionist came to the lash artist to share that someone had complained they wanted their lashes removed immediately having had them installed the day before by the same lash artist. Didn't really give me a whole lot of confidence about what was happening to begin with. Tip of the iceberg - The owner is so desperate for new clients she resorts to fake offers to get people to be scammed into coming in. I am just going to share what was emailed to me by this establishment. Hint: check the date of the email and the date of the offer. read more

UPDATE: Went in for my fill and I grew a whole bunch of new natural lashes (see my other video)! Thank you to Desiree who took her time and allowed my natural lashes to grow in so she could make my fill a lot more full! I am so happy. I did my lashes with Desire & I got to say that this was probably the BEST lash experience I ever had. First off the place is so beautiful & the girls are so friendly and inviting. Desire took her time on my lashes and she made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. She did a complementary lash removal from my old lash artist and explained the damage and then took her time to give me a whole new BEAUTIFUL fluffy yet natural set. I cannot wait to go back and get something a lil more dramatic because I know she will do great. I've had two other lash techs to my lashes but they're not as good as Desire! Thank you! I moved to Vegas from CA, and for 2 years I tried finding a place I felt comfortable with-not only my lashes, but the price! I almost gave up till I tried Grey Artistry. I haven't missed a fill since I got my hybrid set done. Janel is amazing, sweet, and knows how to fit length and style to compliment your unique face and eye shape! As she said, "eye lashes are not a one size fits all!" Pick up the phone and make an appointment! In this photo I have size 16 hybrid- not curled. They are so beautiful! I love Grey Artistry and Stephania! Everyone is so kind here and took care of me. I had a flight at 1 pm but they were so flexible and took me in at 9:45 am despite opening at 10 am. They kept time for me but still made sure I had an amazing set of extensions to show up in Hawaii with. I've never had lash extensions before but they make it so approachable and lovable. My lashes stayed on despite the Hawaii beaches, hikes, and insane wind. I also went to EDC a week later and my lashes still stayed on despite a wind storm. 3 weeks later, I had 25% and 15% left which is pretty freaking good considering everything I put them through. This place is quality AND they care that you are a student because they provide discounts. I will only get my lashes done here in Vegas! read more

I love it here. I got the Mixed, Cateye, D Curl. This was my first time getting lash extensions so I was very nervous. I have bad allergies and very sensitive skin. With that being said. I didn't have a reaction to the products they use. My eyes were red afterwards but that was expected. Keila was very patient and gentle. The atmosphere was professional and relaxing. The reclining chairs were very comfortable. The music fit the vibe and was at a great volume. Also, they gave me a free Lash Bath Kit since it was my first time and got a student discount. read more

I think Keila did mine, she was amazing. Took the time to describe and show me different types of lashes we could do, I forget what we ended up doing except I wanted "volume and wispy" and longer in the middle. They came out great and look super natural without too over the top. I also want to call out that i got VERY antsy and moved around a LOT and she was so nice and accommodating about it. Nothing on the service- I just had a hard time laying still for so long. Definitely come check this place out! And they offer a student discount too so for $100 lashes and $25 removal of old lashes it was 100% worth it! Oh and they gave me an after care kit, with wash, brush, wands and a cute little bath bomb. Thank you again ladies! read more

They were able to schedule me right away. The salon was peaceful & comfortable. The lash stylist Wendy (I think) did a fabulous job.

Extremely professional and best quality of work for lashes I've had. They lasted over 3 weeks and could probably still go for at least 2 more. I was in shock when I first got them done and the team here was very supportive and made me feel comfortable and sure enough they were right!! Absolutely fell in love with them!!! Tbh I didn't expect to leave a bad review for this establishment. However, after 3 months of coming consistently, and having lost the majority of my lashes as a result of poorly trained and inexperienced lash technicians, I have to. The lash technician I have been going to is completely inept at lash isolation and fan construction. Regularly, she has placed fans on 3 lashes together, resulting pulling and tugging... and eventually the lashes ripping out. I huge clumps of glue used for each fan, and honestly, for $100(inclusive of tip) for a disappointing fill , just isn't worth it. I would highly recommend helloXmary Lash Boutique instead. They are absolute perfectionists and have been helping me resuscitate my damaged lashes from grey artistry UPDATE: The arrogant manager and owner attempted to get me to take down my review and told me it was "unfair" for me not to give them a chance to correct it. However, seeing as I've already lost most of my lashes as a result of their inexperienced lash techs (I know, because the technician I had told me herself that she'd only been lash-ing for 2 years), I cannot and will not take the risk of returning to this establishment. I told the management that I am under no obligation to continue my patronage of her business because I am unsatisfied with the service I received. I also stated that it was perfectly fair for me to review my experience at their business (the entire purpose of yelp). I am also not surprised that the owner claims not to know who I am, a further indication of their lack of customer service and crappy business practices, as I had been a customer for 3 months, religiously. read more
