Amazing results! I've tried laser hair removal and waxing. Laser didn't work, and waxing was very harsh. Sugar exfoliates, leaving your skin better than you've ever felt it before, but doesn't rip or tug at the skin. Nicole and her crew are consummate professionals. They work fast and efficiently, plus they have a wonderful "bedside manner." I'm never ill at ease with them. In fact, it's very relaxing; I feel like I'm getting a mini massage each visit. I'd give less than one star if I could... I was sugared by Nicole (the owner apparently) and I have to say, it was the fastest, most insensitive sugaring i've ever had done. Trusting someone with an area that is so sensitive is something I do not take lightly. When I came home and realized I had an inch and a half wide gash between my labia majora and minora. I immediately texted Nicole cancelling my next appointment and explaining the cut she gave me. Only to be told "that's odd"... No apology or anything. I wish Amber still worked here, she was so gentle and took her time, she actually knew what she was doing. It's safe to say I will never be coming back here. I decided to get a Brazilian and underarm wax for the very first time. I chose Be Sugared because of their deal I saw on groupon and this seemed like an interesting way to be waxed. I scheduled my appointment with Nicole. I already came in there with my mind thinking that it was gonna hurt, cuz all my friends said waxing hurts...guess what... it kinda hurts, lol. But the results I saw where way better than shaving!! The pain for 5 minutes was worth it and I've been sugaring since...on to my 4th sugar wax now. I like Nicole's skills. She does it fast, and your in and out in 5 minutes. I like that she puts a warm towel on you after the waxing is done, and then proceeds to tweeze out any missing hairs. After that, she puts on coconut oil and that feels nice too. She walked me through the steps and explained everying to me. She had to tell me to breathe, since I was so tense my first time around Like I said, I'm on my 4th waxing now and I really like it. I don't think I will ever try regular waxing. I did notice my hair growth to be thinner, which is a plus. The waxing usually lasts me about 1 week where it's all nice and clean...after that...hairs start sprouting back. I go every 4-5 weeks to maintain it. If this is your first time ever...don't be scared. It's so much better than shaving. There will be some pain, but it's worth it to me. I went to the location on West Warm Springs. Autumn was absolutely amazing. She kept me focused on interesting conversation so I wasn't focusing on what she was doing (like a good waxer does). She was very informative -- before, during and after; was extremely knowledgable about the process and made me feel very comfortable. She gave me some tips on moisturizing without trying to sell me anything and even followed up with me a few days later to make sure my skin reacted well to the sugar. This process hurts a little but if you're used to waxing, the pain is minimal. It's as quick as waxing but feels wayyyy better in the hours and days to follow. None of that weird sticky, awkwardness down there if you can't shower right away. I highly recommend this place. Check Groupon first tho, you may find a deal! read more

I went for my first time yesterday to get a Brazilian done because they were one of the only places I saw on Groupon open on Sundays (at their Warm Springs location). The sugaring itself is a lot less painful than waxing, which is awesome, and I love that it's all-natural. Even after 24 hours, I have minimal irritation. Autumn was very knowledgable and kept up a nice conversation which is great in such an awkward situation. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience! I will definitely be back. Autumn is really professional and simply amazing at what she does. I highly recommend her and sugaring in general. I've been to the Warm Springs location three times, after having bought the Groupon deal. I got my Brazilian and underarms done each time, in addition to getting my calves done once. I've never had kind of waxing done before, but I wanted to try sugaring because of the fact that it is natural and has such a long history. Though the first time was painful, it got better after each time. I would actually say underarms and legs aren't painful at all, just mildly uncomfortable. The Brazilian was very uncomfortable for me at first, but, like I said, it gets better and better. The third time I got it done, it was pretty quick and pain-free. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I had been wanting to get waxed for a while so I began to grow my hair. I went on groupon and found one for this place. I have never tried sugaring before but I thought I would give it a try. It was $35 for a Brazilian and underarm hair removal. I called Nicole and scheduled an appointment. I arrived and her salon is located inside mini mall type deal with other independent stores inside. I found her place and it is very small inside. We went inside and she told me to undress while she was still inside with me. AWKWARD!!! Most high class establishments step outside and then come back in after you are done. I know we are going to be undress anyway but its way more appropriate that way. She turned on some music and rushed me on the table. I felt like cattle. She began the sugaring process on my arms first. It was so extremely uncomfortable. Not just the pain of her ripping out my hair, but the fact that she just jumped right into it knowing that it was my first time. It would have been nice if established some sort of rapport first. That's how you get customers to come back. She then started on my stomach area and that was not so bad. She started on the bikini area and she was merciless. I must state that I have been waxed before so I know that pain is brutal. But this just seemed abnormal. I looked down and noticed that I was bleeding in various spots. When I pointed it out to her she told me "yea, but not that much". REALLY??? I don't think that is normal, especially not her response. I decided that since I had already paid for the Groupon, I would get the bikini line done. I DID NOT GET THE FULL BRAZILIAN THAT I PAID FOR. She was totally happy with that. I felt really rushed I I think she just looked at it as less work for her. She was totally unconcerned with my satisfaction. TOTALLY!!!!!!!!!! I got up off of the bare table and put my clothes on. My skin was not as smooth and as clean as I thought it would be. I felt like someone should have been leaving some money on the night stand. Like it was a wham bam thank you ma'am Not only will I not be going to Nicole AGAIN, but she completely ruined my experience for sugaring in the state of Nevada. She even had the nerve to ask me was my cycle coming on. No Nicole, It's YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS THAT MADE ME CRINGE MORE THAN THE SUGARING DID. I would suggest that any potential customer save their money money. Booking an appointment is necessary as they are very popular. Nicole did my first and explained everything to me. Both sugar specialists I've had thus far have been very efficient and always throwing in some aftercare tips and instruction. Makes for a relaxed appointment knowing that they care about their clients. It took about 25 minutes for the entire process. The less you have done the quicker the treatment. Now that I am a seasoned sugar client I feel the time is shorter. I will continue to refer my friends and co workers here and will be coming back. read more

I went here after finding a great deal on groupon. They had good reviews so I thought I would check it out. It is located in this bigger salon area with each vendor having their own "room" inside. The room was neat and clean. I forgot the girl's name who waxed me, but she was really pleasant and smiling! Upon arrival I showed her my groupon and she informed me to take my bottoms off and get on the table for my Brazilian wax! A little odd, there is no privacy to strip on down!! But then again, she is all up in there anyway, so does it really matter? I guess I would have like some privacy when striping down! Anyway, she was awesome at sugar waxing. Got all the hair removed and it was minimally painful. She had a great attitude and explained what she was about to do before she did it. Helpful for me as this was my first brazilian! I also got an underarm wax. Not as happy with this as she did not get all the hair. She said it was because they were "baby hairs" and not long enough. I would have assumed she could have threaded the short hairs. Most waxing places I've tried will thread the short hairs. The only odd thing is half way through my wax her boss knocked on the door. Mind you, this is a vendor with a small one shop within a larger building with many vendors....like Be Sugared is like a doctor's office--one room. So when she knocked, I was little taken aback that she went to open the door while i'm laying spread eagle on the table!!! I would have assumed she could have put a towel over me.... Anyway, that aside, they did a great job on everything! I give them 3 stars b.c. their prices are quite expensive and she really pushed for me to come back in 3 weeks. Sydni makes the process as painless as possible and is very encouraging when she knows you're in pain.
