Next thing I know I have $148.50 coming out of my account on a regular basis and I NEVER signed up for this!! All because the front reception area personnel was having an internal "contest" to sign up clients around the holidays. Misuse and unauthorized use of customer's credit cards without their consent or a SIGNED contract for services is a NO-NO! So she was nice & did my eyebrows fairly quick cool, she didn't bring me the mirror when I was finished, it was whatever. When I left & checked the mirror in the car. You can def see there's redlines to where she plucked the hair forcefully in a manner where I started to bleed multiple spots underneath my eyebrow. Yes, I know threading is another way of pulling hair, don't get me wrong. But never in my life i've ever seen these marks with my eyebrows! AND she didn't clean up the whole area, there was still sparseness i went home to pluck myself. Like I said I never had an issue with them, but I will not be coming back.
