I became excited and planned around those treatments -- only to be told later that I actually had NONE because their system "glitched." They took no responsibility, offered no compensation, and even acted like this was somehow my fault. The emotional whiplash of being told you have treatments you paid for, then having them suddenly disappear, was completely dismissed. I emailed corporate multiple times and received no real help or accountability. They also overcharge, charging the same price for face-only Clear + Brilliant as other med spas that include neck and chest. Unprofessional, careless, and untrustworthy. Once they have your money, you're on your own. Avoid.

Now, the woman who did my brows- I wanna say she's new- I've never seen her but for this post I'll reference her as D. So she was nice & did my eyebrows fairly quick cool, she didn't bring me the mirror when I was finished, it was whatever. When I left & checked the mirror in the car. You can def see there's redlines to where she plucked the hair forcefully in a manner where I started to bleed multiple spots underneath my eyebrow. Yes, I know threading is another way of pulling hair, don't get me wrong. But never in my life i've ever seen these marks with my eyebrows! AND she didn't clean up the whole area, there was still sparseness i went home to pluck myself. Like I said I never had an issue with them, but I will not be coming back.

When you need cosmetic work done & you want to be Satisfied - stop by Vivida for some great free snacks & while you're enjoying the snacks, take a load off & sit while you review Other options on Yelp & Google of where to go instead of Vivida for your dermatology needs. From their $50 "consultation fee", which was supposed to be applied to a Service, however it was Not applied to my $800 service/bill. The $800 initial Botox treatment was not only over priced, it was insufficient & i had to return for Another $700 treatment within 2 weeks (i dont know Anyone who has spent $1,500 recently on just Botox) Both visits resulted in a botched injection, causing a dime sized discolored bump that took weeks to subside. Even after botching the initial treatment, there wasn't as much as an apology, let alone discount, when being told i needed the 2nd treatment (which Also resulted in a 2nd discolored, smaller bump) Vivida scheduled another follow-up for me & since i did not want to be charged for any more services & i didnt want to potentially have a 3rd "issue"/bump, i decided not to make it to the follow-up when a work matter came up. Vivida has continued to hound me for a $25 "missed appt" fee, even after messaging them all of this information. I have now Paid their "fee" and will never return again (not even for the snacks)

I called the dermatologist office last Thursday and spoke to Prescott in their pharmacy department. I asked if he could send a prior authorization. The next day I called back to see if it had gone through and was advised that he thought the pharmacy would send the dermatologist office the prior authorization paperwork to fill out. I advised them no, that this office would need to fill it out. Prescott said he would call me back once the authorization was approved. I got a call back yesterday from Prescott asking if my address had changed to which I said no, it's the address for the insurance. He said he would put in the authorization yesterday and call me back. I called the office again today at 1:32 pm and left a message asking about this prior authorization paperwork. Again, the doctors and PAs are amazing, but there really is a disconnect in the back office.
