I wanted to know more about the Image Products and both her, the receptionist, and another woman at the front helped me out. The receptionist started talking about her own personal experience with acne and she was super kind and relatable. The environment was very welcoming. I wish I remembered more names, because those three ladies were great. A woman named Peyton has been my favorite for the facials so far, and I do really like the manager, Candace. So far, I have only had small administrative and scheduling issues. Two of the scheduling conflicts occurred on holiday's, so I am not too upset about those instances. It took me a while to get a receipt, but really what I was trying to access was a summary of the acne protocol package and a copy of my contract. I did end up getting a summary of the acne package. I am sure I can get a copy of my contract next time I ask, I just stopped requesting. Regardless, I left the cons for the end because I would still fully recommend Spoiled, and will followup if anything changes.

When I arrived and checked in, the staff flat-out refused to honor the price, claiming the ad was "incorrect." Yet, the exact same misleading promotion was still active and publicly displayed on their website while I was standing right there in their lobby. Instead of honoring what they advertised or taking responsibility for their own website, they tried to upsell a much higher minimum requirement. This is classic bait-and-switch tactics. Be very careful before trusting their online promotions!

Over the years, I gained weight and now weigh around 115 pounds. I've always been petite with a natural C cup, but after having three beautiful children, my breasts were no longer the shape I wanted. Looking back, I wish I had listened to my first plastic surgeon when he recommended getting a breast lift along with my augmentation. Instead, I only chose implants to restore the volume I had lost. The results were great for the first 10-14 years, but as I gained weight, gravity and the additional breast tissue caused my breasts to become much larger and droopier. I eventually started to hate how oversized and saggy they looked. For the last 2-3 years, I had been wanting a breast lift with new implants. I researched countless plastic surgeons in Las Vegas because I'm extremely picky. At one point, I even put down a $2,000 deposit with another surgeon, but I got nervous, canceled the surgery, and waited almost two more years. Then my girlfriend recommended Dr. Richard. After reading his excellent reviews, I scheduled a consultation about two months ago. From the moment I met him, everything just felt right. His staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. You can def see there's redlines to where she plucked the hair forcefully in a manner where I started to bleed multiple spots underneath my eyebrow. Yes, I know threading is another way of pulling hair, don't get me wrong. But never in my life i've ever seen these marks with my eyebrows! AND she didn't clean up the whole area, there was still sparseness i went home to pluck myself. Like I said I never had an issue with them, but I will not be coming back.

I got Morpheus 8 RF Microneedling @Sikara Medspa and I was so impressed that I convinced my sister to do it as well! I had thoroughly researched this procedure so I was well informed of what to expect but the experience was even more intense and even somewhat exhilarating. Even though the procedure is claimed to be painful, I was so fortunate that this MedSpa had PRO NOX as that was a total game changer! No pain and the procedure was well tolerated. I didn't even want it to end. My Aesthetician was "NAOMI" and she was incredible! She was very well skilled and did an excellent job especially because I like my Aesthetician to be VERY THOROUGH and cover every inch of my face. This procedure costs a pretty penny and it is imperative that I feel the procedure was worth it in order for me to want to do it again. I want to know that I capitalized on every advantage of this micro tip and it's important that every single inch of my skin is covered as I value a very meticulous Aesthetician who respects the purpose of why I am there. They use brand new, sealed in a package ~ micro tips ~ which is absolutely necessary as the transmission of disease and lack of sterility would be likely if they did not use brand new tips for every client. I chose to pay extra for two different size tips in order to do different parts of my face as I felt that was worth the extra cost because the larger tip cannot be as exact as the smaller, more precise tip in areas of my face that can be more of a challenge to get in between. It has only been 24 hours since my procedure so I have not seen the end result yet but assuming the long term effects are VERY impressive......this is something I can see being included in my life assuming I get good value from it. The owner and the nurse who worked there were also very congenial and warm and friendly. I was impressed that they even called me the next day. That is definitely not typical even in regards to plastic surgery, to get a phone call the next day is more personal and thoughtful and certainly makes for a more authentic experience. Client satisfaction is the foundation of any long term business so it was reassuring that they took the time to reach out to me as I did have some questions when they called. I am anxiously awaiting the final result but I was absolutely impressed with Naomi the Aesthetician and the Sikara Medspa and it was well wRoth the 30 minute commute as I live in Green Valley and I took a chance going all the way out to this Medspa in Summerlin BUT it was definitely worth it so far! read more

I spent hundreds of dollars on recommended products, chemical peels, and other treatments without achieving lasting improvement. Each time my skin continued to struggle, the response seemed to be another adjustment to the treatment plan. What particularly frustrated me was being offered microneedling after I had previously booked that same treatment and been told I could not receive it because I still had inflamed acne. That conflicting guidance left me with very little confidence in the recommendations I was receiving. My before-and-after photos are two months apart. The more inflamed photo was taken while I was following their recommended regimen and receiving treatments. My skin has since looked calmer after stopping the products they directed me to use. I cannot say exactly what caused the difference, but this was my experience. I understand that acne treatment takes time and results vary. However, after nearly two years, I expected clearer explanations, consistent guidance, and a meaningful reassessment of a plan that was not giving me the results I sought. Instead, I reached my breaking point feeling frustrated, financially drained, and disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this med spa for acne treatment. I was told a manager would reach out, but they never did. All the girls at the counter are so sweet so it really sucks that I couldn't remain a client. $165 a month for almost 2 years in addition to treatments and products and I have nothing to show for it.
