For that kind of service, I expected a licensed esthetician or medical professional who could walk me through the process what device, what settings, what results to expect, and why. None of that happened. Instead the focus was entirely on selling a package (no single sessions available) starting around $1,800 for skin lightening alone. When I mentioned the price was significant, I was immediately asked if I had Care Credit not given any context about the treatment or its value. When I said I needed to think about it, the consultant did not open the door for me, and no one acknowledged me as I left. For services involving sensitive areas and significant cost, you deserve transparency about who is treating you, what they're doing, and why. I didn't get any of that here.

You can def see there's redlines to where she plucked the hair forcefully in a manner where I started to bleed multiple spots underneath my eyebrow. Yes, I know threading is another way of pulling hair, don't get me wrong. But never in my life i've ever seen these marks with my eyebrows! AND she didn't clean up the whole area, there was still sparseness i went home to pluck myself. Like I said I never had an issue with them, but I will not be coming back.

I did not even get a phone call from an area manager like I was told I would get... but when I was getting my package of 100 units for $1,000 dollars... it was a call immediately... I'm sickened by how much I paid for absolutely nothing. Do NOT get Botox from this company.

I have been going to Julia now for at least 5 yrs Plus. She has done wonders for my skin and skin Care regimen. I have learned so much from her and even use the same product line that she carries. Im always getting compliments on my skin and great it looks. I started out doing microdermabrasions then i moved on to VI peels , now I just do photo facials once or twice every month with a microdermabrasion and I do 1 or 2 vampires a year plus some hair lazor treatments when needed. Shes has always been very helpful in many other ways even referreing me to other great people in getting microblading/waxing ect. She is not only great at what she does. She is a very kind, funny, caring, person who takes pride and joy in her work and it truly shows. SkinRN is the absolute best. Julia is the only one I trust with my skin. She loves what she does and it shows in her work. She is extremely knowledgeable and is always continuing her education. I have the utmost confidence in her and I'm always willing to try new treatments because of her education and passion for skin! Some of the treatments we've done are Prp, Micropen, Microdermabrasion and a little Botox. She was gentle and sensitive to how I felt throughout each appointment and I had very very little to no downtime! Julia is absolutely amazing! I have really dark, course hair and I would get razor burn no matter what shaving cream or razor I used. I have had 5 laser hair removal treatments on my under arms, bikini zone, and legs. I no longer have to shave my legs and under arms and I only have a few stubborn hairs left in my bikini area that I have to shave about once to twice a month and no more razor burn. I spend all summer in a bikini and Julia has been a life saver. Her laser even has a cooling option to make the whole process more comfortable. I was a loyal client at this establishment for three years, regularly receiving facials, laser hair…read moreremoval, and CoolSculpting treatments. However, I will never return after experiencing a deeply unprofessional and upsetting situation. During a facial, done by Whitney, I suffered second-degree chemical burns on my face--injuries that were later documented by my dermatologist. I had informed the esthetician, who had worked with me for years, about the skincare products I was using under medical supervision. Despite this, she mixed two incompatible masks during the treatment, resulting in a severe reaction. She mixed a pumpkin enzyme mask as well as a deep pore, purifying mask, creating her own mask combination, knowing that I had sensitive skin. Rather than taking accountability, the salon manager, Candice, responded with hostility and blame. She dismissed my concerns, accused me of being at fault, and made completely inappropriate remarks, despite initially offering a refund and corrective treatments. After I provided medical documentation, she abruptly changed her tone, accused me of attempting to sue, and told me I was no longer welcome as a client. Mind you, I was trying to resolve the situation, amicably without lawyers involved. Talk about escalating a situation, and completely losing a loyal client that has spent thousands of dollars per year. I've purchased 42 facials. At least 30 laser hair removal treatments and 3 cool sculpting treatments. You do the math! I've spent a lot here. This happened just a week after I had paid $1,100 to join their CoolSculpting program. At that point, Candace realized she couldn't legally cancel my membership without a refund. I was allowed to complete my prepaid sessions--but was met with cold, unprofessional behavior throughout. Being forced to return for treatments I had already paid for--despite the trauma, the injury, and the disrespect--was deeply upsetting. I was not offered a refund for the CoolSculpting services and felt further mistreated every time I walked through the door. In total, I was given a refund of about $120 which nowhere near covered the trauma, and the additional products that I have to purchase to heal my burns and start to fade the dark spots and scars that the burns left. This experience was not only unprofessional--it was harmful. I have since taken my business elsewhere. See attached photographs of my chemical burns.
