Jackie should know that anytime you cancel an appointment without notice, there is a fee as that time for service was set aside for her and she chose to cancel resulting in a loss of time and money to book in a new client at that timeframe. She should also know that just because she didn't get what she wanted, she isn't due a refund because she "chose" to not return. Stephanie is a small business owner who works hard to stay current with trends and to stay educated in her field. She runs a clean facility, and always brings warmth to each session with her cheery energy.
