I can not say how disappointed I am with this company and the results I got from my "Botox." First of all IT DID NOT WORK AT ALL. Second It took them a month for me to just get a nurse to discuss possible reasons why it did not take which all of them did not make any sense since I have been getting Botox every 4/6 months for three years and have never had a problem where it did not take at all... I did not even get a phone call from an area manager like I was told I would get... but when I was getting my package of 100 units for $1,000 dollars... it was a call immediately... LaserAway misrepresented my Clear + Brilliant balance, insisted I had many treatments on my account (even when I told them I didn't think that was correct), and pushed me to use them. I became excited and planned around those treatments -- only to be told later that I actually had NONE because their system "glitched." They took no responsibility, offered no compensation, and even acted like this was somehow my fault. The emotional whiplash of being told you have treatments you paid for, then having them suddenly disappear, was completely dismissed. I emailed corporate multiple times and received no real help or accountability. They also overcharge, charging the same price for face-only Clear + Brilliant as other med spas that include neck and chest. Unprofessional, careless, and untrustworthy. I had a Thermage laser treatment at LaserAway on October 29, 2024, and it was an absolute mistake. Prior to my appointment, I had lunch with a friend who had the same procedure done in Vietnam with amazing results. Since I was due for a laser treatment, I thought I would give it a try. There are few places in Vegas that offer Thermage, so despite LaserAway's less-than-stellar reviews, I decided to inquire. Aggressive Sales Tactics & Rushed Consultation The moment I reached out, I was bombarded with high-pressure sales texts and phone calls. It was excessive and off-putting, but since I had already decided on the treatment, I moved forward. The consultation was virtual, extremely rushed, and felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine medical assessment. They were more concerned with selling me the procedure than ensuring I was a good candidate. Red Flags at the Clinic When I arrived for my appointment, I immediately had a bad feeling. The clinic felt cheap--cut corners everywhere. The furniture looked low-quality, the bathroom was unkempt, and overall, the space did not inspire confidence. The technician was sweet but clearly inexperienced and lacked confidence. Her movements were awkward, and at one point during the procedure, she asked if I had a scar under my jaw. I said no, and she replied, "That's strange." At that point, I was just hoping for the best. Botched Procedure & Lasting Damage After the treatment, I went home to discover a burn on my forehead and under my jawline. LaserAway followed up by prescribing me creams, which I used religiously because all I wanted was to heal. However, as time passed, the burns were not healing properly. I finally saw my own dermatologist, who confirmed that the burn under my jawline had turned into a keloid scar. I am now treating it with Celacyn in hopes of improving the damage they caused. Zero Accountability & No Refund I requested a full refund, and they wasted my time by making me come back to the clinic just so they could take photos of my scars. After that, I spoke with a representative who told me they would not issue a refund. Final Warning: Do Not Go Here Please, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This place hires inexperienced people who don't understand how skin works and cut corners to save costs. They are unethical and dangerous. I set up a phone consultation and a lady named Linda called me this morning. It was one of the more awkward phone calls I've had, where it was pretty evident that she was ticked off after I informed her I was shopping around and getting to know places with the best pricing and technology. Her tone immediately changed once I told her that and she became quite snappy and dismissive, it completely took me by surprise because it's pretty common for people to want to know their options before spending thousands of dollars on a permanent treatment.. anyway this definitely turned me off from Laser Away and I hope their customer service is better in other areas :) read more

Please know that LaserAway offers a discount when you submit a 5 star review. This particular office is terrible. They are 100% extremely pushy. They do not respond to refund requests, I had to submit a Better Business Complaint to even get a response, and I am still fighting for a refund 2 years later after deciding I did not want to go there anymore. The tools they use sometimes work and sometimes don't, the treatments are not equal, and certain nurses were not educated on the machine and it showed in the outcome of the treatment. The PCC ( Rebekkah ) helped me over the phone and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She provided a breakdown of the pricing with discounts and per unit for the Botox, as well as, pricing for the facial treatments. After our conversation and pricing breakdown, I was happy to proceed with a quick consultation and made my purchase. The process involves paperwork and they offer financing if you need it for their services. Since it is medical treatment for the Botox injections, I strongly recommend talking with a doctor, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or dermatologist before considering cosmetic treatments or surgery! When I arrived, I was greeted by Rebekkah and the other PCC ( Venessa ). Both of the ladies were friendly and helped me complete my consultation and answer or ask any questions. The nurse practitioner ( Marie ) helped me by answering questions and provided a stress ball ( this is just personal preference: I usually request one whenever I do any kind of waxing, threading, facial injection, or acupuncture since I have anxiety) She had me do the common facial expressions and marked my face. Then she prepped the Botox and went over the after care with me. She was very professional and kind! Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this place. The office is clean, the staff is amazing. I'm half way through my laser hair removal and the results are INCREDIBLE. I have super coarse, curly dark hair and would literally have to shave twice a day for smooth results. I can literally go two weeks without shaving and when the hair does come back it's super fine and soft. Also had hyperpigmentation on my pits and that's just GONE. I had my laser done by Shinobu. She's incredible. So professional and sweet, always making sure my pain level is okay. Honestly just feels like a rubber band hitting my skin, but she's always so patient. I also get my clear + brilliant from Nicole. This is my second session completed. Literally... this is the first time in YEARS I'm able to step outside without make up. This cleared all my hyperpigmentation. My skin looks so smooth and even. Nicole is so sweet, and super thorough. She always makes sure I'm comfortable and taken care of. Updated 11/2022 After visit #6 I would say things went down hill. I got Covid so had to cancel an appointment. Then that appointment was canceled by the shop. When I finally arrived for the appointment it was months later and my results stopped working since then. Also, my arrival time was 1230 and I wasn't seen until 2pm. I was offered a facial as a gesture of apology and that facial had been rescheduled 2x. Bit off more than they could chew. Over booking and have more clients than can handle. They are building another location but scheduling is still everywhere, even after they remodeled the rooms to be smaller in order to take on more. The nurses are overworked and it shows. Their customer care has gone down. Too many texts and pushy or snobby front desk girls. Then men are always great but some of the girls are too extra. I wish there was a clause in the agreement that if they can't/reschedule so many time, I can get a refund The laser Broke last week and now my appointment are 8-12 weeks out. Meaning I'm going to have a minimum of 16 weeks between appointments. read more

I hate writing negative reviews, actually I don't do them at all but....i feel a little robbed. I bought a package of 10 laser tattoo removal treatments back in 2019, I know it was a long time ago, but it's painful and I'm a huge baby so I haven't been going as often as I should have. Anyways I'm down to my last 1 or 2 sessions but they couldn't honor me those because their "pricing is different now". I get that it's an expensive treatment but I paid for 10 in 2019 and no one mentioned anything to me about a balance the last 8 sessions soooo I don't know why I'm being asked for it now. Plus I paid for a package deal meaning no extra fees. But I guess not at Laser Away. The current staff was nice and tried to work with me on it and it's not their fault because it was a long time ago, but they wanted receipt/proof of my 10 session purchase and I never thought I needed to keep a 5 year old receipt with me because they were keeping track of all my sessions...so far. Terrible experience. Not only did I drop $4000 on a package deal. They sent me home with no aftercare instructions. I haven't heard from them since but I have received a load of emails to try and sell me new packages to buy. To this company you were just a walking wallet. Another successful appointment, finished my lower body/Brazilian treatment today and I am happy with my results. I'm at the point where I don't have to shave anymore. I have quite a bit of needle phobia, despite having many tattoos, and she made it virtually painless and was incredibly knowledgeable about placement and proper technique. I will definitely be back! I started off just doing a touch up on the little facial hairs I had, I've since added my underarms and arms....
