Wanted to update my review since I was reviewing prior based on scoping services & now I can review after recently receiving services. I worked with Rubie and she got my face right! She takes her time with you and educates you throughout the process, which I appreciate. I appreciate when a practitioner is thorough and takes their time with you so it's been great working with her. read more

I can not say how disappointed I am with this company and the results I got from my "Botox." First of all IT DID NOT WORK AT ALL. Second It took them a month for me to just get a nurse to discuss possible reasons why it did not take which all of them did not make any sense since I have been getting Botox every 4/6 months for three years and have never had a problem where it did not take at all... I did not even get a phone call from an area manager like I was told I would get... but when I was getting my package of 100 units for $1,000 dollars... it was a call immediately... I'm sickened by how much I paid for absolutely nothing. Do NOT get Botox from this company. read more

LaserAway misrepresented my Clear + Brilliant balance, insisted I had many treatments on my account (even when I told them I didn't think that was correct), and pushed me to use them. I became excited and planned around those treatments -- only to be told later that I actually had NONE because their system "glitched." They took no responsibility, offered no compensation, and even acted like this was somehow my fault. The emotional whiplash of being told you have treatments you paid for, then having them suddenly disappear, was completely dismissed. I emailed corporate multiple times and received no real help or accountability. They also overcharge, charging the same price for face-only Clear + Brilliant as other med spas that include neck and chest. Unprofessional, careless, and untrustworthy. Once they have your money, you're on your own. Avoid. read more

I had a Thermage laser treatment at LaserAway on October 29, 2024, and it was an absolute mistake. Prior to my appointment, I had lunch with a friend who had the same procedure done in Vietnam with amazing results. Since I was due for a laser treatment, I thought I would give it a try. There are few places in Vegas that offer Thermage, so despite LaserAway's less-than-stellar reviews, I decided to inquire. Aggressive Sales Tactics & Rushed Consultation The moment I reached out, I was bombarded with high-pressure sales texts and phone calls. It was excessive and off-putting, but since I had already decided on the treatment, I moved forward. The consultation was virtual, extremely rushed, and felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine medical assessment. They were more concerned with selling me the procedure than ensuring I was a good candidate. Red Flags at the Clinic When I arrived for my appointment, I immediately had a bad feeling. The clinic felt cheap--cut corners everywhere. The furniture looked low-quality, the bathroom was unkempt, and overall, the space did not inspire confidence. The technician was sweet but clearly inexperienced and lacked confidence. Her movements were awkward, and at one point during the procedure, she asked if I had a scar under my jaw. I said no, and she replied, "That's strange." At that point, I was just hoping for the best. Botched Procedure & Lasting Damage After the treatment, I went home to discover a burn on my forehead and under my jawline. LaserAway followed up by prescribing me creams, which I used religiously because all I wanted was to heal. However, as time passed, the burns were not healing properly. I finally saw my own dermatologist, who confirmed that the burn under my jawline had turned into a keloid scar. I am now treating it with Celacyn in hopes of improving the damage they caused. Zero Accountability & No Refund I requested a full refund, and they wasted my time by making me come back to the clinic just so they could take photos of my scars. After that, I spoke with a representative who told me they would not issue a refund. Final Warning: Do Not Go Here Please, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This place hires inexperienced people who don't understand how skin works and cut corners to save costs. They are unethical and dangerous. There are so many reputable clinics out there--do not make the mistake I did. read more

Traveling but had to get a hydrafacial asap. The skin was feeling so congested. Jamie was my nurse today and she did a really good job. I loved how thorough she was. Too bad I don't live here or else I'd be requesting her regularly. Another satisfied laser away experience over all! read more

This was my second session at LaserAway for laser hair removal and once again I had such a great experience, Nurse Trisha was amazing! So professional, kind, and made the whole appointment feel comfortable and easy. All of the staff are so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely make you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. It was also more affordable than I expected, which was such a nice surprise, and I started seeing results right away. Highly recommend! read more

I haven't received any treatment from Laser Away, but wanted to learn more information via a consultation first as someone new to laser hair removal... I set up a phone consultation and a lady named Linda called me this morning. It was one of the more awkward phone calls I've had, where it was pretty evident that she was ticked off after I informed her I was shopping around and getting to know places with the best pricing and technology. Her tone immediately changed once I told her that and she became quite snappy and dismissive, it completely took me by surprise because it's pretty common for people to want to know their options before spending thousands of dollars on a permanent treatment.. anyway this definitely turned me off from Laser Away and I hope their customer service is better in other areas :) read more

Please know that LaserAway offers a discount when you submit a 5 star review. This particular office is terrible. They are 100% extremely pushy. They do not respond to refund requests, I had to submit a Better Business Complaint to even get a response, and I am still fighting for a refund 2 years later after deciding I did not want to go there anymore. The tools they use sometimes work and sometimes don't, the treatments are not equal, and certain nurses were not educated on the machine and it showed in the outcome of the treatment. It is not worth any money they are offering off. Please go to a legit med spa, not this factory line. 0/10. read more

* quality service for quality price * I called to inquire about Botox and special facial treatments after doing extensive research and talking with my dermatologist. The PCC ( Rebekkah ) helped me over the phone and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She provided a breakdown of the pricing with discounts and per unit for the Botox, as well as, pricing for the facial treatments. After our conversation and pricing breakdown, I was happy to proceed with a quick consultation and made my purchase. The process involves paperwork and they offer financing if you need it for their services. Since it is medical treatment for the Botox injections, I strongly recommend talking with a doctor, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or dermatologist before considering cosmetic treatments or surgery! When I arrived, I was greeted by Rebekkah and the other PCC ( Venessa ). Both of the ladies were friendly and helped me complete my consultation and answer or ask any questions. The nurse practitioner ( Marie ) helped me by answering questions and provided a stress ball ( this is just personal preference: I usually request one whenever I do any kind of waxing, threading, facial injection, or acupuncture since I have anxiety) She had me do the common facial expressions and marked my face. Then she prepped the Botox and went over the after care with me. She was very professional and kind! Overall, I would say this location is great for a first-timer and their pricing was fair for what I wanted. Let me know if you have any questions and I'd be happy to share more on my experience. Can't wait to come back!! read more

Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this place. The office is clean, the staff is amazing. I'm half way through my laser hair removal and the results are INCREDIBLE. I have super coarse, curly dark hair and would literally have to shave twice a day for smooth results. I can literally go two weeks without shaving and when the hair does come back it's super fine and soft. Also had hyperpigmentation on my pits and that's just GONE. I had my laser done by Shinobu. She's incredible. So professional and sweet, always making sure my pain level is okay. Honestly just feels like a rubber band hitting my skin, but she's always so patient. I also get my clear + brilliant from Nicole. This is my second session completed. Literally... this is the first time in YEARS I'm able to step outside without make up. This cleared all my hyperpigmentation. My skin looks so smooth and even. Nicole is so sweet, and super thorough. She always makes sure I'm comfortable and taken care of. Candace was my care coordinator and she's always so helpful with any scheduling. She's always so kind and welcoming, making sure I'm comfortable as well. I love her! The results are incredible at this place, but I really feel as if the staff brings it to the next level. read more

Updated 11/2022 After visit #6 I would say things went down hill. I got Covid so had to cancel an appointment. Then that appointment was canceled by the shop. When I finally arrived for the appointment it was months later and my results stopped working since then. Also, my arrival time was 1230 and I wasn't seen until 2pm. I was offered a facial as a gesture of apology and that facial had been rescheduled 2x. Bit off more than they could chew. Over booking and have more clients than can handle. They are building another location but scheduling is still everywhere, even after they remodeled the rooms to be smaller in order to take on more. The nurses are overworked and it shows. Their customer care has gone down. Too many texts and pushy or snobby front desk girls. Then men are always great but some of the girls are too extra. I wish there was a clause in the agreement that if they can't/reschedule so many time, I can get a refund The laser Broke last week and now my appointment are 8-12 weeks out. Meaning I'm going to have a minimum of 16 weeks between appointments. read more

Really appreciate this location! The front desk support was super helpful accommodating my appointment after running a few mins behind. They were able to push back my appointment without giving me any trouble. The nurse who did my laser removal was awesome! Every time I've gone, I have a different nurse and Michelle was my favorite thus far. Super kind, thorough and made me feel super comfortable. Getting a full Brazillian by a stranger can certainly be awkward and she made me feel at ease. Be back in 5 weeks for my next appointment :) read more

Love this place. In fact, I may Love it too much. ;) They do all types of services here from laser hair removal, cool sculpting, facials & you name it. I need to highlight the Lovely ladies today during my visit. Although, I have been at least 8 visits, they are always wonderful each and every time. Vanessa and Candace at front check in are Amazing. They consistently give stellar service, they welcome me with smiles & treat me like a friend when I visit.!!! (Tell the bosses- acknowledge them!!! ) They are Fabulous.!!! Now, about my favorite: Shinobu... I just adore her!! Today she gave me a delightful facial. She has done most of my past services for me, she is such a PRO. She explains all the processes, post care and is great to talk to. Thank you laserway team Town Square!!!! read more

I recently moved from San Diego to Las Vegas. While I had set up a clear and brilliant and IPL service plan, San Diego locations were never able to provide available appointments to sustain results. Upon moving to Las Vegas and scheduling appointments at this location, they were able to fit me in to appointments in order to receive the desired results. Shinobu is the best and I will request her every single time! Vanessa, Candace and Cole were great as well. I highly recommend this location over any others just based on their quality customer service. read more

I hate writing negative reviews, actually I don't do them at all but....i feel a little robbed. I bought a package of 10 laser tattoo removal treatments back in 2019, I know it was a long time ago, but it's painful and I'm a huge baby so I haven't been going as often as I should have. Anyways I'm down to my last 1 or 2 sessions but they couldn't honor me those because their "pricing is different now". I get that it's an expensive treatment but I paid for 10 in 2019 and no one mentioned anything to me about a balance the last 8 sessions soooo I don't know why I'm being asked for it now. Plus I paid for a package deal meaning no extra fees. But I guess not at Laser Away. The current staff was nice and tried to work with me on it and it's not their fault because it was a long time ago, but they wanted receipt/proof of my 10 session purchase and I never thought I needed to keep a 5 year old receipt with me because they were keeping track of all my sessions...so far. I dunno. I guess keep all your receipts? Just a little disappointed because I liked this place. read more

I just received the best thermage experience ever! The first time I did it was in such a low setting because I couldn't handle the heat but Nicole was wonderful and was able to help me get through my 2nd session on a higher setting and I am now looking forward to the results. Thank you Nicole! You're a gem. Shout outs to Angelique and Candace for providing such a welcoming atmosphere with their wonderful energy and vibes. Theyre all so lovely! Another successful appointment, finished my lower body/Brazilian treatment today and I am happy with my results. I'm at the point where I don't have to shave anymore. I'm pretty comfortable with my hair growth and I can go weeks to months without shaving. I only shave for a special event or something, but other than that, I don't have to worry about it anymore . Also shout out to my nurse practitioner Patricia she was very friendly and made the appointment super enjoyable. (Very thourough with her work ) Thank you! read more

Laser Away is the best, hands down. I recently had to switch locations due to scheduling constraints and the ladies here at the Town Square location have been phenomenal as it relates to getting me scheduled on a consistent basis to ensure my body stays smooth. Vanessa and Joy have been a delight to see and speak to on each visit. They're always smiling, friendly and knowledgeable. Which makes the process of purchasing additional maintenance a breeze. I am a big proponent for quality and results that show value and being a client of Laser Away I've consistently received both! I understand you can find cheaper alternatives for laser hair removal or may even still be waxing and shaving constantly, but you won't find an equivalent for the curated and posh experience of being a Laser Away client! Just call them already. read more

I went to the Town Square location for a bit of Xeomin in my forehead and crows feet. Lindsay (cutely nicknamed "Tibs") and she did an excellent job. I have quite a bit of needle phobia, despite having many tattoos, and she made it virtually painless and was incredibly knowledgeable about placement and proper technique. I will definitely be back! The front desk was manned by a beautiful gal named Gigi, I believe, and she was so funny and kept me company during my incredibly short wait! See you all again soon! read more

Had a consultation today, where I asked for pricing and general info. Asked if I paid in cash would there be a discount. She said it would be discounted, but it would have to be paid day of. Great, asked more questions and ended it telling her I would be interested in the up coming months. Silly me, for some reason I thought a consultation is a discussion to determine if I wanted to choose LaserAway for my treatments. So I dunno if I took up too much of her time or I offended her somehow, but she responded by asking me why I scheduled for a consultation if I wasn't ready to sign up like right there n then. And told me I wouldn't receive the discount if I didn't sign up today. Ok cool, bye. Thanks to your professionalism, I was able to search other laser hair removal spots for a lot cheaper! read more

Got a call for a consultation from Maggie ....very salesy doesn't feel authentic. They even had to talk down on other laser places to make theirs seem superior. I just wanted a price since they are down my street. After mentioning to them the price doesn't make sense to me for the treatments of what I did before they got defensive, said my way of thinking doesn't make sense. That ima pay for laser for 20+ years. I get it but she didn't have to keep pushing that and keep selling it. Everyone's financial priorities are different. If that high price she gave me doesn't make sense to me respect that.. don't keep talking down on my future decisions if I'm going to pay more or not. He package was 3 years worth of another laser place... I just simply didn't like the mood/tone change she had. When it's a consult. read more

I always look forward to my sessions, from the time I walk in, Venessa and Joy is always so friendly and outgoing and Marie the clinician is always well educated, gentle, patient and always willing to answer any questions I may have. I'm shook on how less often I need to shave my underarms, I used to shave 2 times a week now it's like once every 4-5 weeks, and my treatments aren't over yet, sometimes I forget and start to shave and realize nothings there......lol Definitely a good investment for me!!!! read more
