I met a nurse through Yelp who introduced me to NakedMD and I saw a new patient special on instagram so it was just great timing for me to get in today. On a Wednesday morning, I called NakedMD and a lady answered the phone to discuss what I'm looking for, any specials that apply for Nevada, and the costs. I got an appointment scheduled immediately which was great!! Around noon, I went to NakedMD which is located in a business complex and went upstairs to find the office. Immediately, the front desk helped me and I felt at ease because it was quiet and more private with less people in the waiting room. The entrance is serene. Rachel helped me check in, took me to my room, then Joyce NP verified my medical history briefly, and Rachel privately discussed my goals which lead to the treatment plan. Then Joyce NP brought in the goodies and assessed my face as well as the units the spread around. Both Rachel and Joyce were IMMENSELY helpful! I had a great overall experience. I found NakedMD after seeing their first-time patient special for masseter Botox and decided to give them a try. I deal with TMJ/lockjaw pretty frequently and usually get facial massages and buccal massages to help with the discomfort, so I was interested in trying Botox for my masseters. The Sunset location is on the second floor of a business building, and the first thing I noticed walking in was the aesthetic. Everything felt super clean and polished, but still cozy and welcoming. I checked in and was taken back to the treatment room pretty much right away. Someone came in shortly after to go over my medical history and make sure there wasn't anything that would interfere with treatment. She was really knowledgeable and even gave me recommendations on things I should avoid based on my history, which I appreciated. My injector, Joyce, came in shortly after and confirmed that I was there for my masseters. She took her time feeling and measuring the area before injecting, which made me feel like she was actually assessing my anatomy rather than just going through the motions. The injections themselves were super quick! Afterward, Joyce walked me through all of the aftercare and gave me an aftercare card to take home, which was a nice touch. Then, on your way out, they'll also try to sell you their skincare products--without first asking about your current skincare routine or what products you already use. No product "education"... just "here, you need this." Honestly, the entire experience felt less like getting a medical procedure and more like buying a used car. We have gotta give it to Naked MD's marketing team working overtime with the ad's and features, I came across them on social media several times, I had already been to something of this nature in the past and didn't have a great experience, I won't name them but most people have tried them, they have you buy everything in bundles instead of à la carte options I had purchased Botox and lip filler for $2100, the pricing is high but the worst part is trying to even get an appointment to use the services you purchased they never had availability so you would go months trying to get in or waiting for someone to cancel, and you can't go anywhere else because you already paid for everything, once I burned through it all I gave up, until I came across Naked MD. I had went ahead and read reviews and viewed pictures I was pretty impressed with them. I set up a consultation in July and expressed to them was I wanted to achieve, first was Botox in my forehead and elevens, next was lip filler and last was working on filler around my chin and face to create a more sculpted look, the girl had explained everything, the cost the process and the results that's would follow. I was very happy and booked my appointment for August 1st, 2026 for Botox, they had emailed me all my forms I needed to fill out before I arrived. I got to the office early and checked in with the girls in the front, they were so sweet and very inviting! I was then called to the back, they did a medical evaluation to clear me which the other place did not do, then another girl came in and started talking to me about the Botox. I was clear what work I wanted, she agreed and explained it all, she went ahead and took before pictures and I then waited for the injector. The injector came in showed me the Botox with the date and everything and got started the process was quick and painless, she then took after pictures, I did 50 units of Botox in my forehead, elevens, and around my eyes, she advised results take 2-4 weeks to fully settle. I then collected my belongings and headed to the front to pay. They offer a membership program that is $9.99 a month and with it, For the 50 units it was $450, it has now been exactly one month since then and my results look amazing I am very impressed. Fast forward to yesterday August 31st, 2026 I came in and got lip filler done. I did one syringe of Juviderm ultra for $379 with membership, I also purchased the lip balm they have to help with bruising and healing, and it smells so good! All the girl's who assisted me yesterday were amazing! And it was the same smooth process as the Botox. I have another appointment in November for my Nefertiti, and I am excited to see the results from that, this time I plan on staying consistent with my Botox and fillers, Naked MD makes that easy with great pricing and no packaging, I also love that your not pressured into purchasing anything you don't want or need, I feel like with Med Spa's they always do that and have a poor attitude when you don't take the bait, not here! I came to NakedMD exactly two weeks ago for Botox, and I really wanted to like this place. I have worked with different plastic surgeons and medical spas for most of my life, just not here in Las Vegas, so I was genuinely hoping to finally find a place locally that I could trust for my regular Botox treatments. I actually did not even want to leave a review, but after waiting the full two weeks to see my results, I am really disappointed. My brows still have full movement, and even my bunny lines are still completely visible. At this point, the results are nowhere near what I am used to seeing after Botox. The overall experience also felt a little off and somewhat confusing. First, a PA came in to medically clear me for treatment. Then another woman came in to discuss what treatments I wanted and recommend additional services. At the time, I did not even realize she was a consultant because there was no real introduction, so I initially thought she might be the injector. After that, I was left alone in the room for about 15 minutes. Then a completely different woman walked in to perform the injections. Again, there was really no introduction or explanation of who she was before starting the treatment. I eventually learned that she was the nurse injector and that she had only been with NakedMD for about a month. The lack of introductions and communication made the entire process feel awkward and disorganized. As a patient, you should know who is consulting with you, who is medically clearing you, and most importantly, who is actually injecting you. Unfortunately, between the experience itself and the Botox results after two full weeks, I'm feeling very disappointed. read more

This was a terrible experience from start to finish. First, the place is nearly impossible to find-no signage or clear directions. Annoying, but manageable. The real issue was the staff, specifically Taesia. She was shockingly unprofessional, rude, and visibly bothered by my questions. Her attitude was judgmental and dismissive, with poor people skills and zero warmth. When I expressed concerns or said I wanted to wait, she gave her colleague a look that made it very clear she was annoyed by me. It was uncomfortable and incredibly unwelcoming. She clearly doesn't care about the customer and acted like answering questions was a burden. This is not someone who should be working in any client-facing role. I also asked to see lip filler results. The before-and-after photos were unimpressive, and she gave incorrect information about pricing (telling me other filler types would cost $300 more, which I know isn't accurate). When I asked about other services, she couldn't explain anything. For a brand-new business, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. read more
