Got a call from Avya on Saturday, Jan 3rd saying she couldn't do two appointments at the same time but could do them consecutively - explained that wouldn't work as we had another appointment at another location after the LaVie appointment. Told her if there was only one slot, we would give it to my Bestie. She said she'd check and get back to me. No vmail and no text, we showed up at 10:30am Sunday morning to a locked Spa. The owner (a very nice gentleman) let us in and called Avya who said she cancelled the appointments and left me a message. Showed him my phone that there was no email and no text. HUGE disappointment and could not recommend based on this experience.
