I wanted Botox for the first time. She made me so comfortable about getting it down and expectations. Look forward to getting more treatments done with her. I got a signature facial today from Lex. It was so relaxing and my skin feels hydrated and looks glowing. Definitely the monthly maintence I will be back for. She was also great answering questions I had and recommendations for my skin.

I braced myself for that possibility. Lex completely changed that narrative. The space is beautiful; clean, minimal, calming. The tall windows and neutral textures make it feel airy and intentional rather than clinical. Once in the treatment room, the lighting and setup immediately put me at ease. Lex took time to thoughtfully assess my skin instead of jumping into a generic routine. She addressed my hormonal imbalance concerns in a practical, educational way and gave realistic tips on what to work on without upselling products. That alone earned my trust. Extractions were handled gently and strategically. To my surprise, I didn't leave with the usual angry red patches. My skin felt calm, hydrated, and balanced ~ and in the days after, I didn't experience the flare-ups I've dealt with in the past. What elevated the experience even more was the massage portion: head, neck, and shoulders. It wasn't rushed or performative; it genuinely felt therapeutic and grounding. This felt like an intentional reset, not just a luxury appointment. I'd confidently book with Lex again.

I have been a client of Skinfuzion for 16+ years and Yesssssss this review is long in coming!…read more First, I need to explain my skin damage (as a basis to weigh against Skinfuzion improvements). I was born in 1965 and so those of you in my generation know that we basked in the sun like raisins, never wore sunscreen, and SMOKED! I have soooo much sun damage, to include burning my face to almost 3rd degree level with blisters and hard-skin peeling! And I did this 3 times! I never wore sunscreen much less even moisturizer. When I entered my 40s, freckles and dark spots began to appear on my face and continued to worsen! NO ONE warned us anything back then about the sun!!! Around 2010, a co-worker referred me to Skinfuzion and I met the glorious Kim Hutchinson...Ahhhh....my Skin Whisperer!!! This lady/owner is lovely inside and out; her glowing beautiful skin is a testament to how good she is! Kim possesses an endless knowledge of skincare. She's impressive! And I know she stays updated with the latest skin technologies, because I ask her MANY questions during the treatments! Moreover, her salon is always stocked with the latest skincare products. Skinfuzion Treatments Reviews: IPL/Photofacial - 3 or 4 times per year.......2010 - 2015 * Holy smokes this laser works well! It breaks up, literally, the patches of brown spots around my t-zone and cheek areas. A couple of days after treatment, I would see brown "flakes" sloughing off of my face where the brown spots/patches were. It was a 5-year journey to finally get A Lot of the damage diminished if not removed altogether thanks to Kim. Well worth the journey and worth every penny! (I also stopped exposing my face to the sun, wore the requisite sunscreen, and STOPPED SMOKING!) IPL/Photofacial - 1 or 2 times per year.......2016 - Present * Maintenance to address sun damage flare-ups Microneedling - 2 or 3 times per year.......2013 - 2020 * This is a miracle worker! It helps with skin elasticity and a host of other benefits, but what I believe to be the most beneficial and noticeable outcomes is this: My skin takes on a better texture, it just feels softer, smoother, and tight, like I had a chemical peel. Furthermore, as weeks passed my skin continued to improve and I noticed glowing. Worth the journey! Worth every penny! Microneedling - 1 or 2 times per year.......2020 - 2026 * Maintenance! As with anything, get to your goal and always maintain, otherwise, you will have failed everything. Tixel - 2 or 3 times per year.......2026 - Present * This is a GAME CHANGER! It is Microneedling on acid lol! It does everything Microneedling does, but with more intensity resulting in more noticeable improvements. The game changer for me was that Tixel was able to flatten sebaceous glands on my face!!! Only my dermatologist can do this and she has to use a laser that literally burns them on my face, leaving my red almost raw skin to heal from the burning. Tixel does not do that at all!!! It just flattens them and I was thoroughly IMPRESSED AND SOLD! * I asked my dermatologist about Tixel and she relayed, in part, "...that [Tixel] laser beats microneedling and just about any peels you do..." My dermatologist asked me how much I was paying per treatment and when I told her $900, she exclaimed it was an excellent price! I had to tell Kim and I did, and now I have finally left her a long, overdue, perhaps over-lengthy 10-STAR REVIEW!!! But, she deserves it all!!! Thank you for reading and go to see Kim Hutchinson! She is a standout (and I was not paid for leaving this review)!!!

Cindy was incredible and you can tell she really cares! She thoroughly listened, asked questions and made recommendations based on my needs and situation. I've been to other spas that treat you like a number, make their money off of you and then send you out the door. This is the complete opposite, I ended up buying a micro needling package (I got a nice discount for buying 3) and even though I was super nervous (needling, woah) Cindy eased all of my worries, addressed all my concerns and even suggested at home prep before my appointment. I had my first session, it went way better than I anticipated!! Cindy was constantly checking on me to make sure I was comfortable, offered me breaks if I needed and made sure her room was a relaxing haven for my procedure. The next day, she even texted me (I'm pretty sure it was her day off too) to see how I was feeling, check how my face and neck were healing and to see if I had any questions. I mean who does that, she is incredible. I can't wait for my next session, thank you so much Cindy!

A nice shiny yellow lol What would have made the experience 5 star? Being greeted by reception, being offered water while I waited, the staff in uniform, having a mini assessment and conversation of what I was about to experience and a mini intro of other services offered, being seated in a private area instead of out in the open where I could hear the staff eating and chewing, and most importantly actual whitening results.

They were right!…read more First timer here- I usually don't pamper myself, but I felt like I needed a facial after all the mask wearing I've been doing. I google searched places, did some research, saw Kristins amazing reviews and I booked her. I opted for the Gentleman's Retreat Facial. Everything went well, she communicated everything she was doing every step of the way, and was very concerned for my well being during the treatment. The reason being my face was a mess for my first time. So, she had to do some somewhat unpleasant things to it to make she she got in deep where all the issues were. She apologized for the torture, and said we can take breathers anytime. But I'm a man, so I said keep going and only cried a little (joke!) But as I told her another Aesthetician told me, "beauty is pain." =D We had a nice laugh about that. The bonus was the neck and shoulder massage every step of the way while my face had on a different treatment mask. She sold me on the combo facial and 60 minute massage next time. Kristin knows her trade very well. And she is passionate about it too- she even did a little touch up on my eyebrows (I got them threaded like 3 weeks ago). They were holding up, but she NEEDED to fix a few stragglers separating from the herd. She gave me facial upkeep tips, and was very informative all around. She gave me so much information that she almost forgot to charge me when she opened the door to let me leave! I had to ask her where to pay. That's how much you know someone loves their craft. All in all 10 stars if I could. Go to her and you won't be disappointed.
