The lash lifts are awesome, they make your lashes look so long and pop really well. So much healthier than lash extensions too. So what I didn't know when I started seeing her for that, was that she also offers facials. She talks to you about your skin concerns and goals, and customizes the facial for you. So I just got a dermaplaning facial for the first time with her, and my skin feels and looks amazing. Super refreshed and glowing. It's the facial I never knew I needed, but now I'll always get. Multiple people actually commented on how great my face looked at work the next day. I'm not usually one to leave comments or to rave about things like this, but I've been talking about how great my skin feels and recommending everyone gets this facial for a week now. Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled after my awful experience here. From the moment I walked in, the esthetician was rude and clearly not interested in providing any kind of welcoming or professional service. She barely spoke, didn't explain what she was doing, and acted like I was a burden for even being there. The facial itself? A total joke. My skin didn't look refreshed, clearer, or anything you'd expect after a treatment. In fact, I left feeling greasy, irritated, and honestly embarrassed that I paid for this. There was zero care or effort--just rushed, careless work. I feel completely scammed. Don't waste your time or money here. I have always had skin that reacted to what seemed like everything and could never find a balance between keeping my skin hydrated and treating my acne. It was a never ending battle. Her work is okay but she only care for herself. Which at first i understand because this is her business but she don't have any empathy for others difficulties or when others are having hard time. I worked hard to make money and chose to get her service since I had trouble with acne through my whole life and I wasn't feeling confident on myself. No matter how hard my life is I still wanted to continue going to her as part of my selfcare and break from madness. One time I completely missed my appointment and that was 100% on me. But today I was late due to sudden family emergency. She has 15min late policy, however she doesn't make any flexibility to her policy, from the start she was very dry and had an attitude, I was holding not to let my emotions show at first but her attitude got worse... She needs to understand what others are going through not just pretend she understands. At the end she basically told me not to come in since I'm not in "right time". She has no rights to decide when I have the right time to treat myself and my skin. Just be aware, all her one star reviews about her personality are true, she only care about herself and herself only, when things gets sideways she will show you no kindness or care like she did in the beginning. I definitely would not recommend her to anyone due to the potential hassle and lack of empathy for her clientele. I've given her two stars because she does a good job with facials. I found out the morning of an appointment that my doctor confirmed I had strep throat. I decided to request the rescheduling of my appointment due to the fact that I now knew I was contagious. She does have a 48 hour cancellation policy which I was aware of, but today was an unforeseen circumstance where my attempt to reschedule was looking out for her business. It was the right thing to do. However, she charged me the FULL AMOUNT then notified me through text: "I am really sorry that some inconvenient circumstances came up for you. However, my time is very valuable and I can not fill that spot with the notice that you gave me. Get better soon." After some correspondence I knew I was getting nowhere. I understand she's running a business. But In supporting her business I haven't missed any appointments, always tip on top of the service, and buy product. I don't like the look of fake lashes on me but i love the connivence of them so the lash life and tint was the perfect option.
