Hair color is a tricky thing, and Heather NAILS it every time here! She seems to be the queen at balayage, melting, ombre, and really well done highlights, and she does a fantastic job of assessing your hair's integrity to make sure it will safely lift without damage/breakage! She took amazing care of my hair! Appointments were easy, with a ton of different modes to get in touch with her. My recommendation is to message or text her, as she might be with a client while you call. She's quick to reply and get you on the books! She explained everything she was doing and worked hard to bring my hair color vision to life. Raul and Heather are an amazing team, both so friendly and personable, and they know their stuff. Raul styled my hair and I always leave feeling like a total (oh god here comes the pun) glam goddess! My favorite part is the before and after a she takes, so you can truly see the difference! Love these guys, and I'll be back for my next touch ups or coloring ideas! read more

Yelp should have an option of giving zero star because this place does not deserve any stars. First of all I booked with them about a month ago. Then on Monday I confirmed my appointment with Heather. She's not available and Shelby will be taking her place for my appointment. Which is okay with me as long as a professional does my hair, i'm okay with any of their stylist because I've seen their work on Facebook. So today I came in (mind you I live 20 mins away from this place). Got there on time at 12noon. There was one stylist Berlin who asked me if I have an appointment and I said "yes I have a 12noon appointment with Shelby". And she said "okay, I thought you were my 12noon client" and stepped out. So I was left there in the salon by myself and started messaging them on their Facebook. I snapshot our conversation. So be the one to judge how unprofessional this people are! read more

Heather, the owner of the salon, did my hair she did a horrible job. I hated my hair. I asked for some money back but She said "it was what I asked for" but I didn't ask for a harsh blond and it wasn't blended in right. And it was just horrible. Literally once I got into the car I started crying cause of how much I hated it. she also curled my hair and I put it up in a bun once I got in the car. And underneath my hair it was so messy and not done right, yea people can't see it but I still want it too look nice! Paid too much for her too mess it up. She does not know how to blend! Horrible job! Hated my hair!!! read more

The experience wasn't bad, but after I got home and compare pictures.. I literally just paid a lot of money for the SAME exact hair color just SLIGHTLY...ONLY SLIGHTLY LIGHTER. For 4.5 hours of dye sitting in my hair... I would have assumed it would have been much lighter. That was reallllly reallly disappointing. It was like my hair was "refreshed" for $100. Not even different... Black is before. Sweater is after & fb pic is something close to what I wanted. Saw some reviews that said queen of bayalage?! I don't think so.. read more

Glam Goddess is truly amazing! Ashley and Heather are a dynamic duo to bring out the best in you! I have always been terrified of facials because of all the horror stories. And I personally love my face! But after much convincing, I finally gave it a try! Heather is the sweetest and will make you feel comfortable. The bed I was laying on was amazing that I wanted to take it home to sleep on. Heather did my 24Kgold facial and it was the best thing ever. It was pure bliss and she had my skin looking like I just got 16 hours of sleep! It was much needed after weeks of insomnia! Glam Goddess is the best! So when in LV get your glam goddess on! Also, they have amazing matte lip glosses that are inexpensive and similar to the Kylie Lip Kits! Check them out! I also love the candy lipz! Definitely plumps up the lips without the needles! read more

My first time at this place & it's been over 6 years since I've done anything to my hair. My hair was literally a mess! I've heard a lot of good thongs & I actually found an ad on a random fb post for a special they were running so I decided it was time to make a change. From having such dark long black hair for so long I wanted to do something way different that I've never done. I went with a double blonde balayage & man..... Heather frikkin nailed it! Ugh I love it! All the great things I've heard is truly on point with this place. People here are super sweet & super cool. Heather definitely made sure to take her time to perfect this mission lol. See u guys again soon! read more

Heather was absolutely amazing! Being new to this area I wasn't sure who to trust with my hair and well Heather was definitely the right person. Making an appointment with her was easy. She sent a reminder the day prior and also made every effort to match my schedule. Once I arrived the salon was beautiful. It had a warming and elegant feel to it. Heather was super warm and was able to give me the best consult and make sure to help keep my hair healthy. She chose beautiful colors and did an amazing job! It was truly a blessing to find her and am excited to make her my new hairstylist! read more

She was very rude on the phone, I shopped from Groupon had a price $50 , then I go driving from mid city to Glendale very long drive in the sun , I get there, she was not there yet so I wait for 1 hour, then I call she answers she let me know it's $25 extra for appointment fee. So I said ok I will go get some money out since I had recently lost my card I had my 5 year old on me. And we were just outside of the nail salon , went to go get cash came back had an appointment at 2:30pm she said I'm late so she moved my appointment to 4pm and gave me very nasty attitude, so I got discouraged to do my nails because sounded like she won't do a good job on them . I was in Glendale with ma kid who got hungry from 10 am- 3pm when I decided to leave. Long drive back to mid city in sun hitting my face all way back. Such a bad experience and no money back. read more

I have just had the absolute most wonderful and pleasant spa experience ever at Glam Goddess! Everyone was so friendly, kind, and professional. I went in to get eyelash extensions and this was my very first time. I didn't do much research about getting eyelash extensions nor did I know what to expect or what to ask for, but I knew that I just wanted them. So I asked for their professional opinion and I couldn't have asked for anything better! They are perfect and I am in love! I plan on coming back for any future touch ups and to have a Girls Day with my sister to get our hair and make-up done. Looks like I found my new place to hang out! Love you guys and I will definitely be back! read more

I cannot begin to describe the amazing experience I had at Glam Goddess! First, the ambiance was terrific. Everything was sparkly, shiny and gold but in all the right mix! Beautiful. Ashley and Heather were inviting and truly listening to my concerns. They use a questionnaire that you only fill out on your first visit to determine the right level of products for your face. I have sensitive skin and had no reaction to anything Heather used during my treatment. This was my first real spa treatment and I know I will be going back! Already booked a mother daughter spa package for next month and cannot wait for some girls night out!!! Excited to use my glam goddess matte gloss and products I just had to have after my treatment!! Thank you again ladies!!! read more

I usually don't leave negative reviews on here. But apparently this salon doesn't want new clients, I went there numerous times (no one was there) called and left numerous messages (no call back) , even tried to get ahold of them through Facebook to make an appointment (they read my messages and didn't reply). It seems impossible to make an appointment with these ladies as a new client. You could have answered the messages and said you had no availability instead of making me waste my time multiple times. Poor business ethic from my stand point. You could have had a lifetime client with me. But now no thanks. read more

Horrible business and does not accept responsibility when wrong. No refunds when Heather messes your hair up so badly that you have to pay another stylist to fix it, because you're afraid she'll make it worse. read more

I got my makeup and hair done for EDC and had an excellent experience working with Glam Goddess. One of the owners, Ashley, made the booking process fast and easy and was a great communicator. She asked what kind of look I was thinking of and placed me with Raul, who could not have been more perfect. He came directly to the strip to my hotel room which was super convenient and took his time and listened to what I wanted-- he was a true professional and enjoyable to be around! I will definitely use their services again when I return to Vegas and cannot recommend the salon enough. read more

My bestie and I went to this spa after finding them on Yelp. I live in LA and was in Vegas for a girls weekend. I sold the bestie on the place, blind, so expectations were high. But guess what? Our expectations were met and then some. Glam Goddess is modern, clean and nicely appointed. I started with what may have been the best scrub ever from Ashley. She took her time and scrubbed my entire body with a moisturizing scrub that smelled amazing and penetrated the dry skin that I have been experiencing. She finished me off with a facial that left my skin hydrated and glowing. I cannot recommend this place, enough. Ashley is personable and kind, as is Heather her partner. Although their spa is young, their service is seasoned and on point. Can't wait to get back there to see them. Thanks, again, ladies. See you, soon! read more

I've called Glam Goddess several times to try and schedule an appointment. No one ever answers the phone and although I leave voicemails, I've never received a returned call. Additionally, I've reached out to their Facebook page to schedule and never received a response even while they continue to post on their page. Luckily, Groupon gave me a refund and I advised them to not work with this establishment in the future. read more

I love all of the Glam Goddess glosses! I'm partial to nude colors but I am in love with their entire line. Playful and sexy colors!

As a guy, I normally don't use salon and spa products.I tried a couple facial products from Glam Goddess and was really impressed by how my skin felt after. The Tea Tree Equalizer Facial Scrub softened, moisturized, and rejuvenated my skin. After using their toner and Mint Lemon Jojoba Face Cream my face looked more vibrant and lighter. I would recommend their products to not just women, but men also. I don't think I'll use anything else on my face now. read more

I brought my daughter to have her hair highlighted. She has jet black hair that has never been that has never been dyed (they kept insisting that she had some sort of process cause it wouldn't lift). The first appointment took 5 hours and they ended up dying her hair orange. I brought her back to try and give the stylist the opportunity to fix the damage and they ended up going back in and bleaching her hair again. It took another 5 hours. After only one wash it went right back to orange. Both times I was charged. I requested a refund for the second appointment. They refused. They wanted us to go back in there a 3rd time and probably another 5 hours to fix. If you want to do business with people that don't take responsibility for what they've done please go to this salon. In response to the business owners comments below, the stylist was not contacted after a month, she was available after a month. She was contacted about a week and a half after the first appointment to make the second appointment to correct the orange. We made an appointment for toner. Since it was a couple of weeks till the appointment my daughter changed her mind about the toner. We got there explained what we wanted and the stylist said she would go back in bleach some pieces and tone the remainder of the hair to a neutral tone to make it look more natural. We did not decline a caramel tone. We were not completely happy with the results but paid for the service anyways. After 3 days, my daughter washed her hair and it was back to orange. That is when I requested a refund for the second appointment. I didn't ask for or set the price, the stylist did. After 10 hours with results we were not satisfied with, we don't feel comfortable coming back. The trust to fix the hair was lost after the second time around. We wanted a refund, which they declined and offered the toner fix. If you don't like the results, this here shows how you will be treated as future clients of the salon and how your fix will be handled. read more

I'm a picky gal and I will only let Heather take care of my hair. She is the balayage guru. She combines that with ombré to make me into a goddess. Very disappointed with how this place conducts business. Called in to book an appointment for a facial and spoke with a lady named Heather. I explained that I was purchasing a Groupon and just needed to verify some information regarding the available appointment times and further details on the facials that they offer. Was given the information and I stated that I just needed to arrange the available appointment times she had given me with a friend and would call right back to book the appointments. Called back in about 5 minutes... and no answer! Figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, granted maybe they were with a client that walked in or tied up at the moment. Called back a few times within about a 2 hour time period and...STILL no answer! Am very displeased with how this place handles business and treats potential customers. Basically lost TWO new clients! Oh well... will spend my hard earned money elsewhere... read more

Bought a groupon voucher to try this place out with a friend. They had pretty positive reviews from a military spouse event they had done. We weren't able to get an appointment until saying we would just get a refund due to them not having any openings. The place was nice.. They just switched locations so things were still being worked on. Our groupon stated we'd receive a robe, slippers, headband, snack & drinks. We did not receive any of that. We were told that the groupon purchased was for children. No where in the advertisement did it say that. My facial was going well until Ashely stepped out to "check on my friend" but came back smelling like cigarette. :/ That wasn't the aroma I had planned on smelling when coming to a spa. read more

My husband and I had the best experience tonight. We loved the facials which were geared towards our individual needs (I'm 9 months pregnant with our 4th child and he works construction). He was also treated to a paraffin dip for his hands and they came out like new! Heather was very patient and informative. She talked us through each step and ensured our comfort the entire time. Afterwards, Ashley took the time to make note of the treatments and ensured our satisfaction. Great team and great business. We will definitely be back soon. read more

I seriously LOVE Glam Goddess! Today they gave out free facials for active duty military and military spouses (how awesome is that!?) and I was lucky enough to receive one.
