She seems to be the queen at balayage, melting, ombre, and really well done highlights, and she does a fantastic job of assessing your hair's integrity to make sure it will safely lift without damage/breakage! She took amazing care of my hair! Appointments were easy, with a ton of different modes to get in touch with her. My recommendation is to message or text her, as she might be with a client while you call. She's quick to reply and get you on the books! She explained everything she was doing and worked hard to bring my hair color vision to life. Raul and Heather are an amazing team, both so friendly and personable, and they know their stuff. I asked for some money back but She said "it was what I asked for" but I didn't ask for a harsh blond and it wasn't blended in right. And it was just horrible. She was very rude on the phone, I shopped from Groupon had a price $50 , then I go driving from mid city to Glendale very long drive in the sun , I get there, she was not there yet so I wait for 1 hour, then I call she answers she let me know it's $25 extra for appointment fee. So I said ok I will go get some money out since I had recently lost my card I had my 5 year old on me. And we were just outside of the nail salon , went to go get cash came back had an appointment at 2:30pm she said I'm late so she moved my appointment to 4pm and gave me very nasty attitude, so I got discouraged to do my nails because sounded like she won't do a good job on them . I cannot begin to describe the amazing experience I had at Glam Goddess! First, the ambiance was terrific. Everything was sparkly, shiny and gold but in all the right mix! Beautiful. Ashley and Heather were inviting and truly listening to my concerns. They use a questionnaire that you only fill out on your first visit to determine the right level of products for your face. I have sensitive skin and had no reaction to anything Heather used during my treatment. This was my first real spa treatment and I know I will be going back! I brought my daughter to have her hair highlighted. She has jet black hair that has never been that has never been dyed (they kept insisting that she had some sort of process cause it wouldn't lift). The first appointment took 5 hours and they ended up dying her hair orange. I brought her back to try and give the stylist the opportunity to fix the damage and they ended up going back in and bleaching her hair again. It took another 5 hours. After only one wash it went right back to orange. Both times I was charged. I requested a refund for the second appointment. They refused. They wanted us to go back in there a 3rd time and probably another 5 hours to fix. If you want to do business with people that don't take responsibility for what they've done please go to this salon. In response to the business owners comments below, the stylist was not contacted after a month, she was available after a month. She was contacted about a week and a half after the first appointment to make the second appointment to correct the orange. We made an appointment for toner. Since it was a couple of weeks till the appointment my daughter changed her mind about the toner. We got there explained what we wanted and the stylist said she would go back in bleach some pieces and tone the remainder of the hair to a neutral tone to make it look more natural. We did not decline a caramel tone. We were not completely happy with the results but paid for the service anyways. After 3 days, my daughter washed her hair and it was back to orange. That is when I requested a refund for the second appointment. I didn't ask for or set the price, the stylist did. After 10 hours with results we were not satisfied with, we don't feel comfortable coming back. The trust to fix the hair was lost after the second time around. We wanted a refund, which they declined and offered the toner fix. If you don't like the results, this here shows how you will be treated as future clients of the salon and how your fix will be handled. read more

I got my makeup and hair done for EDC and had an excellent experience working with Glam Goddess. One of the owners, Ashley, made the booking process fast and easy and was a great communicator. She asked what kind of look I was thinking of and placed me with Raul, who could not have been more perfect. He came directly to the strip to my hotel room which was super convenient and took his time and listened to what I wanted-- he was a true professional and enjoyable to be around! My bestie and I went to this spa after finding them on Yelp. I live in LA and was in Vegas for a girls weekend. I sold the bestie on the place, blind, so expectations were high. But guess what? Our expectations were met and then some. Glam Goddess is modern, clean and nicely appointed. I started with what may have been the best scrub ever from Ashley. She took her time and scrubbed my entire body with a moisturizing scrub that smelled amazing and penetrated the dry skin that I have been experiencing. As a guy, I normally don't use salon and spa products.I tried a couple facial products from Glam Goddess and was really impressed by how my skin felt after. The Tea Tree Equalizer Facial Scrub softened, moisturized, and rejuvenated my skin. After using their toner and Mint Lemon Jojoba Face Cream my face looked more vibrant and lighter. I explained that I was purchasing a Groupon and just needed to verify some information regarding the available appointment times and further details on the facials that they offer. Was given the information and I stated that I just needed to arrange the available appointment times she had given me with a friend and would call right back to book the appointments. Bought a groupon voucher to try this place out with a friend. They had pretty positive reviews from a military spouse event they had done. We weren't able to get an appointment until saying we would just get a refund due to them not having any openings. The place was nice.. They just switched locations so things were still being worked on. Our groupon stated we'd receive a robe, slippers, headband, snack & drinks. We did not receive any of that. We were told that the groupon purchased was for children. No where in the advertisement did it say that.
