She has you fill out a medical history survey, which goes to show that she truly cares about her clients health and well-being. Next, she had me lay on her comfortable table to get nice and numb. She uses a topical anesthetic cream. Totally falling asleep with the serene environment that she has created in her space! Naptime! This topical takes some time to penetrate the skin and work effectively. Thank goodness! She precisely measured and outlined the ideal brows for my face. The outline defines where she will be working within; she stays inside these lines! I'm completely obsessed with the arches that she drew! Carol really listened to want I was wanting! The best way I can describe this procedure is like taking an Xacto knife to some paper or sounds of scratching on your skin but you don't feel it. Don't let this scare you though! It is normal to hear this. She adds strokes then applies a layer of pigment to let it soak in. Carol cleaned me up and handed me a mirror. WHOA! WOW!! My brows are AMAZING!!! It looks so natural as if they were my own. Carol is quite the artist as each feather-like stroke mimicked real hair! It's so crazy!! I am so happy I found Carol to give me eyebrows! I don't know if it was because he loved beetlejuice but Pablo went above and beyond to make that little flash tattoo something I would love. Only met him for a short time but I could tell he's a great person. My husband was tattooed by Oc. Maybe new to tattoos but did a perfect job. Line work is absolutely spot on. Again for a $20 tattoo he took his time and made sure it was right and again, friendly. Other shops should take note! The gel was sloppy and thick and pooled at the cuticles. They also cut our cuticles and we left with chunks missing after bleeding. Whole experience was rushed and not enjoyable. Manicures look old because the cuticle area. Came here for location convenience, and willing to pay the higher prices, but left highly disappointed. Save yourself the trouble and make the drive to nicer parts of town where technicians take pride in the final product. What was meant to be an enjoyable experience with my mom turned out to be extremely disappointing.
