Denai slapped the money rudely on table, no apology. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. She is a total BXTCH Clearlift - Denai decided to do Clearlift concurrently with the blood drawing. Started the session without cleaning my face and called it done in just 15 min (usually 45min), again claiming that its my fault because the blood drawing ran over time. Denai claimed that she will keep all the machine and perform services at home for her regulars. Ladies, pls think twice prior going back to her!!!

I asked to speak to a manager several times and was denied. I fought through the third party vendor for my money back. I wrote a detailed email to the business and described no reply. A year later I decided to give them another chance and prepay to book an appointment, they cancelled it, I rescheduled, they cancelled it again. Now I'm left fighting for my money back again. This business has zero empathy or regard for their customers. Edit to respond to the owner's reply: I've never seen a business lie so much while never once trying to rectify such horrible experiences! You didn't confirm my refund. I accepted credit from the third party the first time and I had to dispute with my bank the second time! No profanity was used! I made multiple attempts to contact management with no reply! You ruined my face for a month, charged me extra money and refused to hear my complaint. I spent a lot of money at your business and you treated me like trash. Went into his tattoo room and he pulled up an outline which we agreed on. For the next four hours, Tim worked on the tattoo. About three hours of actual work between cigarette breaks. The cost was $700 and $100 tip(told by buddy this was expected) This was a huge mistake. After I got home and my wife looked at it and I looked at it in more detail, I couldn't believe the quality of work. I haven't had one person I know say this is a good tattoo let alone one done by a season tattoo artist. As you look at the pictures, note that the axe handles aren't even in a straight line across helmet, the axe heads look nothing like and axe head, the regular in the mask isn't anything like the outline or even with lines of outline, flames in mask are blue?, the helmet is like a cartoon. After addressing all of the issues with Tim, we met up again and this time to review the tattoo, he was wearing reading glasses which he did not the entire time of the initial tattoo. I offered Tim the option to return my money so I could have the entire tattoo removed. He refused and now every one gets to see the quality of work you can expect. I would not recommend Tim in any facet to perform a tattoo. I recommendation is stay far away from any place he works.
