I've been seeing Melanie for my v-shape on my face, neck, and stomach area and saw improvements after 1 treatment. Each area takes about 20 minutes and there's no pain or discomfort, just warmth which reminds me of hot stones. I also did one treatment of the underarm hair removal and am so surprised that it's growing slower already, which means I'm shaving less! Overall, I am so happy with all my progress, and excited to share before and after pictures soon.

I asked to speak to a manager several times and was denied. I fought through the third party vendor for my money back. I wrote a detailed email to the business and described no reply. A year later I decided to give them another chance and prepay to book an appointment, they cancelled it, I rescheduled, they cancelled it again. Now I'm left fighting for my money back again. Went to Tim's house and was taken back by overwhelming smell of cigarette and marijuana I should have known right there to stop but he had some quality tattoos online so I proceeded. Went into his tattoo room and he pulled up an outline which we agreed on. For the next four hours, Tim worked on the tattoo. About three hours of actual work between cigarette breaks. The cost was $700 and $100 tip(told by buddy this was expected) This was a huge mistake. After I got home and my wife looked at it and I looked at it in more detail, I couldn't believe the quality of work. I haven't had one person I know say this is a good tattoo let alone one done by a season tattoo artist. As you look at the pictures, note that the axe handles aren't even in a straight line across helmet, the axe heads look nothing like and axe head, the regular in the mask isn't anything like the outline or even with lines of outline, flames in mask are blue?, the helmet is like a cartoon. After addressing all of the issues with Tim, we met up again and this time to review the tattoo, he was wearing reading glasses which he did not the entire time of the initial tattoo. I offered Tim the option to return my money so I could have the entire tattoo removed. He refused and now every one gets to see the quality of work you can expect. I would not recommend Tim in any facet to perform a tattoo. I recommendation is stay far away from any place he works.

I wish I could give zero stars, because unfortunately, there was zero service…read more It was my brother's 21st birthday, and we had been going back and forth all day getting excited about getting matching tattoos. We were genuinely hyped and looking forward to making a special memory together. Unfortunately, that excitement immediately changed when we walked in. Sergio opened the door but didn't greet us. He was on his phone the entire time. We stood there awkwardly, and I eventually had to ask what he needed from us. He simply pointed at the forms while continuing to look at his phone. Even when I tried to make conversation and bring some positive energy into the situation, he just stared at me without saying anything. At that point, we decided to leave. Getting matching sibling tattoos was supposed to be a meaningful experience and a memory we'd have forever. I didn't want that memory to be in an environment where we felt completely unwelcome or like a burden. The owner later messaged me explaining that Sergio is their master artist with 15 years of experience. I completely understand and respect someone's experience and talent, but experience doesn't excuse poor customer service. Energy matters too. A tattoo is a personal experience, and people deserve to feel comfortable, welcomed, and excited when they walk into a shop. We ended up going to another shop, 18B Tattoo, where Dustin completely changed the experience for us and hooked us up. We left happy with a memory we actually wanted to have. I honestly was going to leave the situation alone, but then I happened to see Sergio post a video on Instagram saying, "I don't like your energy, do I look like an electrician?" If that's the kind of energy you want to put out there and use to represent your business, then hey, more power to you. But customers are allowed to expect basic respect and a welcoming environment, especially when they're coming in for something as personal and permanent as a tattoo. Talent and experience are important, but so is how you make people feel.
