By the second day, my left eye had lost tons lashes with only gentle brushing. I contacted them immediately to fix it but could not come in within their 3-day policy due to work obligations -- my next availability was the 4th. I requested a removal since I was unhappy with the result, but was informed I'd still incur a removal fee. I understand policies, but charging for removal when the initial service failed within 48 hours feels unfair. This was also my first experience getting lashes. I also noticed other reviews mentioning similar retention issues, which suggests a product or application problem. I cannot recommend this service. Picture of first day and second.
