It's been years since i had some lash extension. Had my first experience with it in Asia where a full set only cost me $4.00. However, this was circa 2005-2007 where the lash glue burned once you open your eyes. So back to my review.. Ashly was great! She listened to what i wanted. Just natural looking lashes as a trial run if this is something i want to maintain long term. I should have listened to her recommendation to do the natural lash look but more curled. I had my eyebrows microbladed here with Janis. She's AMAZING! Her IG is @beautyandbrowsbyjanis. Check out her work! My eyebrows are almost nonexistent in the tail area and she made them look so natural! First five minutes you'll have to sign a waiver. Next she'll go over different colors/shades for you brows. After you pick a shade she'll start measuring yours brows and shape them. Next she'll apply a numbing/anesthetic cream for 20 minutes. Next she does her magic!!! I literally wanted to scream because I was so happy with the results! The first 1-2 days it will actually look darker. After that it will start to scab and the scabs will come off naturally. Don't pick it! Then 6 weeks after your initial visit is the complimentary touch up! This is when she'll fill out the areas that need darkening. She is amazing! UPDATE!!! I had just received a call from the establishment today, but not in regards to the emails & phone calls i sent them. It was because I didn't schedule another appointment since January. Really? I honestly thought they were genuine & cared about their customers. Nope! They're money hungry! What a shame! I explained exactly what they have done to my poor lashes & whoever was on the other line seemed to have not paid attention to a word I said and still asks "would you like to set an appointment since we haven't had you come in since January." ..... I love this place so much! I've gotten a keratin lash lift from cristina, egle, and Janis! All did an amazing job. I love it because my lashes always look amazing and last around 2 months. I'm not a good candidate for lash extensions since I pick them all out. If you have stubborn Asian lashes like mine I highly recommend getting them tinted a few days after getting the lift since it will weigh down the lashes. And I also ask for the solution to be kept on a little longer so I get the full effect of the curl. The owner by the way Ausra is such a sweetheart! It's a bit pricey when you're from out of town and used to your own area prices. I guess they can do that with all the show girls and Vegas entertainers needing service. It's not just them -- it's all of the places. Within one week my lashes fell off on one eye. They re-did both eyes at no cost (outside of tip) and they lasted the 2-3 weeks I had expected. A full set in Colorado Springs is $150 with a $45 fill. Glad I live there because I'd go broke here.....LOL! The ambiance was fun and extremely comfortable while being worked on. I almost fell asleep it was that nice. 4 Stars only because of having to go back a week later -- PLUS they keep your credit or debit card on file. I came back home to Colorado and changed my credit card out for a new number. I don't like people having that access without my permission. read more

All it took was ONE of Ausra's clients to casually walk into my friends store for my group of girlfriends and myself to all now go to Ausra! Lol we are now all on the same cycle! I've been to several other lash techs and the lashes, product and professionalism is no comparison to Ausra! -She starts with 2 eye gel pads (yes.. I've been to techs who use one and switch for both eyes!) -Uses Medicated glue.. (I don't know which brand!) and for me her glue has been the best! I've been a couple times accidently wearing my contacts and felt no burning or discomfort! (I also have sensitive eyes) -Takes half the time even for full set! (1 hour) -As a true professional, let me know what will work on my lashes the best. -Informs me how to clean them.. and this was another thing prior techs would fail at. and beleive me... knowing how to properly clean them is SOO important.. I've had such bad results with prior techs who would tell me to just to clean with a oil-free wipe. -__- its way more than that! I work 9-5 mon - fri and I know saturdays are probably so busy so i'm so grateful she can always accommodate my schedule during weekdays. I came to Vegas for my friends 30th birthday. I had eye lash extensions out on 3 weeks before today. Most were gone from my right eye so I made sure to set up an appointment to get them fixed after landing in Vegas. I found Lyndsay through Instagram. I set my appointment with her for a refill after seeing pictures of her amazing work. The salon was very nice and well kept. The recliner chairs are awesome and just be careful of falling asleep. These girls mean business and take a good 1-2 hours to make sure your lashes are looking 100%. This was my second experience and the best with eyelash extensions. They look so full and natural. What we assumed to be a 45 min touch up ended up needing to be a 1.5 hours refill job because the previous person did not do a stellar job. And even with needing extra time- Lindsay still took her time with me and did not rush. Love this place ! I wish I lived here to get my lashes done here all the time.
