Today, I had the pleasure of being serviced by Jessica at Lunar Brows. I was scheduled for the Ultimate Brow Package and while I was excited after seeing Jessica's work, I was also nervous because I haven't let anyone touch my eyebrows in over five years! To start, I am absolutely in love with my perfect eyebrows. As a bit of a background, I am always working from home and never put make-up on so I tend to feel hideous; however, just having my eyebrows powdered (as well as some eyelashes) honestly makes me feel like a beautiful person. Before this appointment I was feeling just a little bit nervous since I have never gotten anything permanent or semi permanent done to my brows before, but Jessica soothed my worries and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process answering any questions and describing everything in detail. On 8/31/2019 I had an appointment with Brittany Wagner @ Brows by Britt. She was unable to do my microblading. She referred JESSICA FERRER to me. She worked and was trained by Brittany. She charged me $300.00 for crooked and uneven eyebrows. They are very dark and as of today they are still very dark and have not faded. One is higher than the other. The eyelids do not match. One is wider than the other and very high. They are a hot mess. From my understanding and research after the fact - she had just gotten her license. She states 2018 but I was told her she got her license in 2019 a couple weeks before she done my eyebrows. She would not compensate me. I would not let her touch me again for I was afraid of the new damage. She neglected to do a few steps. She never sat me up to check the process or did she match the color. I was upset and am still upset. This is my face. At first she laughed and thought it was funny. She is very child like. She knew I was upset prior to leaving. She said it would be ok in a few days. That never happened. The owner was to repair them if I apologized to Jessica. Why would I apologize when she damaged my face and laughed about it?
