I had my lashes done at another lash place and wasn't too pleased with the results because the lady seemed like she just rushed the whole thing.. So I came here and wow what a difference that made. The inside is very pretty and they have a little waiting area. When I came here, Christina took (and still does) care of me and she did an amazing job. She took her time making sure the lashes were flawless. Ever since then I have been coming to her for fills and I am always satisfied. I called here on a Sunday trying to get a last minute appointment after having a bad experience somewhere else. The girl that answered the phone (Tori) accommodated me so perfectly and set me up with a last minute same day appointment because I was flying out the next morning. She did a fantastic job. So natural looking, full, and lasted along time. I always hear people say how their lashes last 3-4 weeks. When Tori does mine they last at least 5weeks. I also got them done by her in August before I went to Greece. I told her I was gonna be Gina awhile and spend a lot of time in the water she did the best job ever I seriously didn't even think about a fill until at least the 7th week. I did eyebrow wax and tinting. The job was decent. You can not notice difference with the tinting. The job was a little sloppy and i had tint in some areas of my face. The worst part is that my technician hands smell like cigarettes, very uncomfortable. read more

I booked a week in advance for my appointment which starts at 2:30pm. I came in 15 mins earlier, I said my name to check in, then Christina started to do my lashes, about 10 mins later she asked what was my name (after I mentioned at the beginning when I walked in and check in) then she asked me to show the phone number of the location, I showed her the number of their business. Then she said " I don't have you in the system" after I check in with her and booked an appointment a week prior. Then she says I'm sorry but I thought you were someone else. And she had me stand up at the beginning of the session and ask me to leave and then come back in an hour or so. I felt so disgusted. Never had lashes done with them and I thought will give them a try after such great reviews. But after such a bad customer service and the way they treated me. I wouldn't come back at all! I got the classic set and now I'm a regular. I've had 2 fills. I get compliments on my lashes that start out with "Are those real?" Which is exactly what I was going for. Not the showgirl, overly done look. They're very delicate, but long and lush. Everyone who mentions my lashes asks for my girls name, and it's Mika. I got my lashes done here and I really liked them, when I went back in for my fill I called to make an appointment and they told me it would be $50. When I got there I got on the table and she said she read it wrong on the computer and it would actually be $90. I was super upset because she waited until she already had me on the table to tell me it would be $40 more dollars because of her mistake. Never coming here again. read more

Christina is awesome!! Not only did I go to her with a mess to try and fix, she gently removed the horrible mess from another salon for free, after we decided this was my best option. She then squeezed me in the next day to do a full set for the fill price!! Who does that??!! She is super clean and very gentle. So glad to have found her by chance! Go see her.
