BUT my updated review is for the call I just got from them. I have a trip coming up for my birthday next week so I made a Gel X appointment for 09/12/2026 at 11AM on August 23, 2026. I realized I wanted a pedicure as well. So I went on to book a second appointment for the same time as the Gel X, as I always have. I hate sitting at the salon for 2 hours. I have religiously booked my nails and pedicure at the same time so both are simultaneously done for the past two years (PER BONDS RECOMMENDATION). I get a call after booking the appointment online (with the appointment requests for both services together) that they are charging $5.00 now for both services to be booked together. Absolutely insane. $5.00 for two services to be booked together. $75.00 for Gel X (plus $5.00 for designs). $60.00 for a BASIC gel pedicure ($5.00 extra for French tip). $5/$10 extra for callous remover. That totals $155.00 BEFORE TIP. I cancelled both appointments and booked elsewhere. Nail salon culture is absolutely insane.

My lash journey with Belle Lash Lounge began in 2018, and despite a hiatus during the 2020 shutdown, I restarted again in mid-2023. What sets Bruna apart is her genuine care for her clients as individuals. Recently, I encountered a sensitivity shortly after a fill, resulting in swelling on one eyelid. Without delay, I reached out to Bruna, and within an hour, she responded, displaying an unwavering commitment to addressing the problem. Within that same day, she had me come in to examine my lashes, ensuring no lashes were stuck to my skin or that I had any stickies. During my next fill, Bruna made sure to place the lashes farther from the root and adopted new techniques to minimize fume exposure. I'm happy to say that her efforts worked and that I experienced no adverse reactions after my last fill. Bruna's exceptional skill, professionalism, and genuine concern for her clients' well-being truly sets her apart. While some may find Bruna's prices on the higher end, the value she offers is undeniable. Her extensive experience, expertise as a lash educator, and unwavering dedication to client satisfaction make her services well worth the investment. This would be more than 5 stars!! I have been getting my lashes done 3-4 years now so I've jumped around to various lash studios in the Vegas valley. However, I'll follow Bruna till my lash journey dies! She is AMAZING and I highly recommend her to everyone who wants healthy beautiful lashes. I've been going to her for almost a year now and I recommend her to anyone who is interested in lashes. She, on top of being just a wonderful person, is very attentive and gives you the lashes you want while maintaining its health! She's extremely talented. Her prices are reasonable and competitive with others but the great part is that my fills LAST. I have been to places where I need to get a fill after 1-1.5 weeks... I have never made it past 2 weeks without it looking disgusting. Yes, I wash my lashes. Yes, I use a lash serum. So what the heck? With Bruna, my lashes last 2.5-3 weeks, and I have actually went as long as 4 weeks (I was traveling) and it still looked okay. You and I both know lashes are $$$$, so for your fills to actually last, you know then it's money well spent. read more

I completed the Ultimate Lash Extension course here and I have nothing but great things to say about it. It is beginner friendly and Bruna was always available to answer any questions I had. As an Educator, Bruna has been nothing but supportive. She provides a safe and positive environment to set everyone up for success. Her course shows how dedicated she is to provide the very best education for her students. Most of my lashes had fallen put and I was experiencing a severe allergic reaction. It was about two hours until they could fit me in to remove my lashes. At first the manager pulled me aside and tried to minimize my reaction, claiming it was dust that somehow caused this. After consulting with an outside lash tech, she said that the only thing this could be was expired products since I've had lashes for two years and never experienced this before. Finally, the manager conceded that it was a bad reaction but would only offer a new set, no refunds, as she stated she didn't have money to pay her staff without my payment essentially. At the end of the day, my lash removal was free but my $125 was apparently my contribution to their apparently thin margins. I think it's unfortunate that this happened to me, I'm just happy to not have lost eyesight over this fiasco. If I were you, I wouldn't risk it here. They seem to be cutting corners with (what I assume is) expired products and a slim ability to pay their people despite their high prices set to customers.
