Poor lash work. The tech was new and made one eye lashes so much longer than the other. They look stupid. The owner did not fix the problem even after my complaint. Instead she sent me on my way with crappy lashes and my deposit back. And the service takes too long. It took the girl an hour and 45 minutes to maybe put on 40 lashes. Spent $100 for a fill only to have a chunk of lashes fall out that night. I wasn't going out with 3/4 if a lash so I took them off. The business was closed and I had an event to attend. The very next morning I call the business and long story short they said I had to pay $140 for a full set because I took them out. I was willing to pay half because I know I took them out but I had no choice and I did it because a big chunk fell out. I feel that half would have been fair considering that this was caused by the lash clusters falling out (the same night of the install!) Very disappointed that they weren't willing to work with me. I've had my brows(laminated+tint) done with several places in town. Although, not every place explicitly said it included. I've always had the tint, wax and pluck with these services. I've never had anyone tell me that each service was an individual price. Today my gal was sick. So i decided to try this place out. Price for lamination only was $109. The tint(that sits on for a minute at most at the end of your service) was $34 There was no wax, no shaping or plucking my brows to make sure they look symmetrical or similar. Just the lamination, and tint if purchased. It looks awful. So $144 before you tip your tech. INSANE! My girl did a nice job and was very friendly. It's absolutely an outrageous price for something that doesn't last long and the tint stays for at most a week depending on how you care for it. She tried to book me for a follow up in 8 weeks and i will never return to a place like this ever again. Small business is the way to go. I've gone to The Lash Lounge two times now and am due for my next lash fill soon. I love it here! The vibe is nice and cute and the people work here are extremely nice. I get my lashes done with Britteny and she's amazing! The first time I got my lashes done with her, I got a full set from just having my natural lashes. I got a volume set and they were surprisingly light and they have been each time. When getting a new full set of lashes from having no lashes, usually you can feel that heavy eyelid feeling that is a little uncomfortable. I never feel that at all here at The Lash Lounge. My lashes always come out beautiful and the retention is long that I don't need a fill for about two and a half a weeks. The owner Michelle is also very kind and bubbly. I went today for a lash lift and tint because I wanted a more natural look without having to use mascara. When my technician was done I thought they looked okay, but I had never had this process done before so I figured I would look at it more once I'm home. The lashes are too curled and look shorter than they did before my lift. So the top of my lash is hitting my eyelid. I did use the contact form on their site hoping they can fix this for me. Was hoping to do something nice for myself so this was rather disappointing. I'll update this review if they respond. read more

I still paid and tipped because that is how I am regardless but I suggest you guys get better lash techs who actually know what they're doing. If I could give zero stars I would! Salon is very nice but eyelashes do not last. I have had eyelash extensions in the past & they always last 2-3 weeks. I got a classic set done here on Thursday & by Sunday morning all extensions had fallen out. I follow after care instructions & take good care of my lashes as I have never had this problem in the past. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of service done here & will be cancelling my next appt & not returning. I love my lashes! This was the first time for me to ever get eyelash extensions! So I was a bit nervous and Victoria was very sweet and took her time to explain everything to me. She took her time to share the different options I could choose from from length, to curl, to shape based off my eye shape. The whole process was great and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I did read something in the release about getting alcohol and I wasn't offered a drink so I am not sure when the drinks are included. There was a special going on so I saved some money. But overall lashes in general are not cheap. But these lashes are life changing and I am not sure moving forward I can live with out them. If you'd like to be treated unprofessionally and pay excessively more- go here. Paid $150 for a ONE HOUR FILL. Started at $65. Was charged a $52 deposit I wasn't aware of when the website says card on file but no deposit. After booking I was text it would be $19 on top of $80 because it was a foreign fill. I booked same day so I was within a window that I couldn't cancel at that point even though I wasn't made aware of the charges before booking. I called and asked why it doesn't state that on the website and they said they couldn't do anything about it and that basically it was my fault because I booked online rather than calling to book...? At my appointment I was upcharged $25 for a "wet set" even though that's not something they say they can do or offer? My lashes are awful and they wouldn't give me a refund over $25. They also didn't offer to fix them. Read the consent you're signing very thoroughly. If you have issues there will not be accountability. The entire time I was getting my fill the front desk was loudly & inappropriately talking about their personal lives. When I called to ask to speak with a manager about the situation another front desk person had the audacity to call and argue with me a few hours later until I once again asked for a manager to please call me. I truly don't know how it was such a bad experience start to finish. read more

And imagine that- the cancellation form to end this joke of a membership isn't anywhere to be found! Yeah. Lash Lounge, I'm just. Done. I had been seeing Taylor, but switched to Brianna because I felt like I wasn't really being listened to. Unfortunately today was my last day ever at this place. Between the class going on in the background that was so loud, they had to have even louder music playing wich to be blunt, left me completely UNRELAXED and with a headache- the attitude from the front desk girl when I came in, and the uneven lashes with lash glue winding up all over my sleeve and arm.... I'm NEVER COMING BACK. When. I asked to cancel my membership, I was told after a few minutes of looking around that they couldn't find the cancellation form. BIG surprise!! So yeah, I'm sure I'll get to look forward to another month of charges before I get this resolved. I drive from Summerlin to get my lashes done. No membership is worth this hassle. read more

I am primarily giving feedback on the threading services- nothing about eyelashes. The positive- customer service. The front desk staff and the technician who threaded my eyebrows were super friendly and treated me with kindness and respect. While getting my eyebrows threaded, the technician was asking for my feedback and was explaining to me along the way what was happening during the process. Additionally, you lay in a really comfortable chair while getting threaded, so you feel relaxed. However, unfortunately, I wasn't really satisfied with the end product. I have manly, bushy eyebrows, so I was hoping for just an eyebrow cleaning that would provide a little shape and give me a fierce brow. The tops of my eyebrows look great...... but the bottom, not so much. My technician plucked most of my eyebrows off with tweezers, not really using the thread. I specifically go get them treaded because it's a fast process- I do expect pain because I have thick hairs. When my technician was threading my brows, she was plucking them individually with the string- and then she moved on to tweezers. I am wondering if she thought she was hurting me, so didn't want to continue with the string? Maybe she was new to threading? I feel like the person who threaded was probably new to this technique? I told her I was satisfied when I was laying in the chair- because I was. I was also laying down and looking at a small mirror in a dark room. However, when I left the shop and got to see my brows, I didn't really notice a big difference. It was disappointing, plus it was almost double the price than other brow threading shops in the area. I would say check this place out. I could have been a special case, and may have had difficult brows to work with? However, if my friends were to ask if I'd go back, I definitely would not. It's not worth the price. My brow technician was a really kind person so I feel bad giving such a negative review. I hope they work on this service or just not advertise it. read more

So, just so you know, you're paying top dollar for lash artists with as little as 2 months of experience. Also, you should be responsible for asking for a more "experienced" artist if you want your lashes to stay on longer than a week. You're also responsible for telling that lash artist, trained solely by the establishment, that they should use a sealant so those lashes don't fall out after a week. Owners that respond with this sort of tone always baffles me. Initially I responded by saying thank you for the response, and that I just don't want to go back because I don't want to risk having to get a full fill every week at that sort of rate. I didn't ask for a discount, and didn't criticize them outside of my very personal experience. Ego is a hell of a thing it seems. Maybe leave it at the door if you want to run a successful business. read more
