I, along with my family, have been coming here since their doors have opened. I must say, the owner, Mona, always does a phenomenal job! She's the sweetest and really takes her time and makes sure you are happy with the services provided!! However, there is a new young lady who was recently there, definitely new, and I, along with my sister and husband, had the most terrible experience. It was by far the most painful threading I've ever had in my 14 years of eyebrow/lip threading. I have a high pain tolerance, and threading doesn't hurt me whatsoever, but that pain was something I dont want to endure again. My sister and husband said the same thing, as my sister cried. I wanted to get out of the chair and leave with whatever was done, but I wasn't sure if she was maybe heavy-handed and honestly because I have been a loyal customer for years. None of our brows were aligned whatsoever. They looked awful. They were very uneven, and I was at a loss for words, to say the least. I also even noticed blood spots as if my skin was being ripped off, which it felt like to the T. That also explains the several times she had to wipe my brows with the aloe vera and cotton balls. I've never had anyone stop several times to wipe and clean in the midst of threading. It also took about 10-15 minutes for mine to be done, which was also very unusual! I am all for people learning, but it truly did not seem like this young lady had much experience to begin with. I also believe that to offer such services, one must have experience, let alone when it's physical to another person. I worry for future customers, and to be frank, I worry that the owner will face backlash on her business that she's grown beautifully for years.. read more

This is my very first time here and there were only two ladies working as a 3rd one was observing them work. There was a bit of a wait but for me well worth it. Pun, did my threading for entire face and she was magnificent! She was very gentle and very detailed to making sure that I had no stubble anywhere. Today was my first visit at Arianna's eyebrow studio, and I can promise you I will be coming back. When I first walked in, the place looked very clean and there was a lounge step up in the first section which was divided by a wall where there was another couch for say children awaiting their parent's getting what ever threading they came in for. The place is bright pink, and the owner was very kind, and super communicative from when I first walked in, until I walked out. She had a very pleasant smile, and was able to take time and really address the shape of my brow and was able to correct mistakes that were made in the past on my brows. She was a pleasure to do business with, and I used to go to Star Eyebrows, but I've completed changed over to Arianna's Eyebrow studio moving forward. See you soon! read more
