The girl told me that sometimes it doesn't take to the hair and that she would have to try again. She then tried a third time and it literally looked like a child drew pain on my brows. She told me the k my solution was just filling them in daily or trying to use an oil based product to get it all off. I was so upset and anxious. They offered to give me one of their brow pencils for free to fill them in daily. Mind you they were also too dark for my skin and hair color. I went home and used a cold cream to scrub my brows to try to get it all off. Thankfully they began to fade and look more normal. But I cannot express enough how awful this technician and service was.
