I didn't get the ladies but she was very nice and made me feel welcomed as this was my first experience. I have been going here monthly for years and I feel bad that I haven't left a review yet! They are my favorite in all of Las Vegas and you're talking to someone who has driven 15-20 miles for threading before I found this place. The owner and her daughter are super nice! The daughter just did my eyebrows and the look the best ever. I could feel the amazing job she did and was eager to see the final product! I prefer the daughter for some reason, but her mom is amazing and I always leave satisfied. You can trust them with your eyebrows and sometimes that can be hard! $10 is quite reasonable and I usually tip $4, which is cheaper or equivalent to other places before tax. Definitely recommend the punch cards for your free 10th visit! read more

I come here religiously every 2 weeks! Luckily when I moved to Henderson I didn't have to hop from place to place as this was the first threading spot I visited. BOTH girls here are GREAT, which is rare, usually you go to a threading spot and you only stick with one person but I trust the two girls here with my brows. They also have a loyalty card that they punch every time you go and your 10th thread is free. Convenience is great too because my boyfriend goes to the barbershop next-door. Pretty much whenever he gets a cut or whenever I need my brows did we kill 2 birds at once. read more

I've been going here to get my eyebrows threaded for over a year now! I love this place. The owner is so nice and I always love how she does my eyebrows and I've had another girl quite a few times too and she does just as good of a job! They are fast but not rushed and usually there's no wait but maybe 5- 10 mins. Plus, they have a loyalty card. So every 10th eyebrow threading is free! Been here a few times since I moved to the desert and they haven't disappointed me yet. Today, I came in a panic because my sister had put nair on my eyebrows to clean them up. Mind you, she does this all the time and has fabulous brows, so I wasn't too afraid. It turned out horrible. I thought I was about to die. "Here lies Gem with once on fleek eyebrows" A few people were ahead of me, but it wasn't a long wait. My threader clucked her tongue at the monstrosity and went to fixing the franken-brows. They turned out superb and I outright missed a having a heart attack. I suggest coming in and doing a full face thread. Your face is baby butt smooth after. So worth it especially with problem face issues like mine. read more

I enjoyed my first time experience here today. Very nice and clean place. Reasonable prices and the lady who worked on me (I forgot to ask her name) was very friendly and skillful. It wasn't painful like waxing usually is, at least for me. I really like how my eyebrows turned out by threading compared to waxing. I needed to get my eyebrows done and hadn't made an appointment anywhere, so I found this place through my Yelp app and gave it a go. I'm really happy I did as I received the best results so far from any eyebrow threading place. Very easy to find and plenty of parking since it's located in a decently-sized shopping complex. There was one person ahead of me and it looked like only one worker, so I did have to wait about 5-10 minutes but that wasn't a big deal. They have a TV in the lobby that had music videos playing, so it wasn't the worst way to kill time by any means. Technician was very nice and the process was fast; prices weren't bad either. This is hands down the BEST eyebrow threading place I've gone too. I am very picky about my eye brows and I have tried both waxing and threading, here in Vegas and Hawaii and each time I have never left satisfied with other businesses. My boyfriend is also extremely picky with his eyebrows being that he is a barber, but he got it threaded here one day just to try it since he works at the barbershop next door. When he got home he couldn't stop talking about how satisfied he was with his eyebrows and he recommended me to try it! I finally went to get my eyes brows done here and I was soooo happy with them! This isn't my favorite place to go to to get my eyebrows threaded, but they get the job done. They have changed their prices since I was last here. They used to only charge $7 for eyebrows, but they now charge $10. However, they now give you a punch card. After 9 eyebrow threading, the 10th is free. As for the threading itself, the girl I had to day did a great job. But, I have been in this location before and gotten a girl who, in my opinion, does the threading too slow which makes for a painful experience. Thankfully she wasn't there today. read more

There used to be more than 1 lady doing eyebrows now there is only one. She does a good job at making them look good. But the process is horrible. She presses hard on my eyeballs. Pulls the hair slowly.. and last time she made me bleed and I had 2 little red circles on my eye lid from the threading for about a week. The only reason I've been here two to three times is because it's so close to my house and my preferred eyebrow lady is a bit too far for me. They do their job mediocre at best- I've had better. I swear my eyebrows grow in a week and a half and I have to go back (unlike other places I've been to) My main complaint is the wait. The second time I went, there was one person doing eyebrows and about 3 people including myself waiting. Fine. We all waited patiently for our turn. (I waited a total of about 25 min). A lady comes in (I'm assuming shes a regular and may have even been friends with her) and she happily greets her, they quickly chat and catch up and... Low and behold! She calls someone from the back to help!! ARE YOU KIDDING. This whole time!? You had up to 4 people waiting for half an hour and there was someone back there this whole time and you did not care to call her out until your friend came?! You must be kidding me. I was pissed. I've shamefully gone one more time because the location is stupidly convenient, and guess what, waited another 30 min and just LEFT. I think I've given them enough chances.
