She did not introduce herself, until I asked her name. She did not ask if I have been here before, how was my day, nada. She must have been having a bad day or this was her first job. Either way training in customer service needs to be addressed. The lash lift: 0/5 The lift was actually very pretty right after she was done, although as soon an my lashes were dry, and I made it home. I realized how horrendous they are. My right eye is soo curled that it sticks to my lid and it is bent at the tip. They have been extremely over curled or over processed. The manager Casandra has issued a refund . Please note that Dessi is a JR lash artist. I was unaware of their tiers of lash artist. If I had I would have known, I would've asked for a senior level artist to start. Overall: I will NEVER return here, my nail techs daughter used to work for this company and said she would never recommend this place either. The reason for 2 stars is because the Manager made it right and refunded me & the vibe of the salon was aesthetically pleasing.

Several fans glued together that ripped my own lashes out when brushed.

BUT my updated review is for the call I just got from them. I have a trip coming up for my birthday next week so I made a Gel X appointment for 09/12/2026 at 11AM on August 23, 2026. I realized I wanted a pedicure as well. So I went on to book a second appointment for the same time as the Gel X, as I always have. I hate sitting at the salon for 2 hours. I have religiously booked my nails and pedicure at the same time so both are simultaneously done for the past two years (PER BONDS RECOMMENDATION). I get a call after booking the appointment online (with the appointment requests for both services together) that they are charging $5.00 now for both services to be booked together. Absolutely insane. $5.00 for two services to be booked together. $75.00 for Gel X (plus $5.00 for designs). $60.00 for a BASIC gel pedicure ($5.00 extra for French tip). $5/$10 extra for callous remover. That totals $155.00 BEFORE TIP. I cancelled both appointments and booked elsewhere. Nail salon culture is absolutely insane.

I found Lash Liquer via yelp and like most of us I went based on reviews. Soon as I met Shanti I instantly felt comfortable. She asked me what I was looking for as far as lash look and explained the process throughly. The place is cozy and clean. She plays relaxing soothing music. The decor is chic and modern. I have now been a loyal client for few months and dont plan on going anywhere else. My lashes almost turn out great and the best part is THEY LAST! I have been to other places prior to coming to lash liquer and the quality of the lashes were horrible. They felt hard and fell off within the first week. The lashes used at Lash Liquer are soft look natural and last as long as u take care of them as well. I have been getting the mega volume because I love the dramatic look and dont wear make up so this gives me an open eye look. If you're looking a great and affordable lash tech please check her out. If I lived in Henderson or if Shanti lived back in Utah, I would still be going to her after many years of her doing my eyelashes. She has a great bedside manner and she does absolutely professional work. Many of the people I know that used to go to her before she moved miss her so much, we all wish we could still have her do our lashes. read more

This is hands down the best lash place I have been to. They will do whatever you ask and they ask for pictures of what you want so they can do it exactly like you want. The music is amazing. Most of my lashes had fallen put and I was experiencing a severe allergic reaction. It was about two hours until they could fit me in to remove my lashes. At first the manager pulled me aside and tried to minimize my reaction, claiming it was dust that somehow caused this. After consulting with an outside lash tech, she said that the only thing this could be was expired products since I've had lashes for two years and never experienced this before. Finally, the manager conceded that it was a bad reaction but would only offer a new set, no refunds, as she stated she didn't have money to pay her staff without my payment essentially. At the end of the day, my lash removal was free but my $125 was apparently my contribution to their apparently thin margins. I think it's unfortunate that this happened to me, I'm just happy to not have lost eyesight over this fiasco. If I were you, I wouldn't risk it here. They seem to be cutting corners with (what I assume is) expired products and a slim ability to pay their people despite their high prices set to customers.
