Tip: if you're scheduling w ClassPass and don't see the time you need, pick one and call to get what you actually need. I'm prone to ingrowns so Daniela gave me their scrub to try. During that time, my eyebrows became extremely itchy, which made me uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it was a reaction or due to the tint being left on longer than expected, but it definitely didn't feel right. Everything turned out fine visually, but better communication -- especially when something changes during the service -- would have made a big difference in the overall experience.

However, during my most recent visit a few days ago, the usual staff who thread my eyebrows were either at lunch or unavailable. The lady typically at the front counter was the only one present and offered to thread my brows. I requested a simple clean-up, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. She was much rougher than usual--while threading can be uncomfortable, this time it was noticeably more painful. Additionally, she removed too much hair, resulting in unevenness at the top and bottom of the brow, as shown in the attached photo. I gave three stars because I'm generally pleased with the results, but based on my last visit, I feel she should remain at the front desk and leave threading to the other staff.

After wearing drugstore bought strip lashes for so long, I decided to try out extensions. I recently booked an appointment with Vanity Lashes and I have to say, I don't think I would ever go to anyone else! Jay, the owner of Vanity Lashes, is so sweet and informative. She answered all my questions and concerns. She made me feel extremely comfortable. My lashes lasted for 4 weeks! I just booked a fill for only $60! Everywhere else wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. I would definitely recommend Vanity Lashes to anyone who is looking for a good and reliable lash tech! read more

Most of my lashes had fallen put and I was experiencing a severe allergic reaction. It was about two hours until they could fit me in to remove my lashes. At first the manager pulled me aside and tried to minimize my reaction, claiming it was dust that somehow caused this. After consulting with an outside lash tech, she said that the only thing this could be was expired products since I've had lashes for two years and never experienced this before. Finally, the manager conceded that it was a bad reaction but would only offer a new set, no refunds, as she stated she didn't have money to pay her staff without my payment essentially. At the end of the day, my lash removal was free but my $125 was apparently my contribution to their apparently thin margins. I think it's unfortunate that this happened to me, I'm just happy to not have lost eyesight over this fiasco. If I were you, I wouldn't risk it here. They seem to be cutting corners with (what I assume is) expired products and a slim ability to pay their people despite their high prices set to customers.
